The hotels were good and clean. With professional staff. However they were all very far away from city center. In case of gulmarg the hotel was about 13 km away from the intended location which changes the topography and ecology of the region. The travel agent also forgot to pay to the hotel causi

We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in
Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.
