I have recently taken a trip to UK and it was just awesome. Initially I had some doubts whether to pay the money up front or weather everything is genuine or not genuine. I called the hotels and other bookings number and everything was very very genuine. Right from the arrival at the airport or the hotel location and access. Everything was perfect. the location and selection of the hotel was so perfect that it was the best location which I could imagine. And all the activities which were planned have everything included in it. Ashish Ji the trip Manager was so helpful and available every time. even though it was late night in India. If I needed any time change or anything he had just made it happen. so thanks to Ashish Ji and Team for this. I would recommend everyone to book with Mark your Trip and Ashish Ji. Sylvia's 7 days trip to London

I traveled to London through Street Romeo Travel Planner. The staff be it Vaishali, Rinkal ,Mr Maulick are amazing. First Ms Vaishali handled my stay. They leave no stone unturned to give you a pleasant holiday. I was a solo traveler, and they helped me. During my end stay, I started having health issues but Ms Rinkal Sonani inspite of the time difference went out of her way to reschedule my Travel. Kudos to her and to the staff. Also it is very cost effective and dont burn your pockets unnecessary. And the best part is they are connected and inform you in advance of your next activity. I surely recommend them for your enjoyable journey with them. All Success to them. Keep Shining and keep Growing!!! Bon Voyage!!!

Amit was very helpful and supportive! The best part of the trip was his constant support on whatsapp .. helping us book cabs at the very last minute even at 4am in the morning! The hotels booked were good at Glasgow., however the Edinburgh and London hotels was too far from the city centre.. we did learn that we can keep luggage in the major cities at abt 5 pound per bag.. and also at hotels if u are going to check back in.. again Amit was very helpful and we would surely avail his services via The travel portal

Vishal Thakur was our co-ordinator from Knowravel Holiday Services. From day one to trip completion, he was always there assisting us, guiding us and answering our queries. As we were flexible with our dates, Vishal found us a very good deal on flights which reduced our travel budget by half. Overall package quote was very reasonable compared to the other agencies. He assisted us well for our UK and Schengen visas. The hotels where we stayed were very good and well connected for transport. The itinerary shared by Vishal was a good one which covered the main attractions for both the cities. We asked for some changes and he easily accommodated them. During the trip also Vishal was always available to assist us. Overall very happy with the services provided by Knowravel.

When I landed at Heathrow Airport cab and the cab driver, arranged by you for which I already paid and included in the package demanded 55 pounds more and I was made to pay that amount to the driver. This was informed to Mr.Prashant your contact person at London. He said he will check and do the needful. Please refund 55 pounds to me as the same was already paid to you which is included in the package itself. Thanks Srinivasan S V

Kameswari's 4 days trip to London

I immensely thank Mr. Prashant Daroch & Mr. Shubham Gupta for having taken keen interest and booked out tickets meticulously, our Hotel bookings were done taking into consideration the closest distance from the station, so that it was within the walking distance, the guided tours and also the pick up from the Airport in Rome, the trip to Amalfi Coast covering Ravello, Positano & Sorrento, guided tour to Pompeii from Naples, the tour to Pisa from Florence were superb. All the inter city transfers were booked by trains & there was never a hitch i.e., transfer from Rome to Naples, Naples to Florence, Florence to Padova. Even the "Hop-on & Hop-off" bus tickets were booked in Rome and it was very convenient way of seeing the place at your convenience & added convenience was that the boarding & ending points were close to our Hotel (within walking distance). The Hotels booked were very good and made our stay comfortable in every way be it food, the cleanliness & a always ambience. Mr. Prashant & Mr. Shubham were always very courteous & did their best to help us out with our itinerary , tickets, hotel booking, tours, train tickets etc and also my invoices were provided. In all our group of eight people has a fabulous tour which will forever remain etched in our memories. A wonderful job by Mr Prashant & Mr. Shubham. The duo really deserves accolades. Thank you for everything. Regards. G Kameswari Mob- 7506195992
