I was able to get them only after escalating to the Nitsa managers and through Travel Triangle. Mukul was the agent who helped with Visa processing. For Singapore, he gave me a list of documents, which I validated and couriered. The team continued to ask for additional documents for the next 1 week - being a travel agent I would have expected them to give me the comprehensive full list upfront without asking for additional documents constantly. Malaysia visa was very hassle-free and Mukul was able to get those for us within a couple of days Overall, mixed experiences with the Nitsa agents *Singapore* The local agent in Singapore was Gloworld. They were extremely responsive and proactive. For every transfer, they would send me the driver and vehicle details on the previous day and the whole experience was very seamless. The vehicles provided (since we were 8 pax, we had private transfers) were of great quality. Drivers were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel in Singapore (Parc Sovereign on Albert Street) was decent but very small. The service was good, we were able to get early check in at 11 AM (actual check in was 2 or 3 PM), and they also gave each family connecting rooms. The breakfast options however were extremely limited. *Malaysia* The local agent in Malaysia was Apple travels. Contrary to my experience with the Singapore local agent, Malaysia agent was only "reactive" - they would respond to my questions only if asked and did not do much proactively. For the first transfer, when I asked for driver details over the WhatsApp group they created, they asked me to call on a number and ask them, instead of offering to support directly. On the whole, it was a bit of a hassle to make calls and coordinate with multiple people for each transfer. We had three transfers of which vehicle from KL airport to hotel was terrible, very old and rickety. Other transfers were good. Furama Bukit Bintang was a great hotel - centrally located, good rooms and facilities. breakfast spread was good. However, lunch in the restaurant was terrible - easily the worst food I've had; The front desk service was also indifferent, compared to the nice front desk people from our Singapore hotel. The hotel did not give us rooms until after 3 PM (check in time is 2 PM) and just kept saying they are in the process. When we finally pushed for it, they said they were waiting to give rooms on the same floor (we had 4 rooms), some guests paid for late check out so we will have to wait. Instead of making us wait for hours without giving a proper reason, they could have simply communicated this upfront and asked if we were ok with rooms on different floors! Overall, we had a mixed experience. It was great to use Travel Triangle to get quotes and options for multiple agents. It also reduced the hassle of talking to multiple people. However, the actual trip experience could have been better. (Note: The ratings for hotel and cab are only for the Singapore leg of my trip)

She is readily available to answer and fix problems then and there. We went to Langkawi where the agent was not their to pick us at airport calling the hotline number provided was of no use. The travel triangle holiday expert Mr. Ram Kumar also didn't take the phone. But only Ms. Vijaya took the phone later after I made my own arrangements to reach the hotel. This was a hiccup start of my trip. I was expecting Mr. Ram Kumar to stay in contact unlike last time during the Srilanka tour holiday expert Ms. Sonali Chadha was communicating through out. But no worries that job was done by 68M travel holiday expert Ms. Vijaya who then on fixed all the issues and also made the agents(RED APPLE) there to give a complimentary dinner for the act done. It's not the question of complimentary dinner one want it is the constant support and lookouts during the time of tour everyone wanted so that the tour is pleasant and safe. Ms. Vijaya has done what ever possible from her side at every stage of my travel for which I appreciate her and her team 68M. Regarding trip suggestions based on my experience @Langkawi - island hopping tour is not worth - you will be left on one island for about 1 hour which is of wasting time. there are more attractions than this tour on the island. @Kaulampur - the best - city tour - Batu Caves -Genting highland is very good. I was probably misguided I would suggest instead of going to Langkawi spend more time in kaulampur to see LEGO land & SUNWAY lagoon which I missed. @Bali - I would recommend - Sunset Uluwatu tour - Tanah lot temple - Denpesar full day city tour - Kinatmani tour is fine but the view of Volcano Mount Batur is from very far from KUTA - dont miss 3D interactive Art Museum it is fun. my advise don't take BEST WESTERN RESORT - KUTA - waste hotel. other hotels in Langkawi - BAY VIEW IS EXCELLENT & Kaulampur Furama Bukit Bintang EXCELLENT. overall the tour was for 7 nights and 8 days. 2 nights @ Langkawi + 2 nights @ Kaulampur + 3 nights @Bali. during the trip went had food from the Indian hotels

has always been on time at both Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. For any change in timing (only a couple of times) they have informed us or left message at hotel. At Genting we were advises by one Mr. Siddharth to take the free shuttle service to Chin Swee Temple which we otherwise would have missed. The Guides at Singapore were enthusiastic and eager to explain everything. Overall excellent co-ordination and service, I strongly recommend. This has been a wonderful trip. Bukit Bintang area is the best place to stay in Kuala Lumpur if you are a shopaholic. Genting day trip is a must for everyone and there's a free shuttle service to the magnificent Chin Swee Temple which may be availed if there's time. At Singapore we thoroughly enjoyed Sentosa rides. Luge/Skyride, S.E.A. Aquarium, Wings of Time, Universal Studios are a must for children and adults alike. Our day at Universal Studios has been life changing!
