sightseeings are overpriced. Beaumont plantation retreat - one of the best resort I've ever visited. But it would have been better if no of cottages are increased clearing up some forest area. Munnar trip was also beautiful. And last but not least the houseboat. Could have been better if a continental cuisine instead of kerala cuisine was served.

Driver was courteous but he also took us places which were not mentioned in itinerary and chargeable and skipped many places in munnar saying closed or can't be done by this vehicle, even thought tho

se places were mentioned in itinerary. If these things are mentioned in itinerary, tourists can prepare for them well in advance. I was told by driver that real munnar can be seen only by off roading vehicle and we were stuck with jeep safari chosen by driver. We didn't know what we would miss if we opted out. I immediately tried to call agent and they tried to help but they were also not very clear what was going on the ground. Their option was that it's optional instead of clearly telling me what would I miss if I don't opt for jeep safari. Overall a great trip with good service by agent and an okay vehicle. Thanks.

Good arrangements done by Priyanki from Travel Unbounded. Munnar Hotel was 16km far off from city, which was a pain to travel in night. No eateries were around other than its own restaurant. Houseboat and its services were good. I had some issues on last day with cab arrangements due to route change
