We recently had a trip to Udaipur arranged by your agency, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodations, itinerary, and arrangements were well-planned, and we truly enjoyed exploring the city. However, one concern we faced was the frequent change of cab drivers. Each day, a new driver was assigned, which made it slightly inconvenient to adjust to different driving styles and explain our preferences repeatedly. It would be much better if a single driver could be assigned for the entire tour to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience. We have an excellent trip Himachal trip with North India Travels. Vinakshi , Harjeet Singh of North India tours and travels arranged the trip very well. They were in contact during the trip. Special thanks to driver Ravinder who was very helpful during trip. He warned us about how the tourists will be fooled by sellers of adventure package. The entire arrangement was as per itinerary. Sukh Sagar regency In Shimla is very good. Apple paradise in manali is good but food is not that great here. I would recommend North India travel for himachal trip.

Our Rajasthan Trip was good and Mohit's suggestion and planning was good where he accomodated Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh in our 8 days and 7 nights travel which other travel agents were reluctant and price was also competitive. Hotels provided were good and Driver Dara Singh was also good and drove patiently and gave us time around.. All places in Rajasthan were memorable, Jaipur - Amer fort and Nahargarh fort, History of Chittorgarh, Meera temple, Udaipur palace and boating Fateh sagar lake, Kumbalgarh fort and shiv temple, Jodhpur Mehrangarh fort, Enjoyed jaisalmer desert camp the most with Jeep safari and camel ride the most, Visited Brahma temple in Pushkar and finally finishing with Hawa mahal, Jantar mantar ans shopping in Jaipur

We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

Mr Prajwal and Mr Honey from My own Journey were nice and co-operative. They understood our requirement of family teip with small kid and planned our trip accordingly. They were very reasonably priced. The cab provided was good and driver was also knowledgeable about city. Over all very good experience and will be happy to do further trips with them. I am writing this thank you note for Shubham for organising a very detailed tailored made tour to Switzerland and Paris. Day wise itinerary was so perfect that we could cover maximum places around Switzerland and Paris . My personal thanks to Shubham Sagar for providing constant support throughout booking process. Eiffel tower is always a special destination for couples and I was overjoyed by seeing the full paris view from top of the tower.Disneyland was a dream destination and I was thrilled to visit both the parks as provided in itinerary meeting lot of disney characters and enjoying roller coasters rides based on Disney and Avengers theme.Switzerland will always be special. it was my first ever holiday . Lucerne was amazing, I call it the city with lake and mountains. Walking through old town admiring each building is truly an amazing experience. A walk along lake Lucerne holding hands with my wife was truly romantic with the sun setting in the background. Mt titlis was beautiful and the air gondola gives you a 360 degree view of the surrounding Swiss Alps. You cannot resist the Swiss chocolates and cheese . Thanks Shubham for such a wonderfull trip . The best memories would include Top view of Eiffel Tower, the Fireworks show in Disneyland and Top of Mount Titlis.

I am very very upset about this trip We have a very good opinion on travel traingle that's why I booked. This is my 4 th trip booked in travel traingle. I did blunder mistake about this Because there is no updates upto last minute about cab drivers and next day who will come to pick us and etc The end of the day we have to call to agent for updates and who will come and where was the pickup and etc For Dudh sagar trip 1 full day trip in that spice garden with guide But no one showed us the spice garden and they returned to hotel our entire one day was wasted And at last day dinner for us at cruise after that the bus driver was arguing with us That we have asked for seats to sit . The bus was over loaded like public bus and we are standing around 30 mins. every day i checked for update for next day trip details But no updates After that at last minute around 10pm I have called the agent for updates and then they update your trip and driver details. We are very tensed . Manish ji you are staying in Delhi But pls tell to your agent for regarding updates Because no one will call their agent at last minute for update Because you have taken the responsibility for entire trip So you will probably provide one agent number at Goa after that we call so many times then they will respond to us . So if your team will update us timely i will give you the 5 star rating for our entire trip . We enjoyed a lot
