Universal Studios was a big hit with the kids, and places like the zoo, Night Safari, and Gardens by the Bay were equally impressive. Sentosa Island is perfect for a full day of fun and relaxation. Food was never an issue—there are endless options, including Indian restaurants and vegetarian choices. Hawker centres are great for trying different cuisines at reasonable prices. The only downside is that Singapore can be quite expensive, especially when it comes to hotels and attraction tickets. Also, the weather is hot and humid, so be prepared for that, especially if traveling with children. Overall, Singapore is a fantastic destination for families—safe, entertaining, and very easy to explore. Highly recommended, especially for a first international trip with kids.we will revisit in future with them

small and it was difficult to manage with kids. The 2nd day city tour and night safari was fine but the driver could have been more communicative in providing details of the places visited. There was a Chinese temple where he dropped us for 10min to roam around and when I asked the name of the temple he asked me to go and check it where everything was in Chinese. I had to google to find the name. 3rd day pick up was delayed by around 90min which affected the duration of the Sentosa visit. After waiting for nearly an hour in the heat outside hotel we had to get inside to the reception and as soon as the vehicle reached the location I get a message stating that we will move the vehicle as it’s already late as if it’s our mistake not allowing us the needed time to walk outside. this happened couple of times which needs change to maintain a good experience and I acknowledge that the visitors should be on time to avoid inconvenience to others where as here it was vice versa. The rest of the visits were good. Well coordinated. Tickets were shared on time and the team also helped in locating the pick up location after one of our activities. Overall good experience. Just few things to look into and take care going forward. Thank you.

e last day, we had specifically paid extra for a private tour, and the same was confirmed by the travel agent. However, instead of the private tour, we were clubbed into a group tour without any prior intimation. This was particularly frustrating because we had paid additional money specifically to avoid a group tour. When we raised this concern, we were told that we should rely on the itinerary instead of the WhatsApp chat, which did not make sense since the private tour had clearly been confirmed by the agent. The day-wise planning was also not optimized. For example, on the Sentosa day, we completed the Sentosa Cable Car around 1:00 PM, while the Wings of Time show was scheduled only at 7:30 PM. This left a gap of almost 6–7 hours with no guidance or planned activities. Singapore was extremely hot during that time, and exploring outdoor beach areas did not make sense. We were left to figure things out on our own in an unfamiliar place. Eventually, we had to spend extra money to visit the Oceanarium just to utilize the time and manage the long gap. Proper planning and guidance could have avoided this inconvenience. Similarly, on another day, the itinerary included Museum of Ice Cream, Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. We completed the Museum of Ice Cream in about 1 hour–1 hour 15 minutes. When we checked with the driver, we were told we had to wait for nearly an hour as pickups were scheduled. This resulted in us waiting in the hot sun without any proper arrangement. When we contacted the Abroad Vacations agent, the response was that they had already paid for the transport and we could not take a Grab. This was not helpful, and we were left with no option but to wait. After reaching Marina Bay Sands, we later realized that there were timings for Gardens by the Bay, which were not properly communicated in advance. Because of this delay and lack of coordination, we had very limited time to explore the Flower Dome, and we had to rush quickly to the Garden Rhapsody show. The entire day felt rushed, and we could not explore the attractions comfortably or to our satisfaction. Additionally, there were multiple instances where only driver timings were shared, without proper guidance on meeting points, buffer time, directions, or how long each activity would realistically take. The expectation seemed to be that we should manage everything ourselves in an unfamiliar city, which was stressful. The main reason for booking through a travel agent is to have a seamless experience, proper planning, and guided transportation throughout the trip. However, in our case, we were mostly left with just tickets and driver timings, and we had to figure out the rest ourselves. If we had to plan everything independently, it would have made more sense for us to book the tickets directly. The lack of guidance and coordination defeated the purpose of booking through an agent. Overall, the trip lacked coordination, proactive communication, and proper planning. We expected a smooth and well-organized experience, especially after paying extra for certain services. We hope Travel Triangle and Abroad Vacations improve their coordination, honor confirmed bookings, provide realistic day planning, and ensure clear communication so future travelers do not face similar issues.

f follow ups. As a traveller main reason for a customized package was to have a trip as per our plan which was agreed by both parties. There was onground support provided, but following up multiple times was not a good experience which should definitely be improved. Vouchers should be shared atleast 2-3 days prior so that any discrepancy could be discussed and corrected before the travel and not have to follow up during the travel. There was effort put in by the team to solve the problems but having to do the follow up during the trip was an inconvience. Places visited , food were excellent.

. While traveling in a foreign country, finding such food options can be challenging. The itinerary was quite tight, and on several days we did not have enough time to arrange lunch that met our dietary requirements. It would be very helpful if future itineraries could include a short lunch break or suggestions for nearby vegetarian-friendly restaurants along the route. Additionally, if travelers identify a suitable place nearby, allowing an extra 30–40 minutes would make the experience more comfortable. Apart from this, we had a very nice trip and appreciate the overall arrangements.

The support from Avishek and his team truly made our trip more memorable. Overall, the service from Travel Triangle and Kalpana Tours was excellent. However, we did observe a few areas of improvement—more as suggestions for future Bali travelers: 1. Our stay at Legian Paradiso Hotel in Kuta was very good. The service, breakfast, and overall ambience were up to the mark, and I would highly recommend it. However, our experience at Prayatna Villas Ubud (private pool villa) was disappointing. The breakfast options were extremely limited (only one veg/egg option), portions were minimal, and even extra bread was chargeable. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 7 AM for any assistance, which could be risky in emergencies. Some basic amenities were also missing, and the location is quite remote. I would not recommend this property. 2. Our assigned driver initially tried to rush through the itinerary and was reluctant to cover some en-route places. After raising the concern with him and later with Avishek’s local team, the issue was resolved and the driver became cooperative. 3. Suggestion for travelers: If your plan is to relax at the hotel, a 10 AM start is fine. But if you want to explore Bali fully, it’s better to leave by 9 AM, as sunsets are early and markets in many places close by then. Despite a few stressful moments (which are quite normal in any trip), our overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we reached out to Avishek, he was always available with quick solutions, regardless of the time. Avishek, Minshu, and Ritu were extremely helpful throughout, and I would definitely recommend their services for a Bali trip. Looking forward to planning my next trip with them again.

we had a major issue with Pandawa Beach Resort. It was nothing like the online reviews—there was virtually no staff, no functioning kitchen, zero hygiene, and no food available. I really wish we had asked Ramiz to change this hotel for us as well. Additionally, while our driver was excellent and very professional, the car provided wasn't very comfortable. Good service from the agency, but definitely avoid that specific resort!
