eds significant improvement. Post-booking responsiveness was almost non-existent, and timely responses to queries promised during booking were not provided. Additionally, there were transparency and pricing issues: Cab Booking: We were advised to book a cab outside TravelTriangle with a price fixed over WhatsApp, but the agent increased the fare on the actual day citing peak season. Scooty Rental: We were assured a scooty would be arranged a day prior to our arrival for ₹300–₹350/day. Upon arrival, we were directed to rent directly from the resort, which charged ₹800/day. Summary: Highly recommend the hotels, but cannot recommend the travel agency due to poor communication and unfulfilled commitments. .

Beach Resort was comfortable and well located, close to the beach, the markets and the nightlife, so everything was easy to reach. A special thanks to our agent, Firdaus Ansari. She was patient, polite and always available to answer our questions. She understood what we wanted, planned the itinerary well and handled every detail without any last-minute stress. Whenever we needed advise, she responded quickly and sorted things out right away. The whole trip ran smoothly, with no hidden surprises and good value for money. I'd happily book with Bindas Trip again and already recommended them to friends and family. Thank you, Firdaus and the Bindas Trip team, for such a memorable holiday! Wonderful Goa trip with Bindas Trip! We recently returned from trip to North Goa, booked through Bindas Trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. the issues we had and went out of his way to make sure we had the best and pleasant experience. He was in constant touch with me throughout the trip making sure we had no issues. He also helped us in planning out daily itinerary which was really helpful. Would like to thank Mr Jack for all the help and support. Hoping to come back to Goa soon and will surely reach to Mr Jack for further assistance and planning. Wanderglobe Inc Goa created a good experience for me and my family on our recent visit to Goa. Yes, there were initial hiccups with the stay however Mr Jack Fernandes was very understanding with the issues we had and went out of his way to make sure we had the best and pleasant experience. there and were very satisfied with the overall experience. Santiago Goa was also good and comfortable, although compared to Terra Paraiso, we found Terra Paraiso better. The cab service and driver were very good. The driver was polite, cooperative, and punctual, which made our sightseeing and transfers smooth and comfortable. The travel agent’s service was also very good. What we appreciated the most was that he regularly called and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane. The cruise ship experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. Spending time at Baga Beach, enjoying Snow Park, and experiencing the lively vibe of Tito’s Lane made the trip even more special.

ho was very helpful and professional throughout the trip. He arranged everything nicely, kept us informed about the plans and timings in advance, and also made sure we were comfortable during the trip. He was always available and took good care of us. One small area for improvement would be to ensure that the taxi driver is provided with all the trip details and itinerary well in advance, so that there is better coordination during the trip. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable Goa experience. I would definitely recommend TravelTriangle and WanderGlobe for a Goa trip, and would especially like to appreciate Jack for his excellent support and coordination. Thank you, Jack, for making our trip smooth and enjoyable! Thank to our travel triangle trip advisor Ms Umra Khan for her support and coordination. We recently had a 2–3 day Goa trip booked through TravelTriangle, with WanderGlobe as the travel partner, and overall it was a very good experience. A special mention to Jack from WanderGlobe, who was very helpful and professional throughout the trip. om planning to execution—was smooth, well-organized, and completely hassle-free. The stay, transfers, and overall coordination were spot on. Because of that positive experience, I’m now booking another Goa trip for my brother’s honeymoon this December with full confidence. It’s rare to find a travel company that delivers such reliability and personalized service every time. A special mention to Kunal for his excellent support—very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended if you want a stress-free and well-managed travel experience. One of the best memories from our trip was the super smooth intercity transfers—everything was perfectly timed, comfortable, and completely stress-free, which made the whole journey even more enjoyable.

portation, accommodation, and coordination were managed smoothly, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout the trip. The selection of places provided a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, culture, and local cuisine. Time management was excellent, allowing us to enjoy each destination while maintaining the schedule. The accommodations were comfortable, well-located, and met expectations. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable trip. Special appreciation to everyone involved in the planning and coordination efforts. Looking forward to more such well-organized trips in the future.

't join me, I decided to embark on a solo trip. Initially, they were apprehensive about me traveling alone, but my daughter reached out to Goa Originals, and you made my dream a reality. From airport pickup to drop, your team took excellent care of me. Your timely calls and messages were incredibly reassuring. The constant communication between us gave me the confidence to enjoy my trip without any worries. Kudos to you and your team for the outstanding work! Thank you for making my trip so memorable. Best regards, Senthil Kumar"

was the gala night. The bar setup was not ideal, and the cocktails and mocktails that were part of the package were not served during the event. Better coordination on this front would have improved the overall experience.

station. We booked Bay Boutique by SR Hotel Calangute. The hotel check-in was quick and easy. The hotel staff was very welcoming and corrdinated with us according to our needs - 24X7 available for any services. Our driver was well informed and friendly. Over-all our trip was smooth and happening- as expected from travel triangle. Highly recommend. This was my second group trip with Travel Triangle. I have been to Kashmir before with a huge family group and that was exceptionally well organised too!
