I HAVE VISITED GOA WITH MY FAMILY - DURING 21 APRIL TO 27 APRIL 2025, I HAVE BOOKED 2 HOTELS DURING MY TOUR, 1 WAS TRANQUILL INN HOTEL CALANGUT - AT THAT HOTEL THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDE ROOM WHICH I WAS BOOKED, LIFT WAS NOT WORK PROPERLY AND REGULER, LOWER LEVEL FOOD WAS PROVIDED AT THERE, CLEANING - SOAP - SHAMPOO - DRINKING WATER WAS NOT PROVIDED PROPERLY. BUT AFTER 3 DAYS ON 24 APRIL I WAS TRANSFER AT MAYFIELD_ HOTEL = VAGATOR, HOTEL IS VERY GOOD, MANAGER HAS PROVIDED PROPER ROOM SERVICE - I GET TOO GOOD FOOD AT THERE AND ROOM SERVICE AND OTHER SERVICE ALSO TOO GOOD, DURING MY TOUR I GOT PROPER CAB SERVICE - CAB SERVICE AND DRIVERS WARE TOO GOOD, TOUR COMPANY HAS NOT PROVIDE ANY CAB FOR HOTEL TRANSFER WHICH DETAILS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN QUATATION HENCE I HAD TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM, I HOPE COMPANY WILL NOTE ALL ISSUES AND TRY TO IMPROVE SERVICE - ALL OVER I GIVE 5 STAR RATING ONLY FOR HOTEL MAYFIELD - VAGATOR AND CAB SERVICE ..... DURING MY TOUR I HAD TO FACE SO MANY PROBLEM REGARDING COMMUNICATION WITH TOUR CO-ORDINATER WHEN I ASK ANY THING TO CO-ORDINATOR HE WAS REPLIED THAT "SIR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PROGRAM FROM COMPANY" .... PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVES THANKING YOU KRUSHNAKANT T DEVANI FROM KESHOD - GUJARAT

We had the best experience as far as tour goes. Our guide Sonam j was best he helped in every aspect he give us lot of information about bhutan helped in immigration. My children's had tough time with travelling due to tough terrain and probably the diesel vehicle. Driver was friendly but vehicle could have been better. Iternary was perfect. Guide the best. Hotels all good and food was awesome. Loved bhutan. Visiting Tigers nest was my and my daughter's favorite and my wife enjoyed Thimpu city siightseeing. My son loved feeding Takin in Takin reserve

This was amongst the best family holiday we had till date. I will give 100% to Tropical Ceylon for their well planned itinerary which enabled me to visit maximum places and could rest properly as well. The best part was transportation with chauffeur which helped a lot in making this trip customized to our preferences of timing and where we want to eat or drink tea etc. Our Chauffeur Mr Gayan was very helpful, caring and was always ready to go extra mile to make our visit more comfortable and memorable. Stay arrangements were also very decent except the hotel at Nuwara Eliya which was Oak Ray the bush. Attitude of the staff of hotel was very arrogant and ignorant. They didnot listened to you and were very confident that wether they will give good service or not guest are bound to come to their property due to locational advantage. Hotel Rivendell and Hotel Pandanus was best in term of their location, service, staff behavior and food preference. My trip ended with tragic bomb blasts in colombo for which our prayers are with people of Srilanka. At this tough time it was ensured from the tropical ceylon team and especially our chauffeur Mr Gayan that we reach airport safely by coordinating with authorities and ensuring we donot enter or go towards affected areas. People of Srilanka are very friendly and always ensure that they help to their best of abilities.

We booked our 7-day Bhutan trip with Green Zone Destination through Travel Triangle. Mr. Gyam Sir from Green Zone curated a wonderful itinerary which covered all the important places and suiting our needs. The hotels were very comfortable and accessible to the main market as we wanted. Gyam Sir not only was there in planning this itinerary but was also always was in touch and made sure we were comfortable during our entire trip which was a great gesture from his side. His vast knowledge helped us in knowing about the Bhutanese culture and tradition. He was extremely helpful during our hike to the Tiger Nest understanding our pace and motivating us to complete our hike successfully. He also took care of an elderly person who was travelling with us at every place and we are very grateful to him for that. Mr. Roshan, our driver was also very punctual and experienced and we were comfortably reaching our destination right on time covering all places. Had a good experience with Bali go trips.. Initially I was skeptical to book through them but their constant / immediate replies to quires gave confidence.. Near to the tour date a separate whatsapp group was created with bali team from their side and we were able to add members from our side which made communication process very easy. Each day program and instructions were provided in the group. All went well and we enjoyed the trip.
