Mr. Iliash from North East Windows Travels provided exceptional trip management for our Assam and Meghalaya tour. He delivered everything he promised before we booked the package and carefully considered our preferences for hotels and food, ensuring all accommodations met our requirements. The hotels he arranged were conveniently located near major tourist attractions. One aspect I particularly appreciated was how efficiently he organized our Kamakhya Temple visit, allowing us to complete darshan with minimal waiting time. He and his drivers were extremely polite, punctual, and provided clear guidance at every destination. Additionally, I liked how he scheduled our visit to Kaziranga National Park on the last day, enabling us to fully enjoy the other locations earlier in the trip, as the park visit can be quite tiring. The team was highly professional and gave us ample time to explore each place at our own pace.

The highlight of Assam was cruising on the mighty Brahmaputra River and exploring the rich biodiversity of Kaziranga National Park, where I spotted majestic rhinos and vibrant birdlife. In Meghalaya, the serene landscapes of Shillong, the mesmerizing beauty of Dawki's crystal-clear waters, and the charm of Mawlynnong, Asia's cleanest village, left me in awe.

Visited Meghalaya for the first time and Reify travels made our trip memorable. Special thanks to Nikita our tour coordinator who was very approachable during our travel and made sure our trip is going fine. Krishna bhaiiya was our driver who made our trip special. This was our first time to visit Meghalaya and sikkim. We enjoyed a lot during our stay for 8 days taking back a lots of memories.This could not have been possible without reify travels support, particularly Miss nikitha, our tou coordinator, she perfectly planned our trip based on our preference. She was very supportive and quickly responded to our request. A big thanks to you nikitha for perfectly planning and making us comfortably. All the places we visited were vere beautiful, especially tiger hills, kamakhya temple, rainbow falls, double decker bridge, kangsuri falls, dwaki and lot more... The stays were very good especially in chirapunji I,e. The hillscape resort, they were very polite and responded quickly. And the tent stay in dwaki was very new experience. Overall our trip was super successful thanks to nikitha and reify travels and the drivers especially Jeet bhai.for making the tempo travel was very comfortable. Our trip to Meghalaya was absolutely fantastic, and we had an unforgettable experience thanks to the exceptional service provided by the travel agency, Hill Dekho, through Travel Triangle. Devansh, our travel agent, was incredibly helpful and guided us throughout the journey with great attention to detail. We were fortunate to have Sandip as our driver, who truly made our trip memorable. His driving skills were outstanding, ensuring that our journey was smooth, safe, and comfortable. As a group of four ladies, we felt completely at ease with him behind the wheel, knowing we were in safe hands. Moreover, Sandip provided valuable insights on the best places to visit, enhancing our experience even further. We are grateful to both Devansh and Sandip for making our trip to Meghalaya so enjoyable and stress-free.

We had great time at Meghalaya. Eventhough we had requested for an English speaking driver as per request for the trip, we were provided with a driver who doesn't know English. But we could manage somehow with him in Hindi. The hotel at Shillong was very good compared to other hotel/resort. Eventhough parking was included in the itinerary, in many places in Meghalaya, this fees is mentioned as Entry fee and hence we were forced to pay for the Entry/parking fees for the vehicle. Even in few places it was mentioned as parking fees, we were paying for that too. We had taken CPAI plan. So we were ready to pay for our meals for lunch and dinner. But the restaurants that we were taken to have food were overpriced with respect to the quantity of food we received, even though the food was good. Boat ride in Dawki river and Canyon view points

Meghalaya is undoubtedly a stunning destination, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor planning and communication from our travel agent. While the places we visited were beautiful, the agent failed to provide critical information that significantly impacted our trip. Seasonal Information Missing: Our primary intent for visiting Meghalaya was to enjoy its famous waterfalls. However, none of the waterfalls had water during our visit—something the agent never mentioned. We specifically altered our itinerary to include a river trek near Mawlyngbna, only to find out on arrival that the area was dry. Such details are fundamental and should have been communicated upfront, allowing us to adjust our plans. Itinerary Mismanagement: The agent scheduled our Double Decker Trek on a Sunday, despite it being well-known that the trek is not operational on Sundays. This could have wasted an entire day had it not been for our driver, Musaddik, who noticed the error and rearranged the trek for Saturday. This level of oversight is unacceptable from a professional travel planner. Missed Opportunities: Another significant lapse was the lack of guidance regarding the Maa Kamakhya Mandir. We were not informed about the necessity of VIP tickets, which need to be purchased a day in advance. As a result, we couldn’t enter the temple and had to settle for seeing it from outside. What Went Well: Despite the agent’s shortcomings, we appreciated our driver, Musaddik, who not only ensured our safety with excellent driving but also suggested some good spots to visit, adding a positive touch to the trip. Suggestions for Improvement Transparency: Provide detailed seasonal insights about destinations to help travelers make informed choices. Accuracy: Verify operational schedules of activities and ensure itineraries align accordingly. Proactive Guidance: Offer information about essential bookings, like VIP tickets for temples or special activities. Had we been informed well on the seasons, we would have included Kaziranga National Park, our experience would have been much more fulfilling. While we enjoyed the beauty of Meghalaya, the lack of proper planning by the agent dampened our trip’s potential.

Awesome trip management by North East Windows travels for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. It was a family trip. They provided hotels as committed, unlike other travel agents who change hotels at last minute saying unavailability. They also changed one hotel which i did not like. Innova Crysta was clean and in very good condition. Driver was awesome. He guided us along the trip to visit places and drive was very smooth even in hilly terrain. Overall, Superb experience with North East Window Travels. I highly recommend this agency to anyone at travel triangle as these agency take pain to serve you better.
