Bhutan INC Tours made the trip of Bhutan so amazing! They were professional, kind and detail-oriented from my first interaction with them. I really appreciate that Miss Lalita created a personalised itinerary for me that was based around my love for hiking and trekking. The team put together a custom off the beaten path experience which was everything I could have asked for and more. My guide Sir Ugyen Nima had so much knowledge which he shared at every opportunity. I was enriched by his experiences whilst on this journey together. Thank you Ugyen Sir! Special mention also needs giving out here about how awesome it was having Mr Yeshi (my driver/guide) who played some great tunes throughout our drives around various parts of beautiful Bhutan thus adding another layer onto an already enjoyable trip. Each day brought new accommodation facilities; all equally comfortable some days were more cozy, but still I had ample of sleep to get ready for the next day. The meals provided for breakfast and dinner were very healthy and even got to experience the authentic bhutanese cuisine! Getting to know Bhutan through Bhutan INC Tours has been nothing short of mind blowing! Thank you so much guys for showing me such an awesome time – words fail when trying to describe just how grateful I am towards everyone involved!! Special Thanks to Mam Khina and Lalita for taking out time from their busy schedule to have a short meeting. Much appreciated!

The trip was nice. but i would suggest one thing, you should have informed that what the time you pick up us. So we would book the train accordingly. Because our trip started with this issue we arrived the railway station early morning 2.30 but your cab arrived at 8 am. We were new that place. So that time some collapsed happen for us. Otherwise the driver and the trip all was nice. You booked the hotel room for us i munnar that also a little bit disappointed. That hotel has no proper chef. We ordered a food at 8.pm but food came at 10.pm and food was also not that much better.

Every thing was fine, but cad driver stopped every day at the shop to buy activities passes which are too costly , these activities we buy at the site of actively at very low price ,, cab driver want only commission from their fix shop,, at last day the cab driver are changed , and saying wait for 1-2 hours ,, ours train at 6:15pm from Chandigarh, and our cab driver at Kullu at 12:00 pm and said wait for some time ,, finally the new aasigned driver came and he drove fast to reach at destination ,, he drop me at out side of station and saying the parking charges are included in package and he drop out at main road.. Site views ,snow,photograph, golden night in hotels , and so on

Delhi and shimla and Manali hotels were good but in manali hotel our room was in the roof (a make shift family room) which was not comfortable. In general it was a memorable tour.....however shimla visit can be avoided and the same time and money can be spent in Kullu Manali.....this you can advise your new customers. It was a great journey.Hotel stay in Varanasi was good. Good breakfast was provided.Cab drivers reached on time and was helpful. But hotel in Ayodhya was completely new and undergoing construction works . Initially find it difficult to find the hotel but later it was fine. Over all a gokd experience so far.Only suggestion is drivers can be a travelling guide and accompany us on the places we are visiting

in oral conversation with the agent, they informed us that they will provide guide to the city tour. but they dint send any guide to the city tour. the cab driver who was attended us for the city our is too bad, he just roamed in the city with a 60 km speed and completed the tour in just 60 min of drive, how can a person visualize the new area in the vehicle which is travelling in 60 km speed ?
