I have booked this package for my parents expecting the quality of the service and itinerary be planned well and taken good care of them considering the weather conditions. Pallavi from the Ideal Tours and Travels has understood my requirements and settled me with a good and safe package. This was a 4 nights 5 days trip and package was offered for a good price. My Parents were very happy with the itinerary. Also, Very good and accessible property were booked on the trip. My parents had plenty of time to go around the streets and spend some time enjoying the local site seeing and shopping.

Gauthamk's 3 days trip to Himachal

I booked a 2-night, 4-day package for two people at just ₹14,500, and it exceeded all my expectations. The room provided to us was exceptional—better than I imagined. Ms. Ansh Mehta, my travel guide, was extremely helpful and responded to all my queries promptly, usually within 2-10 minutes. Mr. Sandeep also did a great job coordinating the arrangements. The package included Volvo bus travel between Delhi and Manali (both ways) and a cab for sightseeing. We visited places like the Hidimba Temple, Tibetan Monastery, Solang Valley, and various local markets. I am 100% satisfied with the experience. This is truly the best travel agency I’ve come across. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for vacation packages. Thank you for such a memorable trip! Namrathangowda's 8 days trip to Himachal

In Shimla the hotel room was very tiny and the bathroom too not able to turn also. Except Shimla other location rooms were good. And the driver did not know any places we took initiative to find places in Google and requested him to navigate there. Our eternity details were not shared with driver to take us to those places. Cos of that we missed some of the places mentioned on the iternity. Also charged extra for taking near atul tunnel saying it’s not in iternery. While planning they should have informed about no snow in solan valley if so we should go near Atul tunnel that’s not done. Atul tunnel snow games were most memorable Wagah border event

Fed up a lot with Shimla hotel owner.Since there was dispute between Travel agent and hotel owner regarding payment He did not allowed us to leave for Manali for 1 hour due to which we couldn't roam mata vaishno temple in Manali. I request not to book that hotel again for anyone .also travel agents should have managed this before customer involved to solve the dispute Overwhelmed with the ambiance and service of Manali hotel The Elysium zip to Himalayas.

Rakesh's 9 days trip to Thailand

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thailand. Nikita had carefully planned the itinerary for the 4 places - Pattaya, Bangkok, Krabi & Phuket. She even accommodated our request for a family show in Phuket at a later point of time before starting the trip. Her senior Tarun also helped in a couple of situations where we faced minor glitches during the trip. Pros : 1. The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. Thanks to Nikita, Tarun & the entire Navigatio team for arranging this trip for us and to Travel Triangle for giving us this interface to book the trip !!
