liked the accomodation provided in Sigirya, Ramboda, Mirissa, but the one in Yala was not that great. The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

r guide and chauffeur, who was with us for seven days, assisting us at every step with his local knowledge and warm hospitality. His thoughtful gestures, like the random King Coconut treat, made our journey even more special. Every destination was a delight: Sigiriya – The majestic Sigiriya Rock climb was tough but offered breathtaking views. Kandy – The Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake were serene and beautiful. Nuwara Eliya – The cool weather and lush tea plantations made it a scenic paradise. Horton Plains – The stunning landscapes of World’s End and Baker’s Falls left us in awe. Ella – Enjoyed the stunning views and the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. Yala – The wildlife safari experience was thrilling, with sightings of elephants, deer, and crocodiles. Galle – Loved the colonial charm and pristine beaches. Colombo – A perfect end with a luxurious stay at Marino Beach and its infinity pool. Thanks to Ayesha for seamless planning and Kavindu for his exceptional guidance, making this an unforgettable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

the trip they were extremely happy with the planned itinerary and completing it on time, there were happy with the services your agency had offered, they are satisfied with all the accommodation you guys had provided, and special thanks to the driver Ramesh who stayed with them from starting to end of trip they were very happy with his patience, behaviour and showing them all the places patiently, they told us the driver provided them ample of time to visit and explore places peacefully. Finally once again specially thanks to madhu and to the driver Ramesh , you guys had given one of the best memories to my parents. Highly Recommended.

She does not know anything about payment terms.She insisted payment to be done directly for the balance amount in USD cash.I couldn't understand ?It was better for me to pay Travel triangle in India. Hotel location at Colombo.Ofcorse it was choosen by me.

vidit after our arrival to Colombo and the cab driver didn't let us shop the next day or on our last day when we headed 5-6 hours early to the airport. The hotels were good except for the fact that two of them had no lifts but we had to climb stairs which was not beforehand. In fact the hotel which had a great view in Kandy, I requested the agent if we could stay there instead of going to Nuwara eliya but since it was last minute it was not acceptable. I would give 3 out 5 as there is scope of having better experience. My best memory is the time we spent in the Millennium elephant orphanage where we fed and bathed the elephant and walked with one.

better planning could have been done by Miss Roshell, especially between Nuwara eliya and bentota stretch - on the road for 7 hours, exhausting. Communication with Mr Charitha could have been better meaning he was bit pushy about taking us to every place on the itinerary inspite of us insisting that we did not want to go to all the places because of the baby.
