      Over It was a good experience. We had booked most of trip on private basis and cab were on time. City toor is waste of time. City toor was suggested on SIC basis and its just like sit in bus roam on road and come back to hotel. They just covered 2 places in city toor Merlion, Chinese Temple and drop to flyer. I recomend people not to book city toor other get the detail which all places they will cover.

      I chose Travel Triangle because someone suggested me. I heard good reviews for them. I agree but upto a certain extent. Before booking, they will call you or reach out to you 10 times a day but once booking is done they don't care whether they reply in one day, two days or three days. There were certain things for which I had to chase them but was not satisfied with their answers. They will provide you an itinerary at the time of booking, you will plan your trip according to that but just 2 days before they will shuffle everything and will say it is what it is. My flight was supposed to land at 8:15 in the morning and the hotel check in was at 2:00 PM. Earlier they assured that I will get an early check in but two days before they said it's upon availability. Check in is at 2:00 PM and they scheduled a sight seeing pickup at 2:30 PM sharp because it is what it is. Before booking i was promised that the hotel serves Jain meal but the hotel clearly denied about that upon reaching there. I was told that the hotel is 4 star but it didn't seemed to be. The superior size room was way too smaller for 3 people. Food was not at all good at the property. I would really appreciate the ground team for all the arrangements they did. I would say that overall experience was good but you need to be very much sure about everything before booking because after that they will say It is what it is as if they don't care about our concern.

      This my second travel through Travel Triangle. Malaysia : Hotel is very good. But charged 30 Ringlet for tourist tax which I was not informed in advance. Size of the room was sufficient for three Adults. Very Good city skyline view from the room window. Local tour by cab is very comfortable and the driver`s behaviour was quite good. Speaks English very well. Each day`s Itinerary was not shared on a daily basis. Singapore : Hotel room very small for three adults. Very cramped. Sight seeing tour arrangements are fine.Each day itinerary shared very well. MSB skylark visit was cancelled by the authorise. we had to make our own arrangements for transportation the following day which was very expensive.

      The trip was amazing. We had 5 days to cover most of the places in singapore. the trip was well organized on papers to capture the best of singapre. With all this said we need to highlight the shortcoming in the trip and improper execution of this plan on some occasions. 1. No proper guidance on what and how to explore: Most of the tourist are first travellers , dont expect us to study the geographical aspect of the place. We were picked up by the driver daily and they tell us u need to cover this and that . This instance specifically for sentosa park for cable car, the driver droppped us and just told us to board 2 cable cars we also had madame tusaards, marvel 4D and wings of time., we had to find where madame tusaards and wings of time is located by ourself not even sure we need to get down from the cable car or not.we had to figure out what to cover first . we had to ask every cable station and get the details . 2. Rude behavior by driver: we understand the punctuality we need to have for pickup and drop.. but talking rudely to travellers is not acceptable. We had a 2 min delay to pickup and half hour delay in drop, the driver just yelled at us. And while we were getting down all the family members said sorry individually but the driver did even responded and did not even looked at us . We are tourist and promting tourism/ prosperity / employment in the country.The driver at the Namo HC could have been respectfull to us . Please choose the driver wisely and train them 3. Improper planning of singapore zoo and night safari: The cab drop timing for night safari and singapore zoo was messed up and the cabs were not on time.and complete blame was put on us.later on the agent apologised for the mistake at their end

      Travel experience with you travel company was not goof They fint bother to call or ask a single thing on out arrival .we had issues with driver and upon cont.request they dint bother to correct out problem. They told me tgey will work on it but onsite travel agency fint get any changes in update.. Also we got travellers bus rather than private cab which i have booked. I will not recommend travel triangle yo anyone neither i will go for it for my next trip We had good experiences with sightseeing but not with food..

      I chose Yash Tours Worldwide through Travel Triangle for my first-ever 4N-5D solo trip to Singapore, and it was absolutely awesome. It was hassle-free, allowing me to cover almost all the attractions during the five days. They took care of all the tickets, reservations, and entry fees, providing me with the details of my pickup, drop-off, and driver's information one day prior. I didn't have to worry at all. The sightseeing time was more than sufficient, so no need to rush. My only regret is that I could have stayed for a couple more days to enjoy the city's nightlife. The whole trip was awesome.
