It is always good to share all clear cut pictures of day trip and other expectations which the Dubai co-ordinator Saeed was speaking when we use to raise a query. When you guys have done so many trip even you will be having clear picture of what and gow things work. Overall the experience was good but clear communication leads to correct expectations and lesser disappoints i would say. *Dubai Trip with Travel Triangle: A Mixed Bag* Overall: My Dubai trip with Travel Triangle offered a customized itinerary at a competitive price, with great hotel selection and included activities. However, communication issues and inflexibility on tours detracted from the experience. Pros: Customization: Travel Triangle built a package that fit my needs, including the hotel and activities I wanted. Hotel: I was very happy with the chosen hotel - [Hyatt and Wyndham]. Selective Activities: I appreciated the option to choose specific activities instead of a pre-set package. Location & Transport: Having included airport transfers and local transportation was convenient. Ground Team: The ground team in Dubai was generally helpful. Competitive Price: I felt I got good value for the price I paid. Sightseeing Flexibility: I liked having some flexibility in choosing which sights to see. Cons: Ticketing Confusion: There were issues with receiving the correct ticketing information for some activities, causing some confusion. Itinerary Clarity: The itinerary for locations could have been clearer, leading to some minor navigation challenges. Shared Tours: Being placed in a shared tour group (SIC) with incompatible travelers wasn't ideal. Driver Rigidity: Drivers' strict adherence to routes and limited flexibility during sightseeing was frustrating. Unprofessional Conduct: Some pick-up and drop-off experiences for sightseeing involved harsh or rude behavior, which put a damper on the mood. Recommendation: While Travel Triangle offered a good value with a customized package, communication and tour flexibility need improvement. If you prioritize clear communication and a relaxed sightseeing experience, you might want to consider other options. However, if you're on a budget and value a customizable itinerary, Travel Triangle could be a good fit, with the caveat that you might need to manage your expectations regarding communication and tour flexibility. 5 Star Rating for Meenakshi: A special shoutout to Meenakshi, the sales executive, who did an excellent job in planning an efficient tour package and itinerary - had tremendous support to arrange a package, understanding activities and plan then accordingly. We used J Square Holidays Private Limited when in Dubai to visit Abu Dhabi for a day trip. Moliaka was really knowledgeable about all places to visit and did take us to places we didn’t have on our list. He made our trip really comfortable and enjoyable. We visited Dubai in March end 2025 for a 5 day trip. Sumit was very helpful in getting the visa formalities completed on time and clarifying all questions about the trip immediately. In Dubai the team gave timely updates on the drivers. The half day Dubai tour can be planned better as it was a little but of a rush, but Desert Safari, Cruise Dinner and Abu Dhabi tour was well done. Overall a great trip.

Took an amazing journey to Udaipur-Mount Abu. Driver Santosh Kumar, being a complete professional, provided perfect trip experience with complete trip itinerary completion and even more. Not to mention the mouth-watering in-between lunches in near perfect restaurants. Overall a perfect journey thanks to Aapkatripwala. Hoping to travel again with them in the soon-to-be next trip.

I went on a five days trip to Dubai with my wife. The departure flight to Dubai was good. The return flight was from Sharjah and was late at night, so, a day got wasted after the checkout. The flight had very less legroom. We stayed in Ramada. It was a clean hotel with breakfast included. All the transfers were on sharing basis except the airport. Day 1: We went on Marina dhow cruise. It was too crowded. There was no space between tables. The food was average. Day 2: We went on Dubai city tour+ Dubai mall. We were given a 21:00 slot to the top of Burj khalifa. It was too crowded. We suggest to go in the morning. The underground aquarium experience was amazing. Day 3: We went on Abu Dhabi day tour+ Ferrari world. We were sent on a bus. We were expecting a shared car. Half day for Ferrari world is not enough. We could take only half rides. Women should carry aba to cover to visit Sheikh Zayed Mosque. We were told it is given there but it was not available. Day 4 : We visited Museum of future+ Miracle garden. The experience of Museum of future was amazing. It was too exhausting to visit miracle garden in a hot sunny day. We suggest to visit it in the evening. Day 5: We went on desert safari. They promised dune bashing on red dunes but instead took us on small dunes before it. The henna and camel ride inclusion is just for name sake. The food was cold and tasteless. Overall the trip did not not turn out to be comfortable for what we paid.

Hotel - Room was small. Also service was reactive (Out of 4 days stay, I had to ask for towels twice). Service request compliance (service delivery without reminders) was good though. There was goof up for Day 3 pick up (Abu Dhabi trip). Due to delayed pick up (by 45 minutes) and vehicle quality issue (vehicle had to be changed on the way), we had to drop visit to Warner Brothers Park. Also, there was no response by agent to a request for early airport drop on the last day.

It was great experience , vaani and vishnu both planned our trip very nicely . Vishnu was a great coordinator , whenever we need him , he was there on call and arranging everything properly . It was hassle free and great trip Dessert safari and sea world abu dhabi was best

Venous destination provided me all facilities they claimed. I found it very affordable as rates were reasonably low. Going for desert safari and Abu Dhabi tour and Dove cruise was highly enjoyable and a unique experience

Thanks Holiday Paradise for this experience. Especially Miraj - for always being accessible. While over all the trip was good, would like to share one particular experience which didn't go as per plan. At the Grand Mosque,Abu Dhabi we (along with few others from our group) were left stranded outside and not allowed to enter the premises as according to the authorities our attire wasn't proper. ( We were fully covered , just that we didn't have a head gear to cover our hair). All the other travel agents were carrying burqa etc for their clients , also there was a guide to take them through the place, in our case none of it was made available. Nor were we informed to carry or wear something like that. On top of that the travel triangle point of contact Venus didn't respond to our calls/emails/messages. Eventually after waiting out for an hour we had to leave the place without entering the premises , abu dhabi weather made things more difficult. While Miraj was available throughout even he couldn't help much as the local contact didn't arrange for a guide and we had no choice but to wait outside. No one from Travel Triangle bothered to get in touch with us even after a week. All this , after being a repeat customer with Travel Triangle. (this was our third trip through Travel Triangle). This was my wife's maiden overseas trip - so I was really hoping it to be perfectly planned one. To sum it up : Pro's Helpful Travel Agent - Miraj Well planned trip Con's Sad customer service by Travel Triangle.
