Trip was well organized with no difficulties, 100% satisfied. Cruise was extremely good and food was awesome, cruise crew team behavior is so well. Al places are worth watching The guides were poor not explained well, They were in hurry to finish their jobs, Only edifi temple guide is good, Rest all guides are poor rating, Hiring professional guides will add advantage to the trip. Abu simbel car driver and guide is so good with patience. Guides were stopping in the locations which is not included in the iternary and wasted the time, inorder to buy some arts and crafts products which is of no use, and wasted the time. Overall trip was organized well with no tensions, Egypt trip is worth watching places like Aswan, Luxor, Cairo & Hurgadha is optionalon your choice, We missed alexandria as it is not added in the iternary.

It was Amazing trip arranged b travel Triangle. I had opted for the premieum package from Flying Fleet Adventures where I connected with Mr Amaan.I later found out that he is a Egypt Specialist and has helped many travellers experience Egypt in the best way possible. Talking about the trip.Egypt is not an easy destination it is nearly impossible to do it alone without any guide otr help as there is a language problem and the people heckle you a lot trying to sell anything and everything at 4 times the cost . Amaan had arranged everything so well. Guides: Each guide in Cairo/Hurgada/Luxar/Aswan/Abu Simbl was very fluent with english and had in depth historical knowledge of the places we were visiting .Also the bonus was they were amazing photographers as well and knew the exact spots for good photos .Thanks to them we got many exiting and memorable photos. Food: Food was totally taken care of ,we loved the Arabian cuisine but there was Indian option available as well. Transportation : The vehicles provided were top notch and were well maintained.The drivers were very friendly and helpfull and totally on time . Stay: The best of the Hotels(Rameses Hilton/Hilton Hurgada/Steigenberger etc ) the hotels were amazing with very good properties and everytjing was prearranged and we had very smooth checkin and checkout. All the internal tickets to all monuments and the tips etc was pre arranged and we just breezed through each place saving a lot of time and unnecessary haggle. There was no hidden or extra charges in any activities and that felt nice . Amaan/Ali were connected throughout in case of any doubts . Overall it was one of the best trips we had and it has built within us strong faith on Travel Triangle. Thanks Guys ! Hoping to make more memories together in near future as we travel more.

Hotel stay guide and car driver at Cairo was very good. Visit to Aswan was ok but the cruise was pathetic. We had to pay for WiFi at exorbitant price 10$ for 1 GB. Room was very small and most of the time you are parked so next to you is another ship placed like a wall. All the places covered during cruise are repeatation and can be avoided. In fact whole cruise period can be saved. Stay at Hurghada was good. In fact it would be better to move directly by air from Cairo to Hurghada by air and have a stay of 3 days or more. Car at Hurghada for airport came after number of reminders. Visit to Egypt should be 6 days 3 days at Cairo and 3 days at Hurghada.

We visited Egypt during the second week of March. It was a 7 nights 8 days trip which even included Nile Cruise. We had visited Cairo, Aswan, Luxor & Hurghada during this tenure. Our entire trip was organised by Amaan from Flying Feet Adventures. We had primarily gone ahead with them because of Amaan. He was quite transparent about the costing & the total package price. Even he has helped us customise our itinerary as per our requirements. He was approachable & would reply to queries at any point of the day. Only think I would like to highlight here is one should confirm the room categories before booking the package as otherwise room will be allocated as per availability. Keeping that aside rest everything was taken care by Amaan. The local tour operator Mr.Aly & his team in Egypt were also friendly & helpful. Our tour guides at Cairo, Aswan & Luxor were quite informative. Best part of our trip was our stay at Hurghada, again thanks to Amaan for suggesting us to add it to our itinerary. Overall we had an amazing trip & returned home with a bagful of memories which we'll cherish lifelong.

It is often very difficult to envision and approach the planning of a trip to a place you know little about.. But, Amaan from Flying Feet really came through and presented us with a joyous pack of memories to cherish forever. It was nothing less than commendable how Amaan helped us draft an ideal itinerary for Egypt with very specific details about each place - how much travel time does it involve, best time to visit and how can it be accommodated with other things on the list, fatigue one could potentially experience and every single bit I could think of! Their connect in Egypt and transition between drivers/guides from one local site to another was as smooth as it could be. Food (each meal of the day to be specific) , cabs for travel, tour guides, hotel and even the check ins, entry tickets, inclusions like hot air balloon and snorkelling, how to deal with the locals, currency conversions (to and fro) - everything was taken care of. The availability 24x7 on the trip and prompt responses even on the tiniest concern was really appreciable. A trip as perfect as I'd like it to be! Gist of our itinerary - Cairo/Giza - Aswan - Abu Simbel - Aswan - Luxor - Hurghada - Cairo 3N Cairo - 3N Cruise - 2N Hurghada

It was a marvellous trip to splendid Egypt. The trip was well managed, thanks to the teams in Egypt and India. The hotels were chosen really well, with excellent amenities and locations with amazing views. The tour was guided well to incorporate the items in our itinerary - including pyramids, Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor, Hot air balloon, Hurghada desert safari and red sea reef diving/snorkeling, Alexandria and Cairo.

The whole trip was conducted very well, the history was explained by the guides very well. This proves that they are knowledgeable. Almost everything was in a timely manner. Drivers in Airport, Cairo and Aswan was really good and helpful. But the driver in Luxor was very rude, Ill mannered to the kid and he asked for 100 EGP when we were eating food. He was not ready to listen and he forced me to pay the amount. This was a bad part. It has to be the pyramids of Giza and Saqqara tombs.

Writing this review 1 month after completing our 9days Egypt trip. Overall experience of our trip, locations and services is really good. I'll recommend the Travel agency services for Egypt to my friends. We enjoyed utmost the 3 days cruise experience, the hospitality, food, scenic beauty are extremely good. Hot air balloon at Luxar is most memorable one. Vehicles provided r in very good condition except 1 negligible incident. The guides at Cairo n Aswan r good, but guides at other places r average. Areas of improvement: 1. Hotel in Hyat pyramids is average, view of pyramids is very close n good. We haven't been informed that this hotel doesn't belong to Hyatt group. Hospitality n room condition are bad. Food is above average. Fortunately, we stayed on our own in Cairo City for 2 out of 5 nights. Otherwise 5 nights at Hyat hotel would have been boring. 2. Prior information about guide, driver, hot balloon etc needs improvement.

Trip was decent with major destinations covered as per schedule. Local travel agents were very professional. Hotel stay at Cairo during return was below mark. missed valley of kings and edfu temple which we could not visit. minor glitches in airport transfers and trip from luxor to aswan. We went to Egypt and Jordan and we had an overall ok experience and honestly the experience would have been more or less same if we would have planned the holiday ourselves instead of hiring a travel agent. Although I must mention that the Jordan leg was way better then Egypt , long story short the agents did't add much value and I would rather recommend to plan the trip yourself. Below is the detailed feedback What worked well a. Guides in Alexendria , Cairo , Abu Simbel and Luxor - Guides in all these 4 locations were great. They took us around all the spots and explained us the history and significance of those spots very well. b. Awesome Jordanian experience thanks to Travanco and Mr Wahid (our driver cum guide) - The Jordanian experience was amazing and everything was well planned. Starting from the visa assistance in Amman airport to hotels and site seeing in Petra and Wadi rum. A special call out to Mr Wahid who was amazing. c. Assistance provided by Mr Sumit and Mr Karan with Jordanian visa - Apprently the Jordanian visa rules had changed for Indians by the time we travelled and we were not allow to board our flight from Mumbai because of that. And while it was a shocker for us to know that the travel agent did't know about the change (see below for details) , it was good to have Mr Sumit and Mr Karan providing adequate support in ensuring we are able to travel to the country as a part of our plan. In other words they were able to make arrangements in short timeframe which ensured that we were able to get into Jordan , although that cost us an additional 120 USD overall. d. Hotels - Overall the hotels in Egypt and Jordan were great. What did't go well a. Visa assistance (before travel) with Jordanian visa - Although Mr Sumit and Mr Karan were able to make arrangements to allow us enter Jordan , it was surprise to see that they were not aware of the changes to the Jordanian visa policy. When we hire travel agents to help us with holidays , we expect them to be up to date with the visa policy changes etc for the destination country. Eventually because of this we had to have an additional 120 USD added to the cost and not to mention go through some tense moments. I would like to state that we did ask for the Jordanian visa assistance in last week of December itself , after we got our Egyptian visa well before our travel dates to Mr Yatharth as well as Mr Sumit , and we were told that its visa on arrival so we should not worry. But Jordan had changed their visa policy early december and they were not aware of it. Eventually they mentioned that its airline's responsibility to inform passengers but I dont think I can buy that. Anyways all is well that ends well as we were able to make it to Jordan eventually - thanks to the last minute effort from Mr Sumit and Karan. Having said that they can act more professional for future and keep themselfs updated with the visa policy changes. b. Lack of clarity on cash requirements - We had asked time and again to Mr Yatharth how much of cash shall we carry and we were told that we just have to carry cash worh 20,000 INR. But well guess even they are not aware of the fact that credit cards are not widely accepted in Egypt , or they just casually replied - neverthless it was quite unprofessional as we had to make multiple ATM withrawals for cash in Egypt. Also suddenly in the tour Mr Ali (Egyptian counterpart of flying feet) asked for an additional 80 USD as hotel gurrentee for Aswan and Luxor hotel - something which we were not informed earlier. c. Aswan travel arrangements and guide - We took a 17 hour long train journey from cairo to Aswan and upon reaching Aswan at 1 , we wanted to go to hotel to freshen up before we start the tour. However I guess the hotel was not booked or our guide told that the checkin is not until 2. So we were to drag ourselfs through the Philae temple tour which we did't enjoy much as we were touring without any shower or bio break. Add to that Mr Nasser (our guide) was not at all good. He was constantly making comments like "maharani" to my wife despite us requesting him not to. For me he seeom to be a local goon rather then a guide. Eventually we checked into hotel at 4 and the hotel was nice , but then while we covered our itinary for Aswan , it was not enjoyble. d. Aswan to Luxor transfer - We took the Abu Simbel tour and upon our return we had to followup for the driver and the Luxor hotel where we to check in. Also in hotel we had no assistance and the staff were not expecting us. Again we had to follup with Mr Ali to have that issue resolved. Overall we could sense that the Aswan and Luxor leg was not planned at all and got planned at the last minute which was quite unprofessional e. Tips - Mr Ali on first day took tip money for drivers and ball boys however again we had to tip the drivers seperately. As a matter of fact they demanded money (especially Mr Hani who took us from Aswan to Luxor). f. Refund of cash - Mr Ali had taken an additional 90 USD (for jordanian visa and any other ad hoc tours) and then later 80 USD for hotel gurrentee. We took inner pyramid tour so considering all we were supposed to get 126 USD cash back from Mr Ali , which he promised to return on last day at airport. But guess what , on last day when we called him , he mentioned that he does't have people and the refund will take time. We had to wait until last minute to get our money back. That too we got only 100 USD and it took some additional followups from Mr Karan to get the remaining 26 USD back. It left a very bad taste for us and I dont think I would ever like to deal with Mr Ali in future.
