It was awesome experience and carrying beautiful moments & memories, Hotel Indrasan was just too good. Thanks to sarita mam...who was on call before and during the Trip, kuch kami hone ki mehsoos nahi ki. Thanks to Guide and driver Mr Ashwani he was best guide....

#Bad Experience: 1. Call ka kuch response nhi krna (Lalita Mam). 2. Payment as per Installment nhi lena. Payment ke liye bar bar call krna. 3. Hotels pe payment krne ke liye bolna checkout ke time pe. 4. Aap jab bhi unko regarding any issue call kroge wo ek dusre ke upar shift kr denge like uska department alg hein unse baat krke apko inform krungi then inform nhi krna aap wait krte rho unka. 5. Mera Kasol wala hotel regarding issue hua tha wo change krne ko bol rahe the lekin at last time wahi hotel mila jo booking time final Kiya tha but uske liye Customer Care ko bhut bar call krna pada n all drama.. 6. Excuses dena like abhi season time he to thoda aisa waisa (hotel booking, cab etc) hua hein.. I’m a bit disappointed with the service of agent Advance easy trip. There were few blunders like Driver suddenly got changed and nobody including travel agent was aware that this is going to happen. They had no clear communication with Transporter. However new driver Shankar was really good and cooperative, hence we continued with him. Agent told me to pay directly to them not to the driver but it was again a miscommunication…Driver wasn’t aware and said I did not get my payment. After my multiple follow ups with Travel agent this was sorted. Also new driver was not aware of way of Hotel…I requested agent to ask someone local who can call the driver and guide him but nobody called after my multiple follow-ups . Jyoti (agent) ko kuch pata hi nahi hota tha..Anyways Driver was very good, he managed things somehow. And Hotel service was also fine.

I requested I requested for 3 star hotels bt all the hotel was so different..like the hotel in the last day was good bt at the same tym it was not so good at the 1day of our trip …2…due to travelling we skipped our breakfast and had to pay big bills at the for breakfast kuch n dinner

Also the cab driver Sushil ji who accompanied us on the tour was very polite with nature and felt like an elder brother, felt very safe. Traveling with him from Chandigarh to Shimla and from Shimla to Kufri and then back to Chandigarh after Manali was a memorable journey with Mr. Sushil. We both really enjoyed it. Its was my honeymoon trip to Bali & Gili Island Rounak did a great job, was polite, confident and very helpful. With one call with him, I was sure to go with Travelope Everything was as per the itinerary. The trip was well planned and we were so comfortable . So the conclusion is , if it is Bali, blindly go with Travelope. It was a great experience. I appreciate Rounak and Mr Gusti for the support and assistance. Hotels: 4 (the hotels were amazing apart from the last one which was a little less amazing then the other 2, hence the rating of 4) 2. Cab drivers : 5 3. Services of travel agent : Shalini assisted us from the start of the trip till the end like a pro. Even with such a fussy being like me she showed so kuch patience and had all the information. For my fathers first solo international trip i found her very dependable and trust worthy. What ever was promised was delivered with amazing service. I recommend shell and pearl holidays.
