I went to Phuket and Krabi for 5 days. Aditya was my travel adviser, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. The trip was very customizable according to my preferences. Travel agent could have been better by giving recommendations, since it's new country to visit. Sayan was very much helpful throughout the Thailand trip. Really appreciate his work. We had an awesome experience that sure will last forever. We went to Bali between Feb 18 and 25 before corona became mainstream and it was one beautiful experience. Everything right from the start was meticulously planned and customized for our needs. It was like a dream come true. They took care of every single thing so that we didn't have to worry about anything and just enjoy the trip. Presales team considered all my requests, the post sales team personally called and explained the trip details and the whatsapp team created just before our trip helped us to get cleared about some of our doubts. 5 star! We felt like we know the place right from landing on Bali. We wanted both hotels to be a private pool villa and it was the best decision. Pramana Desa Swan though a bit isolated from the tourist attractions, it was great. Ubud Heaven Sayan is just that, Heaven! If you love Nature, you will enjoy it. Our driver Mr. Sathiya is a gem. He was so cooperative and even showed us few more places that are not on the trip. The trip was jam packed with a lot of destinations to cover and every single thing was worth it. I can talk all day long about our trip. You will never be disappointed. Book with your eyes closed. Few tips You will not need a local sim card at all. Hotels have good wifi and the restaurants hav wifi too. We never used our local sim and it didn't have good signal most of the time. In restaurants you have all these varied menu items to choose from. If in doubt always order Nasi Goreng which is just Chicken Fried Rice in Balinese. Opt in for photography at Tanah Lot and additional water sports benoa beach. BARGAIN as much as you can. They are worth it. Always have an additional pair of dress and hats handy. You never know when you will get dripping in water or scorched in sun. Ask for honeymoon freebies well before the trip. We asked for it just before starting and we didn't get any of those.

I am not happy with bali itinerary .. Bali Swing was not included in Bali tour. It's near to my hotel Ubud heaven Sayan.

Sayan was constantly in touch with us through WhatsApp and advising us during our travel. Phi Island tour was the highlight of the trip!

This is our first trip with Breakbag (BB) and Travel triangle( TT). We , a group of five friends with their spouses , had a great trip to Thailand which includes Pattyay , Bangkok, Phuket and Craby with BB and TT. We are all safely back home after a memorable , exciting and enjoyable trip to Thailand for 8N -9D with BB and TT .Thanks to the Duty Managers Mr. Satyajit Roy, Sayan of Travel triangle ( Breakbag) at Kolkata, and Jackie of Thailand for their wonderful support during our whole trip. I must extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Avijit Samanta of Breakbag ,Kolkata and Aalok Ashish Kachhap of Travel triangle, Delhi for their great work in booking our trip to Thailand. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All the arrangements and transfers worked very well . I appreciate their efforts in making this happen. Our lodging was great. Thanks once again for making such a wonderful travel arrangement.

1) We had very reluctantly booked our honeymoon trip with travel triangle but after we reached our destination we were greeted very politely and had a blast throughout the trip. They had preplanned every thing and made sure that we were comfortable (rooms,cabs,drivers and food) 2) Their choice of lunch at Queen's of India was the best. 3) The only problem we faced was at Ubud. The resort they had booked Ubud Heaven Sayan villa was not proper. The concept of the resort was awesome but poorly executed. Cleanliness was nil and absolutely no choice for breakfast. Food was tolerable. Otherwise we enjoyed our trip and thank them for making our trip so memorable. The best memory was the trip to Gili Island. Crystal clear beaches and dinner along side the beach was the best time we had.

Hi Travel Triangle Team, We have just concluded our 7 Days and 6 Night Bali trip and we are happy to tell that it was our first and the best trip we have ever gone outside india. Regarding Ab Tourism:( SPOC: Mr Rajul ) Booking Experience: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service ) The trip was smooth and found the service provided by AB tourism ( particularly Rajul ) was fantastic. They provided quick response to my queries right from the day one, be it in India or in Bali. We had to postpone the trip to Nov last week from Oct because of personal issues and the things were taken care without any hassle by AB tourism. Definitely recommend and looking forward to book again from them. Accomodations: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service ) Hotel Neo+ Kuta. 5 star for the ambience , hospitality and breakfast. Ubud Heaven Sayan Villa: Accomodations and staff communication were fantastic, Private villa is very calm , clean and beautifully surrounded by nature. Didn't had much options for Breakfast but can be managed. Trip / Transfers: * * * * * ( 5 Star for the service) Mr Yasa, was an awesome driver. Everyday on time to pick up for the day itenary. Also, he helped to re-plan the itinerary which otherwise would have missed our " Candle light dinner" The local agent in Bali were very cooperative and quickly responded to all our queries as well. Last day airport drop made us worry because driver didn't turned up even after 40 min , but local agency there managed to quickly arrange the nearby driver who dropped us to airport on time. We could visit everything in itenary and did not missed anything thanks to the driver. Watersports , Cruise dinner , Uluwatu temple , nusa penida tour are the most enjoyed one. What didn't go well. 1) Beach Side Candle light dinner: Food was worst and it was like for name sake. Things to Consider ( What could be improved ) For AB Tourism: 1) Kelingking beach at nusa penida should be visited first and should be given time to play in the beach 2) Plan the itinerary so that places can be visited on the way. 3) What is promised in Final Quote should be there in Itenary. Cruise dinner was missed in itenary which i had to whatsapp / email multiple times to get included and the travel insurance which was not provided until last minute. Please dont give last minute headache to customers. 4) Also , please provide the fares for watersports from local agents as it will always help customer to plan the extra activities in advance. For Travel Triangle: 1) Please be responsible for the service you provide. Don't think that once you connect customer with agents your job is done. I believe ,you still have the responsibility to provide updates regarding the trip which includes a) whether the customer have received the vouchers ( i had not received land package voucher until last day )\ b) I had postponed the trip by one month and my trip status in website / app is not updated even after sending the email that i am going to postpone the trip and most annoying thing is i am getting automated email that my trip is completed and asking for feedback. c) No effort made to call the customer for the updated trip details. Once the convenience fee is paid then no support from travel triangle. d) Please dont take my phone communication as complaint to the Agent. Agent has done good job on his part. It is the travel triangle , who has not provided the satisfactory service. ( Example: Even after completing the trip details including dates / hotels details are not updated in invoice). It was my first foreign trip to Bangkok n Phuket..it was well arranged by breakbag tream ..Mr Mayank Roy,Satyajit ,Sayan Roy all were helpful during the trip..minor problems were solved immediately.. sometimes the drivers ,sic were late ..Thanks to trival triangle n break bag team..going through immigration,visa on arrival , security check was hectic at bangkok..Last day layover between the flights could be lessened.. eventually it was good experience.. Best memory was at safari world n phi phi Island ...it was nice experience..

We came to know about Travel Triangle through ads on facebook. It was the first time we availed services of Travel Triangle. It was for a trip to Thailand - Phuket, Pattaya and Bnagkok. *Pre Trip Services /Travel Triangle* On enquiry for quote for this trip we were expecting a single travel agent to give us quote but we were actually flooded with multiple quotes by multiple vendors of Travel Triangle. Advantage was that it made quotes comptetive to choose from. Disadvantage was multiple calls, mails, follow ups by several vendors made it irritating at one point. Finally we chose Delonix Travels. It provided decent quote but hurried up for payments. 100% payment was made in July for a trip in October citing it was a rule. But vouchers were given to us just 2 days before trip which actually scared us and made us follow them up repeatedly. Finally when the vouchers came just 2 days before the trip it had changes from the original itenerary which we were neither informed earlier nor did we have time to get it changed to original one just 2 days before trip. During the trip Despite our request neither the local travel agent nor Delonix nor Travel Triangle could help us, so that upset our plans and schedules. Also the chain system is so long that there is no single point or person to address all issues and everyone keeps asking to request this to other person. Ground support was via Whatsapp group but a first person responsible at the local site in Thailand would have been better like other travel agents normally have. Anyways, the support in Phuket particularly by Sayan Roy over whatsapp was really good. For Pattaya and Bangkok the support could have been much better. It is suggested to ask the vendors to not make so many follow ups just after sending quote. Also it is strongly suggested that when full payments are being taken so many months before trip then at least share all vouchers at least 10 days before trip that too without any last moment changes. *Hotels* Centara Marine Resort in Phuket was awesome. Huge premises with all facilities, prompt services, great rooms, good location and decent breakfast. Sunbeam Hotel in Pattaya was also Good in terms of room, services, location and breakfast. However, Woraburi Sukhumvit Hotel of Bangkok was poor in terms of room quality and services but breakfast and location was Ok. *Itenerary, activities and conveyances* Good itenerary. Handsome inclusions. Sightseeing coverage, activities coverage and time management was excellent. The Local tie up travel agents were good in their services. There was no dedicated tour guide in any location so at times we felt need of it but still it was well managed overall. As regards transfers, comfort level was good. Inland transfer in decent cars and speed boats. Thai Airways as Airlines was very good. *Food* Breakfast were included in Hotel and were decent. We had some of the Lunch included too in itenerary. Overall it was decent. Best lunch was in the day when we had Coral Island tour in Pattaya. Worst lunch was in James Bond island tour in Phuket, which most of the co-travellers were also complaining about. *Pricing* Cannot complain on pricing. The inclusions and quality at this price was the biggest plus point of the tour with Travel Triangle /Delonix. *Overall Experience* Satisfactory. Mixed of good and bad as stated above in details along with suggestions. Thanks. Phuket was the best part. Sayan Roy was good at coordinating things.
