It was a great experience. Driver and travel agents were good. But hotels were not value for money. Most of the hotels didn't have proper heaters even after paying charges for it. Hotel food was good, Chitkul camp stay was very good. Enjoyed a lot in chitkul camp stay although it was very cold.

Overall the trip was good. Positives : 1) Good hospitality at Kaza and Nako hotels. Excellent customer service by the lady and her son at Mangalam Hotel, Kaza. 2) The trip was well planned as a result we could cover the places on time. 3) The car journey was comfortable Area of Improvement:

1) Service at Hotel Moonlake, Shimla was bad. The room and washroom were dirty. Customer service and food was bad. 2) Hotels at Kalpa and Sarahan was average. However the rooms were clean. 3) Cab driver service was average. He did not stop for lunch and washroom at convenient location.

Services provided by Travel Triangle were excellent and the agent Ms. Deepali was very cooperative and in touch with us throughout the trip, to check if everything was going on well. Only two problems were there: 1.As per the itinerary, dropping meal needed to be provided but not given to us. 2. La

st moment, manikaran ghat's plan was changed because of the crowd/traffic jam. This point I believe, should had to be taken into consideration while planning the itinerary. Moreover, driver was saying that we won't be responsible if u r not able to catch ur returning bus, if u go to see manikaran ghaat. 3. Plan changes should be allowed and accordingly refund should be given due to any local issues. Overall, everything was great like hotel, bus and other related services but still little management things need to be sorted out for better connection in future.
