Petals of chinar.. a hotel in srinagar and our package, They delivered the water bottles after three hours. If we order non-vegetarian food, that's what we should get, but in many places we get vegetarian food. Plz tell the agency to be serious about basic services. Hotel of sonamarg its best,also pahalgam. communication by the travel agency is good. Affordable tour package.

The hotels in Katra and Srinagar were quiet good. The best hotel was Petals of Chinar in Srinagar. The Hotel Pahalgam Suits was good but the rooms were quiet small and the water was dirty and smelly. The Divine Oak Golden leaf hotel was good on first visit, but during the last visit the bathrooms were unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.

My Experience with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays – A Well-Planned Trip I recently booked a Kashmir tour package with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays, and overall, my experience was quite good. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the major attractions like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Doodhpathri. From scenic landscapes to comfortable travel arrangements, everything was managed smoothly. Travel & Sightseeing Experience The sightseeing experience was fantastic. Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better. Rating for the trip: 8/10 Would I recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays? Yes!

From our arrival at the airport, where we were warmly welcomed with garlands, to our departure, every detail of our trip was perfectly organized. I am extremely thanks to Indo Jaya Travel enough for making our Bali trip so memorable! From the start to the very end, they were incredibly helpful. Our driver, VD was exceptional. When my fiance wasn’t feeling well, he made sure I had the medication and took extra care to ensure we were comfortable. The hotels they booked for us in Ubud and Kuta were fantastic, providing a perfect balance of comfort and charm. Everything was beautiful and it made our six days in Bali truly special. Had a great Honeymoon Trip planned by travel triangle team. Enjoyed a great experience throughout our trip to Bali. Especially the luxurious stay we had in Bakung Sari Resort in Kuta suggested by the team. The pleasant stay at the resort with good ambience for Honeymoon couple to enjoy the trip. Only one drawback with the stay at Ubud Bakung Sari Villa rooms are not up to the mark and where we need to change the rooms for almost 3 times due to issues with the locks. Each and every day team has planned our site seeing and unwavering comfort... Due to proper response and guidance in choosing our destination, we had a clear overview of the trip even before we started from our home. The hassle-free transportation from the airport pickup to hotel rooms and to various site seeing and back to airport drops were a cherry on top.. because the entire trip was customised based on the understanding of our requirements by the team.. The trip covered the entire Bali island and the most famous Ubud Market,Bali Swing attractions of Bali. We had the chance to enjoy both the touch of nature's pleasure in Ubud and Kuta.
