I am happy with the arrangements done by the Trip Travel hub company in Sri Lanka, They have provided good hotels and good car to go around. Although they can do a better job with planning the itinerary as we faced dificulty to cover everything that was planned in Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Ramboda. We
liked the accomodation provided in Sigirya, Ramboda, Mirissa, but the one in Yala was not that great. The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

the trip they were extremely happy with the planned itinerary and completing it on time, there were happy with the services your agency had offered, they are satisfied with all the accommodation you guys had provided, and special thanks to the driver Ramesh who stayed with them from starting to end of trip they were very happy with his patience, behaviour and showing them all the places patiently, they told us the driver provided them ample of time to visit and explore places peacefully. We had 7 night stay at 6 different hotels. We have asked and paid for 4 star hotel catagory. Thre hotels at Sigiriya, Seeduwa and Nuwara Eliya were not good. The hotel at Nuwara Eliya was of a home stay catagory. Agent should have booked better hotels.

Every thing was good except Hotel at Nuwara Eliya. Service & food was not good. I expected a good hotel there also as I have choosen five star category. Vehicle provided should be better than given.All things are more or less ok. Except the trip advisor Chetana Sharma.She is a newone most probably.
She does not know anything about payment terms.She insisted payment to be done directly for the balance amount in USD cash.I couldn't understand ?It was better for me to pay Travel triangle in India. Hotel location at Colombo.Ofcorse it was choosen by me.

I would say my overall trip was fine but there is scope of improvement when it comes to itinerary and planning. We could not cover a lot of points irrespective of the fact we started everyday as early as 9am. We barely got any time to shop in Colombo, in fact Lotus tower was the only place we could
vidit after our arrival to Colombo and the cab driver didn't let us shop the next day or on our last day when we headed 5-6 hours early to the airport. The hotels were good except for the fact that two of them had no lifts but we had to climb stairs which was not beforehand. In fact the hotel which had a great view in Kandy, I requested the agent if we could stay there instead of going to Nuwara eliya but since it was last minute it was not acceptable. I would give 3 out 5 as there is scope of having better experience. My best memory is the time we spent in the Millennium elephant orphanage where we fed and bathed the elephant and walked with one.

Overall, the trip was satisfactory. We were travelling with a 1.5 year old kid and obviously it was tough and felt we were always on the road. Pros: The guide Charitha has good knowledge of all the places and took care of us well. Would use his service again. Value for money package Cons: Overall
better planning could have been done by Miss Roshell, especially between Nuwara eliya and bentota stretch - on the road for 7 hours, exhausting. Communication with Mr Charitha could have been better meaning he was bit pushy about taking us to every place on the itinerary inspite of us insisting that we did not want to go to all the places because of the baby.
