I recently had an trip to Singapore with my family. I want to share my experience. The itinerary was well-organized and allowed me to explore some of the top attractions in the city. Special thanks to Ms Pooja Rajput , my travel agent, for organizing such a nice and memorable trip. She helped us to customise our package and was very helpful starting from package reservations to execute the itenary in Singapore with real time support on calls and messages for each pick-up, trip, event scheduled for our Itenary in Singapore. We used Kushark Travels to arrange our four-night, five-day trip to Singapore. Pooja from their team worked closely with us to suit all of our needs and gave us an excellent itinerary that included nearly all of Singapore's attractions at a very affordable price.Throughout the trip, she kept in contact with us to ensure everything went according to plan.The pickup and drop-off were excellent, as was the stay at Hotel Citadines Rochoor, we were given the opportunity to check in early. Due to the abundance of vegetarian restaurants in the area, we had no issues with eating during our stay at Little India Singapore.

Trip was overall well coordinated by the travel agent .Hotels were good. Drivers were well mannered. A lot of thanks to the Abroad Vacations for making our trip smooth and hassle free. However, it is suggested that a prior detailed information may be given by the agent so that the places may be explored to the fullest.

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Malaysia and Singapore. The on-ground coordination and services were up to the mark. Hassle-free and smooth travel experience throughout.

I have finalised my trip within short time period and plan my leisure team has given me very support in all aspects. We completed our memorable singapore trip through Discover D Days thanks to Vishnu. I got the quote from Vishnu in travel triangle along with quotes from other vendors too. But Discover D Days quote was cost effective with good itenary. I was able to modify the itenary easily according to our needs. Our trip was a very enjoyable one!! My kid loved the itenary!! We are back n everything was very very well manage the stay transport and other arrangements were good . The breakfast spread in both hotels were absolutely worth!

I recently went on a vacation to Malaysia through Kushark Holidays and I had a good experience during my stay in Malaysia. I just had an idea to go to Malaysia and Sagar helped in making best out of the trip by suggesting go visit Langkawi and KL with 4 nights and 5 days. My itenary was well planned by Mr Shubham and gave me room enough to relax along with coverage of most of the tourist spots. All the cabs and driver were well behaved and English speaking which made it easy to communicate. Hotel could have been better. Overall nice stay. Genting Highlands was awesome.

Hi Had a great trip this holidays with my son My special mention to the abroad agent whom i was so impressed with her immediate response to msgs and pick and drop .Plans were good for sightseeing and other activities My suggestion is if there was a guide who can explain things during city tour about history of the place its importance that would be great rather than booking a cab driver who simply drops in the place and waits in car Hope the team works in that angle of giving a guided tour Island hopping and Jet skiing with my teenage son

had planned and organized this trip two months in advance, ensuring everything was in place just the way I wanted. However, as the travel dates approached, communication from our travel agent completely dropped off. Despite my repeated calls and follow-ups, they were ignored, leading to a lot of confusion and last-minute uncertainty. We were traveling with an infant and a young child, and still, no rest time was scheduled after a long flight and extended airport wait. When I finally got through to the agent just one day before our departure, I was casually told, “Ma’am, everything can be customized once you reach there.” This added to the anxiety and made things more difficult. There was also poor clarity on payments. After a WhatsApp message a month prior, there was no further communication or confirmation. Naveen from Kingsman Travel was at least somewhat responsive, but Bhavay Garg, who took over as the SPOC, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His responses were arrogant, and there was no support from his side whatsoever. While we managed Kuala Lumpur somehow, the coordination post that was disappointing. That said, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the agents and drivers assigned in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. Their professionalism, cooperation, and understanding—especially around flight delays and unpredictable weather—made a real difference. Kudos to them for their hospitality and support. Langkawi was awesome and the travel agent assigned in Langkawi. His hospitality was absolutely great.

An excellent vacation, thanks to the Team at Felix Feria. There were other more 'economical' packages on offer by other agencies (for the same itinerary as well), but we went ahead with FF anyways - banking on their assurance of "there will be no surprises or last minute hidden costs escalation" in their package. And indeed it went absolutely as promised ! Must mention here that our cab driver in Bali (Mr Wayan) - a very cheerful, punctual and understanding person, made our cab trips an absolute pleasure. Thanks Felix Feria Team for making the vacation a memorable one for me and my family.

Big thanks to Pooja for organising my trip to Bali in May 2025 in a well organised manner. This is my first international trip and your arrangements from ALS destination are truly awesome. We have had multiple drivers for our stay and special mention to Driver Nura. He was so punctual and very friendly. He helped us so much and suggested hotels according to our taste. Great highlight of the trip is stay at Nusa Lembongan. I think opting Lembongan island as per Pooja suggestion was incredible. We really had a great time exploring beauty of Bali . All the arrangements regarding hotel and transportation have been made in a nice way and no complaints.

As always the trip experience thru travel triangle was good. However, when booked Ritu (TT) and Abbishek (Golden journey) had promised to discount TT fees in last installment. But the promise was not kept. Drivers were good and Abhishek was always available for support

This was my first international trip and Avishek guided us through each and every part of the process. They are very helpful and are just a call away no matter the time. We had our trip to singapore and bali booked through Taking Break holidays. Ramiz was our assigned travel agent. He was patient and customized our itinerary as per our requirement and budget.While we were in Bali we had a situation and could not enter the attraction, we immediately called Ramiz, who resolved the issue immediately and saved our day.
