Entire trip was too good and locations visited or fabulous , some of the hotels does not have lift facility and family rooms are there in 3rd floor, it would be difficult for kids and elder people to come to dinning area in the n_1 floor. Travel advisors have to see the age of travelers an book the rooms otherwise advise rooms in ground floor or 1st floor. Cab driver is too good and he has recommend lot of places that can be visited only problem is that he used be always on calls sometimes it irritates people. Travel agents services are good as long as well we asked for alternative places to be visited and any discount on the charges

It was a great experience, my earlier booking was transferred to Manali smoothly. Sites like Rohtang pass was well planned. I believe due to cab we are able to reach at best place which was full of ice.

Trip was well planned and no major issues faced all along the trip. Only feedback is the quality of hotel could have been a little bit better. It was like homestays in the name of hotel. No issue faced in stay but service of the homestay staff was minimal based on manpower.

We had an overall amazing experience with our tour – truly a memorable journey for our family! Everything was well-organized and smooth. The desert safari was a highlight – we absolutely enjoyed it, especially the delicious food, the entertainment shows, and the overall ambiance. The cruise on the first day was also wonderful, with great food and a lovely show to kick things off. Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they?
