Hotel Horison at Seminyak was very Good but Ashoka Tree Resort was not even 3 star, The hotel didn't serve buffet breakfast ,even every person had to choose only 1 dish along with Juice and tea/coffee for break fast. we are pure veg, so when we ordered veg sandwich only 2 slices of bread with some veggies were served. Fruit dish included 2 small pieces of pineapple, papaya and watermelon .The bath soap container was also refilled ,we had to remind them again and again. Very poor service at Ashoka Tree Resort.

We had booked a trip to Bali on TRAVELOPE through TRAVEL TRIANGLE. It was a very smooth going trip the drivers and guides were all friendly and we had no problem in any point of the trip ,we stayed in KUTA for 3 nights and UBUD for 2 nights and UBUD was the best place to ever visit. But one suggestion I'd like to make is to never opt for staying in KUTA if you are travelling with family as KUTA is more of nightlife ,Hence it isn't family friendly instead OPT to stay in SEMINYAK or UBUD which is better and SEMINYAK has many Indian restaurants which provide authentic Indian food . But overall the trip was really good it was all worth the cost we had to pay

It was excellent experience, barring the communication gap on first day of the tour. The Driver was not aware of the itinerary as to what's included and we had to struggle of our own. Still The entire trip was well coordinated, Drivers Bee as well as Rissanto, well disciplined, always smiling and very considerate towards his guests. All Hotels booked , Ramada in Seminyak, Pandava in Nusa Penida and Bali Relaxing resort in Nusa Dua , were all clean and worth the value. The team at Bali too was quick in response. However, my observations with respect to some tourist spots and activities as under, is to give fair view of what one gets and take conscious decision to opt or opt out to save on time and money : 1. The place for Lunch booked during first day of Kintamani Tour was different than what was mentioned in our itinerary, finding difficult at our level and driver too was clueless, although lateron some alternative arrangements were made. 2. The Bali Swing at Aloha was not only waste of time and money, but was worthless. Out of 6, only 2 tried. Swing was not even better than the swing at your Home. Rice terraces too not worthy of visiting. So Swing as well as rice terraces is not worth the amount and time spent. 3. While visit to besakh temple is worth, tertha Ganga can be avoided, as it doesn't have much to see. 4. Tanha Lot temple visit was overwhelming. Instead of Teertha Ganga, more time can be spent in Tanha Lot. 5. Ulun Danu Temple is worth, but nothing much to see in Uluwatu , except for Kechak Dance. 6. Nusa Penida island visit and it's all tour are not worth the visit. Snorkeling at crystal bay, is wastage of time and money,and much much inferior to the experience that you gain in Phiphi island tour in Thailand. Overnight stay in Nusa Penida Hotel not suggested as water is salty, instead day tour from Sanur can be taken if at all this island anyone want to visit. 7. The candle light dinner, arranged, was superb and we all enjoyed the evening. Overall experience was fantastic, the Team Kalpana Tours and Travels and it's counter part Indo Jaya Travels Bali, both deserve all appreciations. Ms Soni Jha, Kalpana Tours, was quite patient even though I kept on calling her repeatedly before finalizing fine details of the plan. Regards Prem Prakash Sharma 1. Tanha Lot Temple 2. My Mumbai to Bali experience was awesome. I had planned this outing with my family (Better Half and Two kids) I had planned my Tour from ‘Tour Hunters’ who were supremely helpful in all cases. Right from designing my itinerary, modifying it as per my needs, sharing all checklists and at the end ensuring no trouble during outing days I also got good assistance from the TravelTriangle Agent – Muskan Goal who were helpful right from booking my Flight Tickets and planning the tour. The Hotel (M Suite Seminyak) that Agent had suggested for me was awesome. Breakfast was awesome and the management at Hotel was awesome. My Bali Agent ‘Shanti Phala Group’ ensured that the entire tour was being done as per the Itinerary planned. The driver (Wayan Jati) that they had appointed for my assistance was cool and kind in all forms. He ensured engaged communication and was always ready for all types of assistance. Considering I was travelling along with kids, I was given all types of assistance on Indian Restaurants by all above people. I am really thankful to all contributors who made my tour memorable. I wish to give this group another opportunity for my next tour.

I had overall a good experience except 2-3 things. The driver was amicable and professional. He ensured we had a safe trip. All the hotel staff were good and the rooms are decent, except the staff in Sense Sunset Seminyak. Another issue I faced was with driver in Nusa Penida, where he don't know English. Overall a good experience

We had a wonderful one week Bali Trip organised intricately through Travel Triangle by Tour Hunters. Muskkan was really dedicated and was literally available 24/7 to assist and clarify all doubts. Our Tour driver cum guide, Mr Wayan Sutantra at Bali, was a very mature person & guided us well throughout. We stayed at Ramada Encore at Seminyak & at Freddies Villas in Ubud. Really a wonderful gesture by Freddies to present a birthday cake for my daughter during our stay. Overall, a fabulous experience and I will certainly recommend everyone to plan their trips through Travel Triange- Tour Hunters. All the Best & Keep up the Excellent Work. Special thanks to Muskkan.

Driver on 18th is worst, he misguided us for whole day & trying to save all locations entry fees. Travel agent is also not well aware of Bali locations. Hotel Grand Mega resort is not as per standard. We didn't serve floating breakfast in Seminyak as per our itinerary. agent is also not responded on this matter. They told me to pay from my own.

Reena is very professional and is always available. Even in midnights she used to answer our queries. Itinerary was so well planned and there were no hitches throughout. Bali is my first international trip and am very happy that I chose a right travel agent. Also, luckily we were assigned a good driver which made our Bali trip very memorable. We enjoyed our stay at Bali dream villa seminyak and the most memorable part of our trip was the time spent in Nusa penida islands

Recently we went to Bali, and we booked our holiday package from Befikre Ghoomo. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay in Bali, the cab driver which was with us for the whole trip was very punctual and cooperative, really humble. The whole trip went on smoothly, and we really liked both the properties i.e Cyrus Villa Seminyak and Dedary Resort Ubud. We always have a good booking experience with Travel triangle.
