He guided me properly about places to visit, and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses. Asif was always on time — in fact, most of the time he arrived even before the scheduled time. Despite his duty hours ending, he stayed with us late at night just to ensure our experience remained comfortable and enjoyable. He was very polite, soft-spoken, and patient. The car was very neat and clean, and his driving was smooth, safe, and confident. I strongly recommend requesting Driver Asif — he genuinely makes the journey special. Winter Note at Munnar having a balcony which opened towards Forest side where I enjoyed chirping of birds which is still in my ears and memory. Travel unbound will be the only company to book other travel plans. Visit to Pariyar lake, hotel Winternote having forest balcony with chirping of birds was fabulous.

b & Driver: I'm mostly happy with both drivers. They were very friendly, helpful and moreover reliable throughout. My 1st cab Xylo condition wasn't good. We had to deal with risks like door lock, punctures etc. I was missing the guide in driver though unless I keep asking questions. Usually they seem to be just driver who knows the routes and not a guide who can suggest or proactively share some information. Travel Agent: Shyam from Amazing Tours & Travel was always reachable and connected to me whenever required right from planning, execution and end of the trip. He got my 2nd cab arranged for Kargil trip without my intervention. My only ask is for the Travel Agent is to recommend client for alternative arrangements for return flight based on time/ mode of the travel as the weather conditions were really uncertain. I had to cancel my return ticket from Srinagar to Bangalore as we had to cancel the Srinagar trip as the Zojila pass was closed due to snow. I had to arrange flight ticket again from Leh to Bangalore. I didn't get any refund for Srinagar hotels and Shikara though. I expected Travel agent to ensure refundable accommodations in case of unforeseen situations. Otherwise why someone should go for a travel agent when nowadays most of the travel portals are providing free cancellation of hotels upto checkin or 24 hours mostly with same or lesser price as I checked. Hotel prices from travel agent were also lil higher side without any cancellation option as I had to go for one day accomodation seperately in Leh due to plan change I had to enquire with hotel directly and found the price differences. u people know about the check in time is 2 pm in Singapore , why did you mention early check-in quotation or else you could have arrange a flight ticket according the Hotel check in time . 3. from 8 am to 2 pm we were just sitting in the reception area as no one is ready to ask us anything , we were tired and feeling sleepy and hungry also . 4th Day early morning from Changi to Malaysia - we reached Malaysia at 1 .15 pm and from there to hotel 3.30 pm , Driver came to pick us at 5.15 for City tour -- When it is already evening 5.15 pm , what is necessary of taking a City tour because each place Driver stopped only for 10 minutes --- We went to Malaysia to see place only for 10 minutes ?????????????????????????? When we went to KL tower they allowed us only till 1st floor and you people also took ticket till 1st floor -- Why is that KL tower show only will enjoy by going to top floor but you people said we have given voucher for all floor -- Next time onwards dont do this with other customers or else tel them clearly voucher is only till 1st floor if u want top floor ticket then you can purchase in reception area. For Night Dinner in Singapore - restaurants were toooooo far from the Hotel and we use to walk more then 2 km till hotel when we dont no anything in the new city but some we managed to reach hotel . except few things we were happy with the hospitality , pick and drop and the hotel everything was fine .
