Jimit's 5 days trip to Europe

Pradyumn and Raghav catered to all our needs of travelling with an infant and organized a great trip to Barcelona, Ibiza and Valencia for 5N/6D. They took care of hotel bookings, flight bookings and transfers between hotel and airport. They made it clear whatever was not included, so we were very aware of when we had to spend extra money. They helped us with Visa documents as well. What could've been improved: Early Checkins and Late Checkouts at the hotel should've been arranged (for extra charge if necessary). Only basic ticket to Sagrada Familia was included, which should've been the full ticket including towers. There was no provision to update the ticket at the venue. Some airport transfers were booked for 3 adults, so the drivers didn't have infant car seat which was mandatory as per the traffic rules in that country.

Pallavi's 9 days trip to Europe

We travelled to Spain on 24th April 2018. It was 11 day trip and feedback is as follows: Trip was wonderful. Great pricing and value for money By Suntravs and Travel Triangle. Few things that can be improved upon are as follows: Issue was with VISA documentation. There were more documents needed by SPAIN VFS office than were told to us. Thankfully our travel date was far so we got re appointment with VFS with correct set of documents. VISA was then smooth. All the hotels were nice but location became an issue as our trip proceeded. Barcelona was at city centre. Valencia hotel was walkable from city centre. Seville was slightly far from city centre. Madrid was on outskirts of city which made us miss our sight seeing tour on first day and for second day as well we had to take taxi as taking Bus/Metro was not an option to reach on time. A sync up with drivers one day prior is the need of the hour, just 1 hour before the journey can be very unnerving especially if the mode of transport is train or bus and mobile data connection may or may not work in the middle of the journey. About Hotels: 1. Barcelona: Axel Hotel a. Pros: i. Great location. Very near to city Centre and from tour starting point. ii. Had tea bags and hot water provisions in room. iii. Neat and clean rooms. b. Cons: i. A gay friendly hotel, which might not be liked by Indian families. Though it’s a common culture in Spain. We absolutely had no problems. 2. Valencia: Senator Parque a. Pros: i. 20 mins walk from city Centre, which was manageable ii. Big hotel and very friendly staff. They even helped us with our locked suitcase :) iii. Neat and clean rooms. b. Cons: i. None 3. Seville : Al Andulacia a. Pros: i. Huge hotel with probably the best and biggest buffet spread. ii. Neat and clean rooms. iii. In front of Betis football stadium, in case you are a football fan. iv. Bus stop near by. v. Staff was courteous enough to shift us to bigger room since our room’s AC temperature was not up to our likes. b. Cons: i. Far off from city center from where the sight-seeing tours start. ii. No hot water and no provision for tea. Indians like us need tea in mornings  iii. Few rooms have fixed AC temperatures. You cannot increase or decrease the temperature beyond certain number. 4. Madrid : Norte Occidental a. Pros: i. Bus stop right in front of hotel. ii. Metro station at 10 mins walk. iii. Neat and clean rooms. iv. A multiplex nearby for movie buffs and couple of places to eat. b. Cons: i. Very far off from city. It takes 45 mins by Metro (you have to change 2 metro to reach Sol, the city centre) and 1 hour by bus. ii. No hot water and no provision for tea. Indians like us need tea in mornings . iii. Breakfast buffet spread was not that great as compared to all the hotels where we stayed earlier.
