We had great trip and everything was smooth apart from Seaview patong hotel. Room was not at all good and the type we asked for. Continuously water dripping from AC. Still they didn't resolve issue and not my travel agent also. In the time of requirement they were not capable to solve issue. We suffered a lot at phuket hotel. Other than this everything was fine.

There were some cons like I need to leave early as per plan but there was some issue with the hotel payment twice although Aditya helped us and quickly resolved the issue. So it was fine. Thanks travel Triangle for making our Thailand holiday memorable. We got a good hotel stay in Royal Suite, Bangkok, and the staffs were very helpful. Hotel facility in Phuket could be much better, though the staffs were very good. Regarding Patong Buri Hotel in Phuket -Lighting and other facilities requires renovation in Hotel room 731, though the bathroom was good. Also, breakfast starts at 8 am , but , site visit starts at 7:00 am for one day, so , we missed breakfast. Also only one option was available for breakfast. Regarding Cabs and drivers, main thing was they were punctual through out journey and guides were also good. We also got proper response from Travel Agents on time.

1.Travel agent should explain/include every detail of the sightseeing. For example - one of my sightseeing includes swimming, but my travel agent did not told us about the swimming. So, we did not come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.
