are given wrong information, wrong hotel name, and after waiting for 40-45 mins we provided with the number of hotel. But the hotel is good. Drivers and cabs are well, good behaved, road trip is awesome from Gangtok to Lachen to Lachung. Airport pick up and drop driver is also good.

next hotels , HENCE very good experience at THIMPU , punakha & paro . Hotel at bagdogra was changed , without our knowledge .Indrapuri hotel was a dirty one , with no proper entrance from road . It gave us negative image of our valley tour & treks . We still do not know why "the orbit" was changed ? FOOD :- The qwality of food was not that of a three star hotels in all hotels. VEHICLE :- In sikkim innova provided by you was not fit for hilli area , ie . vehicle tyres were verey old & slippery . the tyres were required to be changed a year ago . However our driver shri RAKESH SHARMA , was very expert , who saved our life , when vehicle slipped on hills 2 times . The vehicle did not had a active mobile charger point . On returning from gangtok to phuentsholling , the driver was changed to some " ugeyn" . This driver was not good enough & proper behavier . He was busy all the time in swalloing gutka & spitting on his hand. Bhutanside side vehicle was promised to be given " haice bus" . But defying promise , another vehicle " hundai H-1 " was provided., however its driver Mr. sangay was very good one .On returning from PARO to phuentsholling the vehicle was provided as haice but the driver's driving was very much rough & careless .The driver also not provided us mobile charger & dustbin facility . ( we need to emphasize here that our tour operator must reply to us on these points , or the matter be referred to immigration deptt bhutan . Guide :- our guide ms. singay was very much polite , cooperative , & with humanaterian approch On account of " not providing haice bus "& good hotels "at phuentsholling & bagdogra , WE MUST BE given refund immediately .

e our driver Gyem Dorji navigated the roads safely and smoothly. From the breathtaking Tiger’s Nest hike to the stunning Punakha Dzong and delicious local food, every moment was special. The itinerary was well-balanced, allowing us to truly experience Bhutan’s beauty and serenity. Last but not the least The Indian counterpart Nima Dhai, ensured a smooth drive to and from Bagdogra Airport, accommodating my schedule perfectly. I highly recommend Bhutan Inc for a seamless, enriching, and hassle-free Bhutan adventure!

Only other issue was during travel from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra on the last day, we asked the driver for a known restaurant option rather than local restaurant. However the driver said those options are only in the town and he could not go there, leading to no lunch stoppage. Would have preferred if our request could have been accomodated as we had ample time.

as very nice, polite, punctual and best guide for 4 days. 2. Driver of Xylo car used from Gangtok to Lachung and back was ill informed. Due to him wasted 3 hours while going to Lachung from Gangtok. As per him, he was not informed by the Travel agency about the places to be visited at Lachung. In the process he missed to show us Spring with medical properties at Lachung. When asked he showed his inabilty since the place was left far behind. 3. Driver of WagonR at Darjeeling was not punctual. On first day he reached half an hour late and on Last day he reached more than one hour late to pick us up from hotel. 4. On every station, Bina Travels themselves were not updating the next days programme, instead we had to ask Bina Travels to update us for the same. In view of deficiencies experienced above it is suggested to provide the perfect services to the customers since we chose the trips for our comfort and not for inconvenience. Also it is requested to refund a suitable amount for the above deficiencies experienced. 1. Adventurous journey from Gangtok to Lachung . Yumthang vally was beaitiful. 2. vehicle became secondary because of the friendly guide Wangpo and driver Jimmy. Hotels: Lotus villa - very good. Tashi yid wong - Good but food is below average. Lobesa - it is a very old hotel. Rooms and furniture look mediocre . They initially provided rooms with no view in basement. Upon escalating to the agent they provided the rooms with the best way for the next day. Food and people are best. They also organised a picnic lunch by Punakha Dong which was a a very memorable experience. We had worst experience in Lhayayel resort in Paro. Best to avoid this. Had to change to a new hotel after all day of travelling in the night at 8pm. About hotels , the travel agent could have done a better job in verifying the room quality for the price we had paid. Sightseeing : we stayed for 8days however felt short to cover the itinerary. Would have been great if the agent had suggested us to atleast take one way back from Paro directly to save two days of just travel. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
