We really enjoyed our tour! from the incredible tea plantations at Munnar and witnessing the process of tea in the museum. Thekkady allowed us to spot wildlife and appreciate the incredible periyar Tiger reserve. Alleppey has offered us unbelievable scenery of the back waters whilst staying on a superb houseboat. Followed by some amazing museums and forts in Kochin. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! Tea plantations and houseboat

Rakesh's 9 days trip to Bhutan

I had an unforgettable 9-day tour in Bhutan with Bhutan Inc. Everything was perfectly organized, and the owner Khina regularly checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Our guide Navin was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing fascinating insights about Bhutan’s culture and history, while our driver Gyem Dorji navigated the roads safely and smoothly. From the breathtaking Tiger’s Nest hike to the stunning Punakha Dzong and delicious local food, every moment was special. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to truly experience Bhutan’s beauty and serenity. Last but not the least The Indian counterpart Nima Dhai, ensured a smooth drive to and from Bagdogra Airport, accommodating my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend Bhutan Inc for a seamless, enriching, and hassle-free Bhutan adventure!

Excellent coordination by the travel agency. Travel Triangle referred excellent agencies and it was difficult to choose the best. Moreover, there was excellent followup by them. This led to us go back to Travel Triangle for two more trips in different parts of the country. All the best Had great darshan at Dwarka and Somnath. Rare sighting at Gir Reserve Forest.

Samkariabhanu's 5 days trip to Kerala

The overall trip experience was 3/5 type.. Trip organised by Comfort destinations(Sameer) PROS: -The hotels in munnar and Thekkady were amazing. -Driver was more than perfect and also locally known as honeymoon specialist- Shan -Food was amazing and super tasty during whole trip including breakfast in hotels, local food, food at house boat in Alleppey. CONS: -Poor experience with houseboat: No TV, no ac whole day, stinking rooms, linguistic barrier with crew, boat only sailed for 2 hrs in whole day. -Many things mentioned in the itentary for 3 day(munnar to thakkedy) but driver refused to travel, later travel agent told that this was mentioned by mistake. -Driver refused to give luggage on last day due to some payment issue, it was later sorted out by travel agent. -As it was honeymoon trip, 1 candlelight dinner with room decoration was mentioned in the trip at houseboat. But unfortunately it didn't happened.. poor management.. -In Thekkady, there was no sightseeing by driver, he told to see some evening shows and go to a jungle safari. -There is a issue of advance booking in periyar tiger reserve in Thekkady, it should have been told to us in advance. Hence we tried on the spot booking and didn't get it. The munnar views and hotel was best.. Driver(Shan) was amazing

Lansdowne trip was better . The Hotel , Food , staff were coordinating . Driver was gentle and helpful . Chakrata Blue Canvas Resort was good and everything was ok but we had to encounter a lot of insects inside the Resort may be owing to the Rainy Season . Bhulla Tal in Lansdowne and Tiger Falls in Chakrata are worth to remember .

Raju's 4 days trip to Himachal

My Trip to Manali (from Delhi) was overall ok. 1. Ok because of the worst experience on Traveling by Volvo. I suggest not to choose the Volvo option. Though i have done the reservations 3 months back, I was given Back seats in Volvo in both onward and return. Never ever deal with the Volvo representative Manoj. He is the vendor for 1 point 5 billion. At Delhi pick up point he asked me to wait at the Church (ext to indian oil petrol bunk) and told me that the bus will come by that route. Later he changed it and asked us to come to that galli as Police will not allow the bus to stop over there. There was an other family as well had to walk down with baggage towards another pick up point. It was not a Volvo bus, it was a age old Benz bus. Very noise and no AC to maintain the temp. It was so cold outside and the same inside. Bus broke down on the way. when I asked Manoj about the Bus quality and no maintaining of AC, he says though its broke down it reached on time right?? Regd to temp inside, he acted like he doesnt know how Volvo buses maintain the temp inside. Return was a clean/good AC Volvo but again BACK seats. 2. I made my booking for an Innova with addl chanrge for it for the local trip. They have never provided me an Innova. a) Bus stop to Hotel- a TATA car. Not sure of the brand. Never seen on Bangalore roads b) 1st Day local site seeing a different car and the 1st one engaged with something else c) 2nd day local trip - Maruti Alto. It was too tight and a tough one d) 3rd day some other can kind of vehicle. Again never seen this car on Bangalore roads 3. Hotel (Tanglewood villa) -Good. Service was bit slow but i njoyed the stay in the hotel Location - Good, Cleanliness- Good, Food- Super, Balcony view- Excellent I dont think i should complain on Hotel/Stay. Representative Ansh Mehta was very responsive. My overall interaction with her - Excellent. If my Volvo exp would have been good, I would have rated Very Good over all.

Advocate's 5 days trip to Himachal

My experience !! as follows in my complain cum feedback in summarized in the form of complaint Don't make the advance payment... Pay after taking the services .... advance payment leads to cheating as was my case... Dear Sir/ Maam, This is to bring it to the kind attention of the concerned people/ authorities about me being cheated on the pretext of good property with respect to lodging at Shimla greens at Shimla and making the pleasant family excursion almost nightmarish by putting my family at almost isolated aforesaid property completely in contradiction to my expectation and request made before and during the finalization of the itinerary which was either on mall road or atleast within the close proximity of mall road. When the journey became endless from manali which begin around 10:30 am on 11th Jan 2018 with young my 2 daughters one aged around 5 and another 2.5 years old along with my wife was almost horrific going down and down the hills moving away from habitation. when this discrepancy was brought to the notice of the concerned agent Priyanka Zinta along with some Neeraj and one or two more representatives instead of helping and assisting in the time of crisis all were adamant to play the blame game rather than coming with a solution. one of the representatives came up with a solution that I have to pay extra Rs 4400/- for an alternate arrangement at the desired location over and above what I have already paid to them (that is full payment was made as per the instruction of the itinerary managers... I was quite upset in the manner the situation was handled. I refused to comply with their offer which was not at all satisfactory rather looked like a trap for the customers to extort more money by creating such circumstances and leaving the customer with no option but just to yield to the unreasonable demands. In such circumstances with empty stomach and crying kids who were already exhausted due to the journey made arrangements and was made to bear unreasonable expenditure due to last minute arrangements without no faults of ours. The conduct was uncalled for and the approach was insensitive without even give due considerations to the composition of the family members. reserving the rights to make exhaustive recital as and when required and at the convenience of the victim of cooked circumstances that me and my family I look forward to resolve the issue as soon as possible. also reserving the rights to sue for causing mental pain and agony along trauma and torture all constituting the act of cheating of hard earned money. appropriate lawful action is the next course of action if the resolution provided is not reasonable and just. Rmenon's 10 days trip to Himachal

We travelled during first week of May 2022 covering Himachal Pradesh (Chandigarh-Shimla, Manhali, Dharmshala, Dalhousie & Amritsar) The entire trip was by road and well co-ordinated by North India Tours Travels, all the tourist spots were covered as committed. All Hotels at respective points were reserved in advance, out of which only Manali Hotel was too good, where as the other were not upto the mark with respect to cleanliness and shabby service. We need to chase and remind them serveral times for the room services etc., there is no Tea Maker provided in the rooms nor they serve Morning Tea though informed the earlier day. We had a bad experience with Dalhousie Hotel owner, who has engaged his hotel for a marriage function and asking us to shift to a normal hotel, room is already reserved. The hotel is unhygenic and does't even bother about guest and the restaurant is kept very untidy. Finally would like to mention, the value for the booking amount is not satisfied. Except the travel to all destinations points by Road. Request NORTH INDIA TOURS TRAVELS.
