Our trip for Singapore & Bali was quite memorable one and thanks to Tour Hunters for professionally co-ordinating it without any hiccups. Right from the start our coordinator was in touch with us ensure we are on track as per the planned itinerary. They were available round the clock for any support/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.

Everything was great except few points. The cruise was a disappointment. Also, our hotel stay at marina was already communicated to agent but not sure why they chose cruise at the other side of town when there was an option right next to our hotel. Also, the tickets for penguin/acquarium were done last minute but the same has not been communicated to Rayna travels at Dubai properly. We had to face a lot of hassle on this day and even after 4 times confirming that pick up is not required still the driver showed up at our doorstep. Ither than this, everything else was good and hassle free.

less coordination between teams.. after giving the booking confirmation vouchers they had changed the port blair hotel, provided low quality hotel( with less price), . They had not booked our advanced ticket for ferries, for 2.30PM ferry from havelock to neil island they hadn't arrange ticket till 2.20PM, after several calls they had arranged the ticket at the last moment, we had to run to catch ferry. After recaching neil island we got the information that there were no booking for us in the hotel provided in booking vouchers, agin we had to call then only they arrange it. So from our side we are not recommending this travel agency, after 1st day main contact person(Mr.Tanmay) never pickup the call also. Drivers are good as well as vehicles but main coordinator is not up to the mark. Hopefully travel triangle will look into the matter.
