Tushar's 5 days trip to Ladakh

My trip to Leh was one of the much needed vacation after covid time . Have been to a leh first time and stayed in sangalay palace. No doubt its an amazing property and most important that it's very near to leh market and out of many things that comes to my mind most imp that makes this place amazi
ng is the staff. Right from the check-in till check-out every one was simply awesome in their services.Frst day we met kushal Thakur at sangalay palace reception. He was so much fun to interact with and more or like a good friend of ours now . He was so helpful and thanks for his guidance through out the leh trip and even though our flight got cancelled due to bad weather ,he didn't even take a second and managed our stay again in sangalay palace and also for one of our new leh friend from London. And I would like to give a shout out to kitchen staff , housekeeping and of course kaka ji from guest house of sangaylay palace who quietly smiled and always ready for service. He did managed to serve Tea and Bread toast early morning around at 5 Am on a single call... And how can I forget Capt Jack (owner) and his family (Apaley and Amaley) who also made our stay just simply as wonderful. And at the End Thakur ji once again thanks for free Kahwa's ,n number of ☕ coffee's , breakfast and dinner buffet . Thanks for this wonderful gesture of yours. Finaly thanks for making our stay very comfortable from day one till last day in leh and keep shining like this only always to capt Jack , Kushal Thakur ,kakaji Thank you whole Team sangaylay palace .. from Pooja and Tushar (Gurgaon)

Ramachandra's 5 days trip to Ladakh

Thank you Travel Triangle /Trip Trail for meticulous and well planned trip for us at Leh Ladak. On arrival at airport, driver cum guide Mr. Nabu was waiting for us and helped us with luggage shifting and dropped off to our hotel promptly. We had rest day to get acclimatized to high altitude. Next d
ay he picked us up from our hotel, took us around leh, which included Hall of fame- Tribute to our soldiers , Gurudwara patthar Sahib and Magnetic hill. Later we drive to Zanskar valley and on the way back to spituk Monestry. Our guide cum driver was very helpful and including taking our snaps. On Day 3 after BF, we set off to Kardungla pass. The journey was superb with breathtaking views. We had a short stop over at Kardungla pass and time to play with snow and take some snaps. It’s was quite cold outside but we had fun. Drove further through mesmerizing scenic valley and mountain with few stopovers for photography and tea. Since most part of roads are under expansion and repair, it was a quite a tedious journey. After late lunch we visited the gigantic Budda statue at Diskit and had good time at Nubra valley with camel ride. After a long and tiring journey we reached our hotel at Hunder Nubra valley- Organic boutique inn. It’s quite a good hotel with excellent staffs. Night we had a great Buffet. Weather was very cold and room heating with conventional wood fire did give some temporary relief. Next day after breakfast we started off to Pangyoung lake and a beautiful scenery but very bad road due to repair work we had flat tyre on the way, but quickly replaced with Stepney and moved on. By evening we reached our hotel Grand Himalayan Stay at Merak. Finding this hotel was bit difficult as it’s new and no Clear name board. We found that Hotel is quite nice and being in a a remote village and extremely cold conditions, we were put to hardship as there a electricity failure for over 12 hrs. Hotel staff were courteous and tried their best to make our stay comfortable . At subzero temperature, frozen over head tanks, flush tank geyser doesn’t work….so imagine the plight. Lack of electricity adds to the woes. Despite all these, we were looking forward to spend time at the Pongyoung lake. In the morning we spent over 1 hr and had lot of pics taken. Lake was mostly frozen. From there we headed back to Leh, again with lot of photographs. Visited one more monastery and Rancho school . Returned by evening to Leh by evening and took rest. Through out our trip we never had any mountain sickness issue although we were equally well prepared with all emergency medicine and oxygen. Next day back to airport with lots a great memories and loads of pictures. Overall, it was a great trip, thanks to Trip trail, in particular Mr.Aman Sharma, and all others who took care is us. Good food at Nubra boutique hotel and pictures with snow at Kardungla pass

Vijisubbu's 5 days trip to Ladakh

Thanks to Trip Trail and specifically to Aman for being there at all times to guide us , motivate us , provide good service irrespective of the hour of the day . Our decision for the family trip was too last minute and yet Aman and trip trail matched the pace in giving right info to procuring the ne
cessary permits to helping us with the iterinary. We surely had a memorable trip . However if I have to give some recommendations I will request any travel agent to give iterinary options to travellers instaed of a copy paste of a single iterinary. This will give a sense of participation and fulfilment to travellers . Example - Leh Palace and Santhi Stupa was never part of the itinerary but we ended up visiting them after we were in Leh . So if we had options to choose from we would have skipped one or more places from the itinerary and rather visited a place for the second time or a new one . If it is implementable then it will make a difference to travellers . Thanks Rancho School in Leh

Viresh's 11 days trip to New Zealand

I am truly thankful to Travel Triangle in association with Knowravel for ensuring that my New Zealand trip was completed successfully. Both my flights and land package were managed by them, and they acted proactively and professionally throughout the process. A special note of gratitude goes to Pra
shant, Praveen, and Narender, whose constant support — before the trip and during it — made all the difference. Despite the challenges of time zone differences, they were always available, responsive, and committed to resolving queries promptly. Their dedication gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our holiday without worry. I wholeheartedly recommend booking your holidays through them — their professionalism and care will make your travel experience seamless and memorable

Kavitha Nadar

Kavitha's 7 days trip to North East

Our travel agent through *Unexplored trip* was *Sizra*. She helped me in customising my north-east (Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya) package to as per my liking. But Arunachal Pradesh is a very hilly area with lots of upin bend roads , so there was too long long road trips everyday ( about which she
didn't inform me in advance) . There is nothing much to see in East Arunachal except Tawang. Sizra was in constant touch with me regarding our trip and was always ready to help me out. One problem was that there was lack of coordination between Sizra and the car vendor. We were promised a Ertiga car in our itinerary but the car vendor sent a very old triber car instead and even the driver was not proper. We couldn't do any sightseeing on the 1st day. Driver even constantly borrowed money from us. All rooms provided at all hotels were very good 3⭐ deluxe rooms. We got 2 rooms everywhere for a family of 4. Except Serene Resort at cherrapunji where the rooms were very small. In the midst of our trip, we were assigned a Ertiga car and the new driver was very genuine. On our last day of trip there was flood like situation in Guwahati. Thanks to our driver Rex Renee presence of mind and helping nature, he somehow through lots of difficulties managed to help us to catch our flight. Overall Arunachal has beautiful foggy views, greenary place, but tiring long road journey . Unexplored trip and Sizra did their best to give us a comfortable trip with a few flaws though. It would be better if they have their own team of drivers and cars instead of outsourcing it. Points: 7/10

Priyanka's 6 days trip to Singapore

We recently booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip through Abroad Vacation, and it turned out to be an absolutely wonderful experience! From the initial planning to the final day of our journey, everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, covering
all the must-visit attractions while still allowing us enough time to relax and explore on our own. The hotel arrangements were comfortable and conveniently located, and all transfers were perfectly coordinated without any delays or confusion. What really stood out was their responsiveness and support throughout the trip. Any queries we had were addressed promptly, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling in a new country. Overall, Abroad Vacation did a fantastic job in making our Singapore and Malaysia trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free and well-organized international vacation!

Rakesh's 6 days trip to Delhi

We appreciate the overall effort in organizing the trip; however, we would like to highlight a few important areas for improvement. It is essential to verify and provide complete transparency regarding hotel details and services at the time of quotation or payment. We faced challenges in a couple of
hotels, particularly related to food availability which impacted our experience. Additionally, the cab services need better management. Timeliness, cleanliness of vehicles, and professionalism of drivers are critical factors. In our case, a lack of route knowledge and awareness of local places led to significant time loss during travel. We recommend ensuring better coordination and accurate information sharing to enhance customer satisfaction in future arrangements.

Sagnik's 5 days trip to Bhutan

I recently visited Bhutan through AD tours and travel. For the majority of the trip, our guide was warm, welcoming, and professional. However, the experience on the final day was disappointing and lacked the support we expected. I read the similar issue with guide in the review section for this tour
operator. I hope they will rectify this for upcoming guests. Specifically: Missed Sightseeing: We had a clear agreement to skip the Phuntsholing sightseeing on the way in and cover it on our return to Hasimara. Instead, the guide skipped these sites entirely on the last day. Lack of Support at Border: During the exit process, we were left to manage our own luggage and navigation in the rain. While other groups seemed to have seamless transitions, we felt unsupported during the most stressful part of the journey. Communication Gaps: Our driver for the Indian side was changed without prior notice. We had to manually track down the new driver’s contact details and car number ourselves. It was hectic and not very smooth transition. While the guide was nice initially, the lack of follow-through on the itinerary and the 'drop-and-leave' approach at the border caused significant discomfort. I hope the operator improves their departure coordination for future guests.
