Positive first. Good Cab driver.Bad Cab. Hotels in Munnar, Kovalam good, kochin and Alleppey so so.. Could be improved in guiding hotels with facilities rather than cost and location. Just has a feeling I might have gone with 5 star package... All the Trip is Great memory

This was the first time booked a trip with travel triangle. It was a good experience. Tripsailor also did good work to make the trip smoother. Houseboat experience in Alleppey was mesmerizing.

Hotel at Munnar Mist inn is not upto value. But at Thekkady Mountain hues is very good. At Alleppey some boat house issue but agency managed. Boat house is ok but they moved only 1/2 km which is not our expectations. Food is ok but generic. Travel agency has misguide. At cherai beach hotel infront of sea but room is too small. Journey was wonderful, all hills please is ok. At Alleppey house boat experience was beautiful.

Trip was fine. But hotel "the view munnar" was not good at all as the Lift was not working and 1st day there was no water supply in bathroom. Cab was good and the next hotel "pagoda " was very nice. Maximum things were not covered in the package. They say site seeing is covered but later the localites asked to book a jeep for further sight seeing. The best part was the art show(Kathakali and kalaripattu) and alleppey boat ride , which was not covered in the package. We had to pay separately for that.

The experience was good. Hotels in munnar and periyar was good as compared to Alleppey. Driver was very good and co-operative. Overall experience was very good

Rooms are good in munnar and Alleppey but in the lady it's ok ok. Driver helping and behavior is good but he is not having knowledge on the places which we visited. Due to peak season, drivers were not available hence that driver was provided. It would have been good if we got driver who is having knowledge on the places. Overall trip is good only, always willing to choose travel triangle.

We recently completed a fantastic trip to Kerala, visiting Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey, all organized by Travel Triangle. The experience was truly memorable, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our journey. Kochi: Our trip began in Kochi, a charming blend of history and modernity. The Fort Kochi area, with its colonial architecture, was a treat to explore. Munnar: Next, we headed to Munnar, a hill station known for its lush tea gardens and cool climate. The drive through winding roads was scenic, and once we reached Munnar, the tranquility and beauty of the place left us in awe. We visited the Tea Museum and took a stroll through the tea plantations. The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight.The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the Kerala experience without worrying about logistics. Overall: Kerala, with its rich natural beauty, vibrant culture, and warm hospitality, is a must-visit destination. Our trip, planned by Travel Triangle, was smooth, stress-free, and memorable. Dear Travel Traingle, I am writing to share my feedback on our recent trip to Kerala, which was organized by your agency. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we appreciate the efforts put in by your team to make it a memorable experience. The cab provided was excellent, and the driver was punctual and supportive throughout the journey. However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative.
