Kallol's 7 days trip to Bhutan

We had a very pleasant honeymoon. It will always be memorable in the best possible way. We had 7 days trip to thimpu, punakha and paro. Deki from AD tours helped us create an excellent package and our cab driver Bhim and guide Nima were the most friendly people we ever met. They made us feel like home, guided us through and drove beautifully all along. The hotels were all excellent except one, park hotel in phuntsholing where service could have been better. Overall another mesmerizing experience with travel triangle. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Our cab driver Bhim and guide Nima has been real pleasure to travel with.

Natarajan's 6 days trip to Bhutan

We were offered 3* hotels as against the promised 4* hotels in couple of locations. Also, the last day planning was bad. We had to complete Tigers nets and come back to Phuntsholing the same day which was very hectic due to which we couldn’t complete the full Tigers nest hike. The food was good and Couple of hotels provided were very nice. The cab and guide were very good.

Bhavana's 7 days trip to Bhutan

I had booked my Bhutan tour for 6 nights/7 days with 7 Continental Adventures based in Bhutan through Travel Triangle in End May' 2023. Mr. Damber from 7 Continental Adventures was very supportive right from the beginning & he helped me to customize the itinerary to cover the best sightseeing places, also he was always available on calls / wassup messages & would patiently attend to all my queries. When we (myself & my friend) crossed the border to reach Phuntsholing after 7-8 hours of road/air journey from Mumbai, brother Taashi (our driver) welcomed us with such warm smile which clearly showed us that he was more eager than us for the trip. Both Brother Taashi & Brother Sonam (our guide) took care of us throughout the trip & introduced us to their great culture, food, history, people & even the Bhutanese songs

Mohansjm's 6 days trip to Bhutan

We had a wonderful time in Bhutan (6D/5N) with KNG Bhutan Tours & Travels. We were a team of three and we covered Paro, Thimpu & Punakha while also coming through Phuntsholing on the way back. Bimal, the company owner and our sole point of contact, was quick to clarify any doubt that we had on the trip and superbly coordinated our arrangements throughout our stay. Our itinerary was well laid out and customised to our needs. Baliman, our driver cum guide, was a gem of a person and took very good care of us. The trek to Tiger’s Nest Monastery, the white river rafting in Mochu River and the Bhutan Premier League match at Changlimithang Stadium were some of the more memorable moments. Would definitely recommend the experience.

Antara's 6 days trip to Bhutan

It was a decent tour in general but there are certain points that were not satisfactory and can be vastly improved upon. I will list down those points below: 1. The itinerary/quote didnt mentioned specifically where all there are entry fees and where all we were supposed to pay...It was mentioned that all the site seeing will be covered by the company but still the entry fees of places like museum and library etc were being expected to be paid by us. (To which we ultimately didnt comply but the amount of arguments we made to save that part was extreme ) 2. We were expecting a driver cum guide .... Like it is provided by all good travel companies ..But that was not been provided to us... I would like to clarify that the person who accompanied us was a very good and patient driver & We dont doubt his capabilities as a driver but he was not a guide. 3. The accommodation arranged at Punakha was very disappointing. The location of the property no doubt was good but the location was not of much use since the room we were given was not overlooking the view outside, instead it was overlooking a semi-public courtyard cum passage and jeopardising our privacy because of the windows. The room was damp with deep blisters on the wall along the skirting. The washroom didnt had the basics ---a handspray with the commode and a tap below the bathing shower. 4. There is a sheer mismanagement in terms of availability of cash or payments with the team. Till the time I communicated with Ms.Sushmita and her female senior I was not made aware of the severe crisis of cash at Jaigaon/phuntsholing. I was assured that if i want to make payment after reaching phuntsholing then i should make the payments through cash for which there are multiple atm available around, which is clearly half the information provided. 5. The company was completely relying on the payments made by us and didn't had any form of credit with itself. This became an issue for us when even for fuel of the vehicle the driver had to ask cash amount from us. The issue magnified because there was already a crisis with the atms continuously persisting throughout the tour. What we would Appreciate: 1.Our accommodation arranged for rest of the three places..Good Locations, great views and very polite and cooperating staff. 2. Our driveperson Deepraj, extremely patient and cooperating , drives very well.

Preeti's 7 days trip to Bhutan

Me and my husband planned this for our first anniversary and the trip was a memorable one. We both love Himalaya's and Bhutan was on our bucket list. I wanted to be very sure before trusting the travel agent. After reading reviews and seeing the enthusiasm of Sofia, I decided to go with Bhutan Ventures. She planned our trip well and there were some issues with the hotel at Paro and she readily helped us in changing it. Also the hotel in Phuntsholing on return (Tsherigma) had overbooked the hotel and we were very tired but Sofia again helped us in changing and provided the required help. She was just a call away. We missed Chele La pass due to bad weather but no issues, the trip was great! I will be booking again for my Gangtok and Darjeeling trip. Tiger's Nest Trek, Sitting Buddha, Dochu La pass, the rides between the Himalayas, and the food.
