Overall, our trip was very enjoyable. The stay at Hotel The Urmi in Haridwar was outstanding, with comfortable rooms, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. In contrast, the hotel in Mussoorie didn’t match the same high standard—though the balcony offered a beautiful scenic view, the rest of the experience felt lacking compared to Haridwar. Our driver was courteous and professional, and the support we received from Travel Trail Holidays was prompt and reliable. I had specifically asked for 4 star properties and was quoted amount for the same. Lemon Tree thimpu is a 3 star property as per google and other major websites and Lemon Tree manager also said it is a 3 star property. Valley Travels passes it off as a 4 star Property. In Paro we were changed from Tashi Namgay, a 4 star property to tiger's Nest at the last minute. Tiger's Nest is a very old Property without proper plumbing and very far off from Airport as well as city center.

He explained lot of things about local culture and traditions of Sikkim. Best part of trip was Nathula and Zero Point. We have covered Namchi, Temi Tea Garden, Ravangla as well.
