Mr. Sahil, the travel agent assigned to us, was fantastic to work with—very understanding, professional, and experienced. He curated the itinerary exactly according to our preferences, ensuring everything was well-planned and smooth. The transportation arranged for us was top-notch. We had a clean, spacious car with great air conditioning and a friendly, well-behaved driver who not only drove safely but also acted as a helpful guide throughout the trip. Out of the four hotels we stayed in, two were excellent—one of them was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. My Trip to Manali (from Delhi) was overall ok. 1. Ok because of the worst experience on Traveling by Volvo. I suggest not to choose the Volvo option. Though i have done the reservations 3 months back, I was given Back seats in Volvo in both onward and return. Never ever deal with the Volvo representative Manoj. He is the vendor for 1 point 5 billion. At Delhi pick up point he asked me to wait at the Church (ext to indian oil petrol bunk) and told me that the bus will come by that route. Later he changed it and asked us to come to that galli as Police will not allow the bus to stop over there. There was an other family as well had to walk down with baggage towards another pick up point. It was not a Volvo bus, it was a age old Benz bus. Very noise and no AC to maintain the temp. It was so cold outside and the same inside. Bus broke down on the way. when I asked Manoj about the Bus quality and no maintaining of AC, he says though its broke down it reached on time right?? Regd to temp inside, he acted like he doesnt know how Volvo buses maintain the temp inside. Return was a clean/good AC Volvo but again BACK seats. 2. I made my booking for an Innova with addl chanrge for it for the local trip. They have never provided me an Innova. a) Bus stop to Hotel- a TATA car. Not sure of the brand. Never seen on Bangalore roads b) 1st Day local site seeing a different car and the 1st one engaged with something else c) 2nd day local trip - Maruti Alto. It was too tight and a tough one d) 3rd day some other can kind of vehicle. Again never seen this car on Bangalore roads 3. Hotel (Tanglewood villa) -Good. Service was bit slow but i njoyed the stay in the hotel Location - Good, Cleanliness- Good, Food- Super, Balcony view- Excellent I dont think i should complain on Hotel/Stay. Representative Ansh Mehta was very responsive. My overall interaction with her - Excellent. If my Volvo exp would have been good, I would have rated Very Good over all.

It was great to have sophie and their entire Bamboo hat tours team in helping me with my trip to vietnam. The trip was planned well while taking care of every minute details. All the tour guide were great , larry being an exceptional one, during our entire trip to da nang. He helped us with our entire trip made sure we did not miss the golden bridge (even though it was raining) , he even helped us to carry our baby stroller sometimes both at sun world and hoi an . I really appreciate him in putting this much effort for making our trip seamless. Last but not the least , sophie were phenomenal in making sure that everything related to our trip is covered and was available all the time, whenever she was required. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends at bangalore. Thank you Sophie and the entire team.

Along with the beauty of Andaman we have experienced an excellent customer service. Kudos to the team of Andaman great holidays. Team is having punctual, sincere and trustworthy people. To people who want to book their holidays through Andaman great holidays, I must mention one of the incident that happened during my trip " I have left my cellphone in the hotel lobby on last day and travelled back to Bangalore, as soon as I have reached Hydrabad airport i realized that my cellphone wasn't with me. Immediately i called Surijith my travel coordinator for the help. He took personal interest and send my phone via speed post. " this incident shows their dedication and I appreciate their approach throughout my trip. If you choose Andaman great holidays you will have to just enjoy your trip, all other things will be well handled by the team of young energetic people :-) I am fully satisfied with their service. Overall experience: Trip: Good & a memorable one - we did not miss any planned activity; Though the hotel stay at Port Blair could be better; and with a better cab driver on Day3; no major complaints. Flight: Book on Indigo; booked well in advance (3 months); best price; Bangalore - Chennai - Portblair route. Please keep a watch on the flight reschedule by airlines. Booking by self Tour operator: I give a good rating to the Andaman Great Holidays. Mr. Banni; who was our tour manager is a good and effective person who can understand the needs of a guest and align quite quickly. We paid some entry fees - example: tickets for Cellular jail etc., - but no complaints at all! Hotels: Havelock Beach Resorts: Excellent. White Coral: Good - service can be improved - like the breakfast start time which starts at 7:30 AM and later, which can be from 7:00 AM; this helps most of the guests as one has to start quite early. The staff can be more courteous & helpful. I would have preferred a better hotel, though. Cab: Was arranged by tour operator. Except for day 3, we had a pleasant experience. Scuba diving

Hi All , We are leaving back to Bangalore now . It was very nice , hassel free and comfortable tour arranged by TT / Andaman great holidays . Everything was well cordinated . Thanks to all the representatives ( Kaushik ji and roopkumar ji ) and drivers ( Patrick , Indranil , surjit and others ) for timely pick up and drop . All the hotels given to us were really good . The hotels/ Resort were top class with the staff being cooperative and guest friendly . Driver Wasim deserves special mention for his exceptional guidance for locating the best shops catering to tourist requirements . Driving skills were very good. On the first lap of journey , Bangalore to Mysuru , an Etios was provided , which was more roomy and had adequate leg space , on the remaining leg of the tour , a Desire was provided. This car was not in very good condition , with the flaps behind the seat , being torn. It was observed that Driver had to to sleep in the car at night , no accomodation is provided for him. This policy may be reviewed Ooty coffee plantations . Tea factory.
