Stroll the cobblestone streets lined with artworks of Michelangelo, da Vinci, and Botticelli and learn why Florence was the birthplace of the Renaissance and Opera music. Our Florence packages for couples offer the best travel deals to discover the capital city of the Italian region of Tuscany. Whether it is watching the twilight colors change over the Florence Cathedral or savoring gelato in a café by the Arno River, there’s so much to indulge in on a honeymoon in Florence.

What’s Special about Honeymoon in Florence?

There are several attractions in Florence to check out with your spouse to make your romantic sojourn special. The lavish exterior of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Piazza Duomo looks illuminated during sunset and a deep blue sky. Climb 476 stairs of this architectural wonder and marvel at the frescos by Giorgio Vasari in the dome. From the top, take in the view of the entire city, but to look at the Duomo from the best angle, climb the adjacent Bell Tower. Take a tour of outdoor sculptures, churches, palaces, gardens, and markets during Florence sightseeing. The city’s urban fabric has seemingly not changed since the Renaissance. Visiting art galleries and squares in Florence is like attending a surprise party every day. On your honeymoon in Florence, experience the lifestyle of Florentines or as they call it, il dolce far niente. The Historic Centre of Florence, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is noted for cobblestone streets, Renaissance artworks, and monuments. The Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Pitti contain numerous masterpiece paintings and other artworks. The Vasari Corridor allows visitors to walk from the Uffizi to the Palazzo Pizzi. Adjoining the Pitti Palace are the Boboli Gardens, one of the main attractions in Florence. On our Florence packages for honeymoon, go see Michelangelo’s David and the glorious Botticelli's, admire the Duomo with Brunelleschi’s remarkable architecture, mingle with the locals at Piazza della Signoria or Ponte Vecchio. Honeymooners can visit the Piazzale Michelangelo on a hilltop to get a great panoramic view of the city.

Spend Time at Art Museums in Florence

Aside from historical monuments, Florence contains numerous museums, squares (piazza) and palaces. The Uffizi Gallery is located at Piazza della Signoria, a square important for being the hub of Florence's civil life. Piazza della Signoria features Bartolomeo Ammannati Fountain of Neptune which is a masterpiece of marble sculpture. A major place to visit on Florence sightseeing tour, Palazzo Vecchio is the main town hall of Florence and also partly an art museum. The church of San Lorenzo features the Medici Chapel, the tomb of the Medici family—the most powerful family in Florence. So book our Florence packages to explore art museums, taste fine wine of Tuscany, and make your honeymoon in Italy memorable.

Gsarora's 5 days trip to Goa

Our experience with the agents in Delhi was very good. While Parth and Raj from Goa Originals were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and available on call 24*7. They planned and changed the itinerary as per our request. Even at the last minute. They were readily available to answer any questions asked at any time. Their on-site coordinator was totally the opposite and not responsive. The sight seeing cab service was also tedious and frustrating - not deserving as the service was not good. The airport transfers were smooth. I would like to acknowledge our driver, Florence, who came to drop us at the airport. He was cooperative, polite and friendly. I would recommend Goa Originals only for Parth and Raj. But they need to work on their on-site coordinators and cab service.

I would like to start by a big thank you to the Hub Holiday Team ( Uday & Prashant ) for me. They are best at the service to the customers. Initially for the sake of VISA applications they have given good hotels booking vouchers later a week before the trip Prashant has changed to best hotels at the right location based on the city and reach-ability to other services. (I have cross checked the earlier hotel locations and later changed hotel locations, especially in Venice we would have faced a lot of trouble if we stayed in the earlier booked hotel, but Prashant has changed to best hotel premises where all the other services are in reach and it's the heart of the Venice city) a very big thank you for him. Their dedication to trip planing was excellent, they planned the trip like their own trip. Overall a best service from Uday & Prashant for our first memorable international trip (Venice-Florence-Rome). Thanks a lot guys :)

I immensely thank Mr. Prashant Daroch & Mr. Shubham Gupta for having taken keen interest and booked out tickets meticulously, our Hotel bookings were done taking into consideration the closest distance from the station, so that it was within the walking distance, the guided tours and also the pick up from the Airport in Rome, the trip to Amalfi Coast covering Ravello, Positano & Sorrento, guided tour to Pompeii from Naples, the tour to Pisa from Florence were superb. All the inter city transfers were booked by trains & there was never a hitch i.e., transfer from Rome to Naples, Naples to Florence, Florence to Padova. Even the "Hop-on & Hop-off" bus tickets were booked in Rome and it was very convenient way of seeing the place at your convenience & added convenience was that the boarding & ending points were close to our Hotel (within walking distance). The Hotels booked were very good and made our stay comfortable in every way be it food, the cleanliness & a always ambience. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Shubham were always very courteous & did their best to help us out with our itinerary , tickets, hotel booking, tours, train tickets etc and also my invoices were provided. In all our group of eight people has a fabulous tour which will forever remain etched in our memories. A wonderful job by Mr Prashant & Mr. Shubham. The duo really deserves accolades. Thank you for everything. Regards. G Kameswari Mob- 7506195992

Kadambri's 6 days trip to Italy

The overall experience was really good.we had a great time in all the three cities.Things moved as per our planned iternary. However would like to share few experiences so as your team can keep this in mind for any other travelers.first experienxe-the driver who came to pick us up looked little irritated as he had to wait for quite sometime.Though our flight arrived on time but I guess he came there an hour before and thus had to wait long but with no fault of ours. Second I-I believe planning a visit to Venice itself makes Gondola ride inevitable. It is a kind of experience which every traveler looks forward to.I would suggest to keep it a private tour instead of a shared tour so that the experience goes at par with expectations.I would suggest to prediscuss this with each traveler and then take it forward accordingly and customize if need be.Rest all was really good, the services and responses from the agent were very prompt and supportive .Thanks for making it so beautiful..Will definitely like to take your services in future as well Visit to Vatican city, florence -tower of pisa and so many others
