Trip been very well executed by Mr. Satish Subba (9733283076/7908571918) @ Sikkim (Gangtok) & Mr.Ashal @ Darjeeling. Review of Gangtok Sightseeing/Darjeeling Sightseeing &Hotels: - 1.Hotel: -Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa, Gangtok-I would like to give 5*s for the Service & Hospitality. It’s very close to MG Marg.Also for seving delicious buffet breakfast & polite behavior of hotel staff. We explored various food options at MG Marg (Different types of Momos-Veg Momos/Chicken Momos/Thukpa/Thaipo/Jhol Momos/Peri Peri Momos/Fried Momos) & did shopping at Lal Bazaar. (Bought Winter Jackets& other items at very cheap rate). If you are interested to enjoy night life do visit After Dark Discotheque. 1.Gangtok Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr. Satish. Places to Visit:- --Ganesh Tok—Lord Ganesh Temple. --Hanuman Tok—Lord Hanuman Temple --Gonjang Monastery --Bakthankg Waterfall --Tashi View Point—Sunset View Point --Nathula Pass—India China Border. (Must Visit) --Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple(Must Visit) --Changu Lake.(Must Visit):-Enjoyed Ropeway ride 2.Hotel: -Hotel Himalayan Retreat, Darjeeling-I would like to give 3*s for Service& Hospitality. Its very close to Mall Road.Morning Breakfast options are limited.You only get Puri Bhaji/Poha/1 egg/1 Banana/Tea/Coffee/Juice.Same breakfast everyday.They charged extra 500INR per Night for Heater for bad quality-Ideally it should have been covered in room charges.Would suggest go for another hotel. We visited Glenary's— Bakery, Restaurant& Pub, and explored various food options @Mall Road. 2.Darjeeling Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr.Ashal & Mr.Jugal. Enjoyed Darjeeling Joy Ride. Places to Visit: - --Tiger Hill-Unfortunately couldn't visit due to bad weather. --Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple) --Tenzing Rock HMI --Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park --Batasia Loop --Ghoom Monastery --K SANG-NGAG CHOLING MONASTERY --Pine Tree Forest --Simana View point --Pashupati Temple & Market (India-Nepal Border)-Visited Temple & did shopping at Pashupati market. --Gopal Dhara Tea Estate-Bought variety to Tea Packets. --Mirik Lake:-Horse Riding/Boating. Last but not the least-Special thanks to Mr. Satish Subba for on time pickup & drop & guiding us through the journey & even suggested for good restaurants & places to gofor shopping. We recently had a trip to Udaipur arranged by your agency, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodations, itinerary, and arrangements were well-planned, and we truly enjoyed exploring the city. However, one concern we faced was the frequent change of cab drivers. Each day, a new driver was assigned, which made it slightly inconvenient to adjust to different driving styles and explain our preferences repeatedly. It would be much better if a single driver could be assigned for the entire tour to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience. first of all thanks to Miss Sheetal from tripseller, who well planed our kerala trip. stays were excellent, princess de munnar resort was awesome place, staff was also so good and they had given well services. In Thekkady periyar meadows hotel was more than expectations, and they had given us proper service. only in kovalam, golden sand resort had disappointed me little bit, there was no food after 9:30 pm and no hot water for bath after 10 pm and double bed also not comfortable, they had joined two single bed with two single mattresses. our guide cum driver Mr. Raju sangun, were so humble person, he guided us very well about every place. Munnar is mesmerizing place. My daughter most liked Kathakali show and elephant ride of Thekkady. Kovalam beach is funfull and relaxing place. My daughter has full enjoy the sea water in Kovalam beach. Jatayu monuments is unbelievable place. Povar Island is heaven. Boating in povar lake brings us close to nature.

Trip was well planned and executed, Driver Tashi was polite and always on time. Hotel oriental at leh was very good with tasty food. Hotel Organic boutique at Nubra was also good but two cockroach was in room. This may be because of kitchen in adjacent room. One star reduced for that. Regal camp at pangong was changed in last movement but 100 sky camp was very good and comfortable. Best view from all hotels and camp. Camp was near to pangong lakes 3 idiots shooting points. Trip coordinator Mr Stanzing was always available on phone call.

Delhi to manali is included as first day in ur trip as it shouldn't be counted..apart from tat travel agent did a good job..sight seeing in kullu is not much worth(prashar lake is not covered )

I recently (23Nov to 29th Nov-24) had the pleasure of visiting Kashmir on a trip organized by Oscar Tours & Travel, and it was truly a memorable experience! Our Rajasthan Trip was good and Mohit's suggestion and planning was good where he accomodated Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh in our 8 days and 7 nights travel which other travel agents were reluctant and price was also competitive. Hotels provided were good and Driver Dara Singh was also good and drove patiently and gave us time around.. All places in Rajasthan were memorable, Jaipur - Amer fort and Nahargarh fort, History of Chittorgarh, Meera temple, Udaipur palace and boating Fateh sagar lake, Kumbalgarh fort and shiv temple, Jodhpur Mehrangarh fort, Enjoyed jaisalmer desert camp the most with Jeep safari and camel ride the most, Visited Brahma temple in Pushkar and finally finishing with Hawa mahal, Jantar mantar ans shopping in Jaipur

We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

- As far as the stay is concerned rooms were good and hygienic - It was extremely cold in mount abu rooms with warmer would have been better - Narendra ji made the trip lively - We are not that good at hindi he was not even tensed at any moment - he made sure we don't miss anything - Narendra ji as the driver - entire trip was good - lake pichola boat ride

Excellent Part: I wasn't aware of Travel Triangle before, but I discovered them while searching for Sikkim tour packages online. After making an inquiry, I received calls from Bina Travels and another company. Unlike the other company, Bina Travels consistently followed up to provide all the information and suggestions needed to enhance our trip. The communication with them was very pleasant. During our trip, we requested some modifications, and Bina Travels accommodated them without any complaints. From planning the tour to ensuring everything went smoothly during the trip, they stayed in touch to make sure we were having a great experience. Their service was exceptional. Special thanks to Bina madam and Manisha madam. The hotel booked for us at Gangtok and Lachung were expceptional. It was so nice, no points found for "need improvement" On the last day, our taxi driver canceled at the last moment, which was a really bad experience. However, Bina Travels quickly arranged a substitute within a few minutes, ensuring we reached the airport on time. "Not so good" part: Our airport pickup on the first day was delayed, and we had to wait for 2 hours at the airport. The car that eventually arrived was a Siliguri-Gangtok shuttle service vehicle in poor condition, with dust everywhere, including on the seats. On the third day, there was a delay with the Nathula Pass permit, which was sent to our driver by another taxi. The morning taxi arrived 45 minutes late, and we had to wait an additional hour for the permit on the roadside. Bina Travels could have provided the permit early in the day, saving us an hour that we could have spent exploring another place or enjoying more time at Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. The hotel in Darjeeling was located at the dead end of a hilly road, making it difficult to access (this may be due to last minute addition in the itinerary to add 1 day Darjeeling trip). The one-way road caused us to wait in traffic for an hour. The hotel didn't have an elevator, and our rooms were on the 4th floor. The hotel itself was disappointing, with no power in the room for the entire night. The generator was switched off after some time, and the response from the hotel staff was unsatisfactory. Bina Travels should coordinate with more reliable taxi drivers and hotel partners.
