Overall the trip to Kashmir is nice and a must visit place for the travelers once in a lifetime. The place is really a heaven but need certain points of improvements regarding uncertainty/ unforeseen events, safety & security, overprice/overbudget places & over tip culture everywhere despite of best services. Trip was organized fine by 'Travelancer kashmir' company via agent Iqra madam initially and then Ishrat madam, however there are some issues wrt itinerary provided by the company regarding compliances/ follow up of hotels ratings and their hospitality/ services which needs to be taken seriously further in future for other Travelers.

Mawlynnong: Known as Asia's cleanest village, Mawlynnong lived up to its reputation in terms of beauty and cleanliness. The hotel we stayed at was beautiful and offered great views, although the facilities were quite average. Nonetheless, the natural charm of the place made up for it. Cherrapunji: Our experience in Cherrapunji was also very good. The hotel was comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay amidst misty hills and stunning landscapes. However we could have better option here, because food choices were very limited. Special Thanks: A special mention goes to Ms. Sizra from The Unexplored via Travel Triangle, who played a key role in making this trip so smooth and enjoyable. Hi, Hotel: Overall good..food was really good . Hotel voucher mentioned 2 super deluxe rooms but we got 1 room with balcony and other room without balcony Driver: good driving skills and smooth driving but constantly speaking on phone and drives with one hand and other hand holding his phone.. constantly chewing Pan and spitting outside. Otherwise good on timing and supportive person In general, Rohtang pass trip from Manali was very costly when I compare with my other friends experience.. just 2 adventure games and winter dress,they charged 5000 and cab 6500...felt cheated here... But overall good experience and thanks for arranging this trip

We had great trip but major issue if you book trip with them you need to call multiple time and get followup about any questions or concern like accomodation, extra charges etc so communication is major issue we face. agent not able to provide correct updates on timely manner you need to call him multiple time. Also there were few hiccups initially regarding accommodation and rooms they booked but later on they resolved. Driver is good and his main focus is to cover only what their in itinerary if you ask him to show any other places which is not specifically mentioned in itinerary then he ask us to check if it is their in itinerary if not then he is be like dekhte hai, kitna time lagega uspe hai but if you can insist to visit then he covers that. Overall we had great experience though there are some hiccups but we enjoyed trip a lot. Bumla pass, jung waterfall falls
