My Experience with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays – A Well-Planned Trip I recently booked a Kashmir tour package with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays, and overall, my experience was quite good. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the major attractions like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, and Doodhpathri. From scenic landscapes to comfortable travel arrangements, everything was managed smoothly. Travel & Sightseeing Experience The sightseeing experience was fantastic. Each destination had its own charm—whether it was the breathtaking Dal Lake, the snow-covered Thajiwas Glacier, or the lush green meadows of Doodhpathri. I especially enjoyed the Shikara ride on Dal Lake, the Betaab Valley, and the Gondola ride in Gulmarg. The trip was planned in a way that allowed me to explore the beauty of Kashmir without feeling rushed. Transport & Driver Experience The driver assigned to us was very professional and well-mannered. His nature was friendly, and he guided us well throughout the journey. He made sure that our travel between different locations was comfortable and hassle-free. Hotel Reviews The hotels booked by Ozzo Kashmir Holidays were a mix of good and average experiences. Here’s my detailed review: Hotel Azara, Srinagar (2-star) – The service was average, and cleanliness was not up to the mark. (Rating: 2/10) Sea View, Srinagar – Service was good, and the stay was comfortable. (Rating: 8/10) Petals of Chinar, Srinagar – The worst hotel in the entire trip. No hot water for a bath, and the staff was not cooperative. (Rating: 1/10) Signature, Gulmarg – Service was excellent, and the stay was pleasant. (Rating: 8/10) Diamondstar, Pahalgam – A good experience, though there was room for improvement. (Rating: 7/10) Divineoak, Katra (2-star) – Service was just okay, nothing special. (Rating: 3/10) Overall Experience & Recommendation Apart from a couple of hotel experiences, the trip was well-organized, and I would recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays for their efficient planning and execution. The sightseeing was great, the transport was smooth, and the driver was cooperative. If they improve their hotel selection, the experience can be even better. Rating for the trip: 8/10 Would I recommend Ozzo Kashmir Holidays? Yes!

The travel agent 's arrangements were perfect and we had a memorable trip. All the activities were well organised and Mr.Raunak Pathak was always in touch with us. We would like to go with him again. Memorable experience of the trip was landing on FransJosef glacier and Kaikora whale watching.

Reliable, Smooth and Cost effective trip organized for couple by Mr. Danish ji, who is a good handler n dedicated man. What was said, they delivered, along with upgradation like ertiga instead of sedan with polite n informative drivers. Visit to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Zozila pass, Drass, Kargil b/w 07/10/024 - 10/10/024. Saw live snowfall, breathtaking landscape, apple orchards, local culture. Hotels: Mehtaab palace-Srinagar, Glacier Heights-Sonmarg, Inshallah houseboat-Nigen lake. All are near 4 star decent properties in city centric locations. Buffet has veg n non-veg options with good taste. It was travel triangle mediated trip. Recommending Capture Kashmir!!! Apart from above between Jammu-Srinagar to n fro, JKSRTC SML deluxe ac govt bus can be used, which z reliable n comfortable. 7.30am from trc Srinagar; 7.30am from Jammu railway. Travel duration: 7-8 hrs with 2 halts for snacks.

It was an amazing experience in Kashmir with Iqra and Maharib travels.the only thing left in our bucket list is the Gulmarg Gondola due to the Eid holiday Sonmarg Glacier, Gulmarg and the New Zealand houseboat

Overall it was awesome experience. Hotel was neat and clean with proper heating facility. Cab driver was very helpful during entire trip. Mehvesh is fantastic travel agent. She ensured heating facility in cab and hotel also. Everyday she called us to check everything is okay and if we need any help. Mehvesh's dedication and enthusiasm is excellent. The trip waa designed beautifully and captured the significant parts of Ladakh which we desired to travel. Hotels were good except Grand Yasmin which was too busy to close rather than take good care of guests, food options were limited and okayish. The Pal and Organic Boutique were good, only the reception at the Pal is very novice. Trip Trail personnel Mr Aman was very helpful throughout the trip addressing to any hiccups encountered during the trip. Shoutout to Mr Rigen Gurmet who is an exceptional driver and very kind. Thank you Trip Trail for making this trip a memorable one. We have fantastic experience. Ms Kibra of Zippgo travels had made good arrangements from airport to airport. That is right from picking up, arrangement of hotel, food, regular travel to and fro, nice driver etc. The immediate response by Ms Kibra is commendable. Thankyou so much for the memorable trip. Horse riding in Sonamarg upto Glaciers.

Our Honeymoon trip to Europe which includes Paris and Switzerland was curated by travel triangle (HubHolidays). Our agent Mr.Shubham designed an itinerary and patiently listened to our suggestions and customized it according to our needs. He also helped us in gathering the documents for the visa and we successfully got our Schengen visa within a few days. Before our trip started, we had cleared our never-ending doubts with Shubham & Prashanth and they answered all of them without any hesitation. Hotels were arranged in Paris, Lucerne and Zurich. When we landed at Paris airport the agent arranged the best cab to reach the hotel. The driver was really helpful and guided us on Paris city & must visit places in the city. We then went for the Paris city tour by boarding the Big Bus Hop on Hop off and saw the remarkable monuments like Opera Garnier, Arc de Triomphe and Louvre museum etc., Also we had a great night view of the Eiffel Tower and the tickets were arranged by the agent till Level 3 through Elevator and a great view of the city. We went on a Seine river cruise and had great views of the entire Paris city. The second day of the tour is the wonderful picturesque journey from Paris to Zurich. It's TGV Lyria train which travelled at 320 kmph speed which is a beautiful experience. We then took another train to Lucerne. We must admit, Switzerland is THE best place when comes to remarkable landscapes and Wallpaper worthy locations. Switzerland also has perfect travel by train, bus and tram. This will all be covered in the Swiss pass, which is also included in our package. From Lucerne, we travelled to Mt. Pilatus by Bus to Kriens, then by Cable car, Gondola and returned to Alpnachstad in World's steepest Cogwheel train. The next day, we had to Visit Matterhorn Glacier from Zermatt. However, from Lucerne to Zermatt is a long 4hr journey. By the time we reached the Matterhorn boarding point, we are past the last cable car time and had to return. Last day, the Zurich detour included Rhine falls, Lake Zurich, and the Lindt chocolate factory tour - complimentary. Overall, the trip was wonderful and will be etched into our memories lifelong. As the package doesn't include cab services other than airport pickup, We had to explore the city trains and buses using Google. Trust google and the timings. you will never be dissatisfied. One feedback we want to give to the agent is, to provide the timings and detailed pieces of information like restaurants, and tips on the tourist attractions, as most of the attractions and hotels, will be closed in a stipulated time. We kept asking a couple of doubts with Shubham and Prashanth during the trip. I thank both of them from the bottom of our hearts for arranging a wonderful trip.

Travel Triangle and hub holidays helped us to plan and customize our tour. We had a really good experience. All the hotels were good. Queens Town properties had a mesmerizing scenic lake and glacier view. We received all the vouchers timely and did not face any issue during our trip. All our hotels were in the central location except for fox glaciar one. We did not have a very good experience with visa however which was done by travel relations. They were not aware of the documents and type of visa and kept bugging us but travel triangle was able to sort it out. Queens town apartments and the view. Glacier helicopter ride Franz joseph Milford cruise and the waterfalls Driving in new Zealand Indian food in new Zealand . It is comparable to indian restaurants.
