Rohan's 7 days trip to Greece

Everything was great. We didn't have to think about our next move because everything was very well planned. Meteora, for sure! It is one of the best places to visit on earth. A geological and architectural marvel!! Maria and George in Meteora were one of the best guides.

Nasrin's 7 days trip to Dubai

We booked a premier suite in Hotel George by saffron in Diera. It's nothing fancy. But the view from the room was good and deserves brownie points. The carpets were shabby and hallway had a constant damp smell. There was a bathtub in the washroom which was not usable. Advantage was the location. 2 min walk from Abra station and metro station. So connectivity gets full score. I was a little disappointed with the drivers except for Captain Mohammad. He was the only one who respected our time and made sure he picked us up on the exact timing that he mentioned. Remaining drivers were sloppy. 30 to 40 minutes waiting was a minimum on the mornings from hotel. We were asked to get ready and wait at the lobby at 8.45 only to be picked up at 9.30 or even later. What a waste of time!!! Also, we booked tickets to Abu Dhabi & Ferrari world, where we were not informed earlier that Formula Rossa (World 's fastest roller coaster) has been closed since January. Had I been told earlier, I would have made better plans. Visit to Yas Island was given only 5 hrs. And guide rushed us through the city tour with only one photo stop. Hence it was more of a waste of time and money both for me. For Visit to Burj Khalifa, again lack of clear information caused unnecessary delays. Overall the itinerary could have been better planned and executed.

Smitha's 5 days trip to Uttarakhand

Our travel agent planned our trip as per our request. But we are really unhappy with the hotels provided. We had requested for 3 star hotels. But except royal residency at dhanaulti, other hotels were below average on facilities. Hotel trihari at rishikesh was below average ( power outage, dirty washroom). Hotel kamla palace at Dehradun was very old, not even a window for ventilation, damaged amenities. Hotel Skylark in Mussoorie was good but the room was very small considering we had paid for triple occupancy, maybe agent could have suggested this to us earlier. Itinerary of dhanaulti in your website is wrong, dashavatar temple & Jain temple is not there at all in dhanaulti, pls don't give misleading info. Driver showed us most places, but he was not a local. Overall trip was fine but could have been better. George everest peak in Mussoorie

Ravindra's 6 days trip to Uttarakhand

The experience was really better yhan expectations. The way trip was planned was really awesome and effortless.Price of the trip was really budget friendly. The things can be improved - 1.Trihari hotel in rishikesh was aweful and we not at all liked the rooms there so please change that hotel. 2.Cab driver was friendly but while returning his cab got into issue and we had to wait for 5 hours to repair it from mechanic. Mussorrie was a next level experience . Kempty fall,George Everest peak was also a very good sunset spot. Dalai Hills was an surprise spot which was worth visiting please add that in Mussorrie trip. And also Rishikesh river rafting,Nainital was also mesmerizing.

Visiting Kerala with family was an awesome experience for lifetime. Firstly warm welcome by driver and then that amazing roads and very good hotel in both Munnar and alleppey.we didn't feel like we are eating different food everyday unlike our state as the food always very very tasty .u can get whatever u want to eat .food is not at all a problem in Kerala . Houseboat was very clean and food was very tasty there . Yess and our travel agent was also very good but every a time I use to follow up with him regarding payment received or not .I have to send him screenshot regarding that and then he use to check it.also I asked him to give details of driver who is coming to receive us ..I felt like that is his duty to provide that earlier...but overall he was also good whenever I need help he was always there .and that driver George was very good person ...he made our trip very simple and enthusiastic ...thanx all !!!! Hi..I visited Kerala with my wife and daughter from 27-09-17 to 01-10-17 for 4 nights..My travel planner was Rocking trips... Starting from day 1 it was kovallam KTDC hotel. The hotel sight was great and view from the hotel was amazing.. But the hotel rooms are not very good.. The smell of moist was there ...Little bit congested rooms..Staff was very helping and courteous..Then 2nd day at poovar island resort..The resort is tooo good ... Everything was perfect.. Then in trivandrum hotel keys was booked.. It seems to be professional / business man type hotel.. No greenery or activities available in hotel..When you are planning a hotel bookings for family trip these things should be considered by tour planner..Then house boat...Here the expectations were completely lost. The house boat mentioned in vouchers was RT house boat but in actual it was of Dreammakers George and Peter house boat..It was ten years old and cleaning in boat was out class .. mosquito, ants, dust etc was in abundance...and wooden furniture was very old... Overall house boat was not as per expectation.. Only good thing was the captain and cook ..both were very nice and gentle persons..But for boat only 1/5 marks..ac remote display was broken, voltage dip problem..etc.. On to chauffeur, he was nice and good driver but as mentioned in tour planner details that driver will be knowing Hindi and English both..he did not understand Hindi.. Also the planner plan to boat atthirapally waterfall on the way from allepy to Cochin airport which was poor planing as it could not be planned on the interval of check out and flight check in duration.. So disheartened with that also.. Poovar island resort and boating in lake at poovar..

Abhinav's 9 days trip to South Africa

we booked our south africa trip from Mk holiday , thinking that it's got most of the bookings for SA from Travel triangle only later to find out how wrong we were. there is a serious lack in the pro activeness from the agent/TT , i had to personally follow up on each & every thing from them, despite the follow there we so many goof ups that happened from their end. Be assured that if you book from him it's not going to be a pleasant experience & be prepared to follow up every day for tickets & vouchers to be send to you, which by the way you've already paid for in advance. below i'll list down the good & the bad for the trip in detail Good 1. Good deal which would fit in your budget & probably offering the best rates. 2. the drivers that take you around are decent, but not that knowledgeable, they would be more like just drivers & not exactly tour guides, so be really sure of what you wanna do & research properly if booking with them Bad 1. Hotel & voucher are shared only like 2-3 days before your trip - we had booked our trip well in advance i.e. 6 months, but still all our bookings happened at the last minute just two days before our departure 2. On arrival at Joburg we were supposed to do a city tour as per the itinerary, but the same was not booked in advance & arrangements were made after we arrived at the hotel, a total mess of a welcome to the trip!! 3. All the rooms booked will be the cheapest ones, & very small, horrible was the room booked for us in cape town, it was a room which had a toilet inside it, without any partition & extremely small - we eventually had to request the hotel to upgrade us to a better room, which they were able to do the next day as they had vacant rooms available, else we might have had to change our hotels by paying extra 4. doesn't suggest a proper itinerary for e.g. Tsitsikamma National Park is really beautiful & one can take one night stay in the park to experience it better, but nothing of such was ever suggested by him. another such eg. we could have ideally stayed back in George while returning from outdshoorn/cango rather than going to knysna all the way & travel to capetown the next day while again passing from george on the way 5. probably the biggest goof up of the trip was that he forgot to book our hotel in capetown for the entire duration of our stay i.e. out of the 4 nights we had in capetown, hotel stay was only done for 3 nights & despite frantically calling him about it, he assured that he'll do the stay for the 4 night , to which he obviously couldn't as the hotel was completely booked for that night. 6. Lastly, the entire was filled with uncertainty about tours, driver details, & most importantly the room booking for the last day. i would really suggest not to book your trip with them as it's really not worth it that you being on vacation are being stressed about things & eventually end up spoiling your trip.
