Nikhil's 6 days trip to Char Dham

overall it was very good trip to Char dham + hemkund sahib with adventure mania . Pros - 1. on time response during the trip even if its late night , many thanks to Zaara and Sonu kumar for this 2. cab driver Vikash provided was very good and polite and has very good knowledge about the details,r
egistration and proceedings at every dham . he made our trip very smooth and his song selections were just awesome from bhakti to filmy songs. 3. the itinerary was followed almost very well. 4. hotels at rishikesh ,barkot and kedarnath were very good. Cons 1. adventure mania promised they will be able to do our kedarnath heli ticket from irctc portal but they were not able to do that which caused extra cost per person for our heli tickets when we tried to get directly from counter 2. hotels at some places like guptkashi and uttarkashi were not that good and also didnt have proper parking for the cab . 3. they booked wrong hotel for hemkund sahib and even afte rtelling them in advance they didnt changed it before . 4. Darshan from travel triangle is also very bad. he didnt enquired anything before and during the trip about he trip is going on and when asked for help he simply told i cant do. he should be more professional and polite.

Sashutosh's 3 days trip to Goa

We had a wonderful experience during our Goa trip, and overall everything was very well managed. The hotel stays were good. Terra Paraiso was particularly excellent — we really enjoyed our stay there and were very satisfied with the overall experience. Santiago Goa was also good and comfortable, al
though compared to Terra Paraiso, we found Terra Paraiso better. The cab service and driver were very good. The driver was polite, cooperative, and punctual, which made our sightseeing and transfers smooth and comfortable. The travel agent’s service was also very good. What we appreciated the most was that he regularly called and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. He kept us updated throughout the trip and was always available to ask whether the hotel, cab, sightseeing, and other arrangements were fine. This regular communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable Goa trip. The arrangements were good, the service was reliable, and we really appreciated the effort put into making our trip comfortable. There is a little scope for making communication and updates even clearer, but overall we are very satisfied with the service and would be happy to recommend it to others. Some of the most memorable moments of our Goa trip were the cruise ship experience included in the package, Snow Park, Baga Beach, and the vibrant atmosphere of Tito’s Lane. The cruise ship experience was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and something we will remember for a long time. Spending time at Baga Beach, enjoying Snow Park, and experiencing the lively vibe of Tito’s Lane made the trip even more special.

Tarun's 5 days trip to Himachal

Our recent experience with the agency was mixed due to several issues: Driver working hours – There was no clear mention of the driver’s working timings in the itinerary or booking details. This led to confusion and inconvenience during the trip. According to him his timings were from 6 am to 8 pm
which we were not informed at the timing of booking or later also. Chandigarh itinerary – The planned schedule for Chandigarh was unrealistic and could not be followed as promised. I had even pointed out the same but yet was told that those activities were possible. This reflects poor planning and lack of practical consideration for travel time and feasibility. Hotel selection – On a positive note, the hotels chosen were well-selected and provided a comfortable stay, which was the highlight of the trip.

Shresta

Begampur

Shresta's 7 days trip to Kerala

I used Travel Triangle and a few people reached out to me with different quotation but I went with Travel Unbounded as they were happy to customise according to my needs. But I really need to point out: DRIVER 1. We did not get the car we were promised and the car had a half broken glass. 2. Our
drivers kept changing and we were given the wrong details of the person and car. 3. Driver hardly knew any Hindi and nor did he know good which made our trip more than just difficult. 4. Driver stressed us to go places that he thought were worth going too even when they were out of the way. 5. The first driver took parking money from us whereas the second driver never asked for it. So was it on us or no? 6. The driver took us to the beach where we could only spend 20 mins knowing the fact we only had half a day. If we would have known kovalam beach was next to our hotel and we would have loved to have a dip there instead of preferring a boat ride AGAIN. CULTURAL ACTIVITIES 1. We were asked by the driver to see kathakali at twice saying its one of the best. 2. We were repeatedly asked to do safari whereas, we could have considered some other thought over options. 3. The house boat was platinum but smelled of petrol the whole time we were in the room, which even had an AC. Also, we understand Kerala tourism is taken seriously by the state govt but really didn't feel like we had a say in what we wanted to do or how we felt. And It really matters how your driver describes the place and curates the trip for you and your compatibility with him. But overall I really think if we would have had another person with a different attitude, we would have remembered more happy stuff than just this.

Sujoy Deb

Sujoy's 4 days trip to Kerala

The 2nd day of Munnar trip was not as per itinerary. We were first taken to the adventure park which was not mentioned in itinerary and it took around 3 hours inside which killed most of the time.We were not taken to the national park(which was mentioned in itinerary) and the reason stated by dirver
was that it is closed, but as per itinerary the park was supposed to be closed from 1st Feb and we were supposed to visit on 29th Jan only. We were not taken to shooting point as the driver told it is not in his jurisdiction, but it was mentioned in itinerary. Even on the 1st day of travel to Munnar, there was hardly one sight seeing stop . Hotel stays were good, but Munnar sight seeing trip was not at all good as lots of things were not covered as per itinerary. Regarding house boat stay with Dream makers, I guess the boat stopped for the evening too early, around 5 pm itself they stopped whereas several other boats were still moving.I knew they were supposed to stop by earliest by 5.30 pm,but they stopped quite early.
