Agents must provide hotel check-in details properly. Cab visiting charges also should convey with the traveler in case there is no clarity on visiting on that day. Overall it is good experience except the cab visiting charges demand.

All was good ( Hotels F&B should be 24/7 specially if guest are travelling with infants or little kids )except the Paradise cruise dinner it was the worst worst worst just the waste of money nothing else. What we personally explore with scooty that was good.

Travel agent Deepak Sharma from unique travels is very friendly and approachable for any additional details and accommodative for changes and suggested all possible options and provided good recommendations. Accommodation at silver shell was economical and breakfast options provided were of good quality even though only vegetarian options were available. Swimming pool availability till 8PM was the good thing in the hotel and staff were very friendly. Room cleanliness can be improved across corners and recomend to change curtains frequently as the balcony curtains seemed to be not changed from long. Travel agents were good and approachable. Should have provided better car for the prices charged.

Everything was great but there was a kavk of coordination in the agent and service managers at goa. Day 1 , driver didn't come coz he was not informed and it delayed. Day 2, our complete package as per itinerary was not included but thrn sorted. Travel agent was still managing everything on his behalf. I have a very critical feedback from your company agent Ashwini. I would like to give her 1*. She just didn't bother to call or check if everything was going well. The number I was shared with not reachable even once. What is the point of paying 600 rupees to tou guys. No support from you. Worst!! Travel agent still managed to do a good job. I will recommend my friends not to book via Travel triangle for Goa trip.

Overall experience was good. Hotel accommodation was not upto the expectation. Cab sevice was perfect with site seeing. Service experience from TT was exceptional.

The hotel despite being rated as 5*, did not hv much good service. There was no gym, no indoor play activity, breakfast was very basic with limited options. This is not expected from a 5*. The driver reached on time at both places but was always in hurry to reach smwhere and hence did not pay heed to the customers request to maintain speed while driving. He would accelerate to max when there was open road and suddenly bring down to 20km/hr. We requested hime to maintain a speed atleast so he does not hv to apply sudden breaks, but he said he has to make a next pick up, which is not acceptable. The travel agent made all bookings properly and responded to queries properly. Customer had to follow up for the airport pick up details, coz they gave a reason if payment was not made (there was still another day to make payment as they wanted us to make payment on Tuesday and due date was on Wednesday) they will not share driver contact details. They seemed money minded as they could not wait for the due date to approach for payment and kept on pestering the customer with artificial reasons to make payment. All prior payments were made to travel triangle as per due date, but they bothered customer even in their meals and resting hours. The beach is accessible from hotel. Hotel security ensures which guest go towards the beach and if they return or not which is a very good plus point. Pool in hotel seemed like temperature controlled and hence it was pleasant at all times to enjoy the pool. Hotel is on main road and hence many restaurants and shops at a walking distance

Hotel room was not proper as it was shared some other photo but later it turned out to be other and was disappointed. About the cruise was pathetic with food served was not good

Special thanks to Ritu ma’am for providing last moment deal. Everything thing was good except hotel which is far from all beaches. Short of services like cold breakfast etc. At same cost they can provide other hotels in Baga

Trip planned was seamlessly. Services of travel agent (Abdul) were really good with followups and provided required information on time. Would like to appreciate his work. Hotel was well maintained and staff were cooperative with early checkin but would suggest hotel not repeat same items for buffet breakfast everyday.

Our agent was very supportive throughout but the hotel’s hospitality was not at all good and breakfast buffet had no taste being a 4 star rated it was a big disappointment.
