I had overall a good experience except 2-3 things. The driver was amicable and professional. He ensured we had a safe trip. All the hotel staff were good and the rooms are decent, except the staff in Sense Sunset Seminyak. Another issue I faced was with driver in Nusa Penida, where he don't know English. Overall a good experience

We had a wonderful one week Bali Trip organised intricately through Travel Triangle by Tour Hunters. Muskkan was really dedicated and was literally available 24/7 to assist and clarify all doubts. Our Tour driver cum guide, Mr Wayan Sutantra at Bali, was a very mature person & guided us well throughout. We stayed at Ramada Encore at Seminyak & at Freddies Villas in Ubud. Really a wonderful gesture by Freddies to present a birthday cake for my daughter during our stay. Driver on 18th is worst, he misguided us for whole day & trying to save all locations entry fees. Travel agent is also not well aware of Bali locations. Hotel Grand Mega resort is not as per standard. We didn't serve floating breakfast in Seminyak as per our itinerary. agent is also not responded on this matter. They told me to pay from my own.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in Bali, the cab driver which was with us for the whole trip was very punctual and cooperative, really humble. The whole trip went on smoothly, and we really liked both the properties i.e Cyrus Villa Seminyak and Dedary Resort Ubud. We always have a good booking experience with Travel triangle.

I took a package from Travelope to Bali this July 2023 , Ronak and Sonali did a very good package for us . Pickup from airport and local transportation was very good and well coordinated. Hotels were good in seminyak and ubud, but expected better in Nusa penida and Gili Island. We got stuck at gili Island as the speed boats were not allowed to leave due to high waves at bali port as per harbor master orders. So we had to do alternate arrangements ourselves but later slight help from local coordinator of travelope Mr Gusti. So all in all we missed out on few things in our itinerary as we were stuck in the gilli island and further ubud itinerary got affected but our agent Travelope tried their best to cover few attractions in limited available time . Overall I would recommend TRAVELOPE to others as Mr Ronak and team very much cater to majority of our travel needs and are very approachable. We enjoyed Edge bali. Uluwatu temple show and Gili Trawangan sunsets a lot.

trip was good and beautiful. car and driver arrangement we're beautiful crown Bali Villa was awesome. hault of 5 hours in Kuala Lumpur should come with some food coupons. 10k advance booking for spa,sim card and candle light dinner is not worth. sim card you can buy from there and you don't even get top up.candle light dinner was the worst experience. I could have spent my 10k there to make it more awesome and beautiful.neither the ambience was romantic nor the place. park Regis hotel is not meant for honeymoon couple..it's not worth lemgohan cruise and island. crown Bali seminyak villa

Overall the trip was very well managed. The drivers used to reach on time and were supportive. Following points need to be taken care of: 1. The drivers should be able to communicate with basic english. I faced problems in Nusa Penida due to the driver not being able to understand or speak English at all. 2. The exact day and time wise itinerary with chronological order of places to visit should be sent to the guests to provide better transparency 3. De Vins Sky hotel Seminyak: The hotel is very spacious but its rooms needs a renovation. The rooms look old and there is less lighting arrangement inside the room. Hotel rating: Evitel Ubud : 3/5 (Room size: small) Horison Seminyak: 2/5 (Room size: small) Sadara Nusa dua: 5/5 (Room size: Big enough and spacious) Horison and Sadara was suggested by us, not by agent. Location of all 3 hotels were perfect. Cab driver Adi was well behaved, he was so cooperative all time. We had asked him to detour multiple times, even he suggested good places for shopping. Thank you!
