Priyadarshini's 16 days trip to New Zealand

I, Jayant Limaye, aged 63, along with my wife Jyotsna, embarked on a journey to Australia and New Zealand spanning from December 18th to January 29th. We opted for a self-driven tour organized by Wonder Bird Holidays, masterfully curated by their representative, Mr. Raunak. Mr. Raunak ensured meticulous planning, covering every detail, from plane tickets to hotel bookings and internal tour visits. The arrangement was so impeccable that we never had any idle moments, as each destination was thoughtfully designed step by step to eliminate any potential challenges. Right from the outset, Mr. Raunak comprehensively explained every aspect of the tour, including plane timings, vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules, weather conditions at each location, clothing recommendations, coordination with local tours, their timings, approach locations, and parking conditions. The offered 3-to-4-star hotels were of excellent quality, strategically located in city centers for convenient travel. Mr. Raunak conducted a thorough review of the entire tour, addressing all our queries well before its commencement. He remained consistently available via phone to provide guidance. An instance highlighting his proactive approach occurred during our journey from Wanaka to Mount Cook in New Zealand. Faced with an indefinite road closure, Mr. Raunak promptly informed us and suggested an alternative route, allowing us to reach Mount Cook at 5 PM instead of 1 PM, unlike other travelers who waited in Omarama and arrived at 8:30 PM. We commend Mr. Raunak for his swift and decisive actions on that day. His regular check-ins, inquiries about our location and well-being, and unwavering cooperation compelled us to give him a perfect score of 100 out of 100. Thanks to the exceptional service of the Wonder Bird Holidays team, particularly Mr. Raunak, our tour was not only enjoyable but also hassle-free. For anyone contemplating a trip to Australia and New Zealand, we wholeheartedly recommend Wonder Bird Holidays. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Wonder Bird Holidays and Mr. Raunak for crafting such a beautiful and memorable tour experience. Regards, Jayant Limaye. Jayant Limaye HAD A VERY MEMORABLE AND PLEASANT JOURNEY WITH WANDERBIRD AND TRAVEL TRIANGLE

Bhavesh's 7 days trip to New Zealand

Well, at the time of bookings the motivation of the company was very high & too much follow up with me. Suddenly on the trip, I felt they were less interested & not as convincing as before. Also my last leg of the journey was wasted due to Easter holidays, which we were entirely not intimated before. Everything, all the shops were closed & nothing we could do about it. (Even the eating joints) Also regarding 1 activity which was star gazing, I requested the company to cancel this tour and they told me you could only do it before 24 hours and finally I could manage to cancel it before 3 hrs of start of the activity (so again poor job fro the agents) And finally to say, the remaining of 425NZD is pending, which we expect to be in my account as soon as possible. alo regarding the accommodation which they booked , one at Wanaka was very poor and the other at Twizel which I recommended them to book which they were not recommending finally turned out to be great!!

Sushant's 15 days trip to New Zealand

Starting from our first destination all the way to our last, the trip was very well planned and thought of. our trip was totally as per our convenience with ample time in between different places, activities and our leisure time. It was planned in such a manner that we visited the whole of NZ and didn't even tire ourselves out. I would like to thank travel triangle Nd pick your trail for an amazing package and for making our honeymoon memorable. Really looking forward to getting our next year's trip planned again from you guys. Auckland- the amazing night view of the whole city from the sky tower Rotorua - the wiaitapo glowworm caves were simply breath taking. Hobbiton was very beautiful, just like a dream. The drive to coromendel on the peninsula. Wanaka wineries and the lake Franz Josef glacier was awesome. Also to add all our hotels were superb. Also not to forget the scenic drives, we could stop anywhere as we had so much freedom with the car.

Mukherjee's 10 days trip to New Zealand

The agent helped us in planning the trip to the last detail and was also very supportive through our travel. The high points - 1. The self drive 2. The itinerary broken up in such a way to allow the best mix of travelling and relaxing (Wanaka, Te-Anau and Lake Tekapo stop-overs) 3. Best time spent in Queenstown (Jet boat, Para gliding, Sky-Diving, Bungee jumping et al) The low points - 1. The Tranzalpine train journey might be more suited for Winters when the peaks are snow clad. In the absence of snow, driving from Christchurch to Greymouth or vice versa a better option 2. The helicopter ride is also avoidable when there is little snow, the views from the top were good though. Christchurch is fairly avoidable if you are restricting your travel to the South island. The best would be to focus your stay around Queenstown. Scenic Drives and Lake Sides
