Our recent Bali trip was overall a great experience, with many wonderful memories, thanks to Travel Triangle and Tour Hunters. Drivers: Both drivers in Kuta and Nusa Penida were excellent—safe drivers, very punctual, and extremely courteous. Couldn’t have asked for better support on the ground. Itinerary: The itinerary was well-planned and covered some truly worthy places to visit. The only challenge we faced was Bali’s traffic congestion, which caused us to miss a couple of spots. For future travelers, we recommend factoring in traffic delays during planning. Travel Planner: Special thanks to Muskkan from Tour Hunters—from the initial planning stage to execution, she was outstanding. Always available, extremely responsive, and ensured we had all the details well in advance. Kudos to her. Accommodation: Royal Regentris, Kuta A very good choice—cozy rooms, friendly staff, and overall a pleasant stay. Being vegetarians, food options were limited, but they offered a decent English breakfast, so it wasn’t an issue. No complaints here. Ashoka Tree Resort, Tanggayuda Unfortunately, this was the only major disappointment of the trip. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa with a private pool, which had multiple issues: Room had leaks during rain, causing waterlogged floors. Extremely poor hospitality—complaints were ignored. Reception was almost always unmanned; even at checkout, despite prior intimation, no one was available. We had to leave our keys with security and leave. Staff appeared highly understaffed and untrained, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall Experience Apart from the bad experience at Ashoka Tree, the trip was wonderful. Beautiful locations, memorable moments, and great support from Tour Hunters made it a trip to cherish. Thank you, Muskkan, and the entire team for making this possible!

Our Bali trip for 7 days was a comfortable trip with Tour Hunters .It was a lot of fun- the driver was very good and sites choses were right on spot. The only thing of caution- plz book your own flight so you know what airlines you book and no surprises... Vietjet was awful in terms of service for sure!! i had to struggle with checkin and seat booking and i was not told about airlines till it was booked. Also i wish we did Ubud first and then kuta as returning from ubud to airport was a long trip and we hardly got any time left to go to lounge , eat and do any last minute shopping at the airport. it was such a touch and go from ubud to airport. Someone needed to have thought through this better!! Good points were- Ubud stay , currency support given , hotel booked .

Our main intention behind booking the Bali trip through Travel Triangle was the hope of receiving a better and more seamless experience compared to directly booking through local tour operators in Bali. Based on that expectation, we finalized our trip with Tour Hunters. The booking process, including receiving the vouchers and initial coordination, went smoothly. However, the actual experience during the trip was far from satisfactory. We were two families traveling together, and the biggest issue started with the execution on ground. We were assigned a driver who was also supposed to act as our guide. While the driver during our stay in Kuta and Ubud was polite, he had no guiding knowledge whatsoever — he was merely a driver. Due to this lack of guidance, we missed out on a couple of important places on our itinerary. For example, one evening we were taken to a temple and reached there at 7:05 PM, only to be told it was closed at 7:00 PM. What was disappointing is that we had stopped on the way for 20–25 minutes, and the driver didn’t inform us about the closing time. That resulted in a complete waste of 3 hours (1 hour to the temple and 2 hours back to the hotel). Another instance was at Tanah Lot. Although we reached the destination, we were taken to a different side of the area, completely missing the more iconic and beautiful view from the main side. Again, the lack of guidance played a role in this mishap. The most troubling part of our trip was at Nusa Penida. The driver there was extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening in his behavior. As tourists, we rely on local operators for information and direction. If something is not aligned with their plans, it should be communicated politely and respectfully. Instead, his tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw how other tourists were treated by their drivers and felt extremely disappointed with our choice. In hindsight, choosing Tour Hunters through Travel Triangle turned out to be a grave mistake. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip became frustrating and disappointing in many aspects.

The entire trip was organised very well. However, what i felt was for the initial 2 days we would have stayed in ubud and later moved to kuta. Bali swing and ulludhanu temple

From our arrival at the airport, where we were warmly welcomed with garlands, to our departure, every detail of our trip was perfectly organized. I am extremely thanks to Indo Jaya Travel enough for making our Bali trip so memorable! From the start to the very end, they were incredibly helpful. Our driver, VD was exceptional. When my fiance wasn’t feeling well, he made sure I had the medication and took extra care to ensure we were comfortable. The hotels they booked for us in Ubud and Kuta were fantastic, providing a perfect balance of comfort and charm. Everything was beautiful and it made our six days in Bali truly special. Had a great Honeymoon Trip planned by travel triangle team. Enjoyed a great experience throughout our trip to Bali. Especially the luxurious stay we had in Bakung Sari Resort in Kuta suggested by the team. The pleasant stay at the resort with good ambience for Honeymoon couple to enjoy the trip. Only one drawback with the stay at Ubud Bakung Sari Villa rooms are not up to the mark and where we need to change the rooms for almost 3 times due to issues with the locks. Each and every day team has planned our site seeing and unwavering comfort... Due to proper response and guidance in choosing our destination, we had a clear overview of the trip even before we started from our home. The hassle-free transportation from the airport pickup to hotel rooms and to various site seeing and back to airport drops were a cherry on top.. because the entire trip was customised based on the understanding of our requirements by the team.. The trip covered the entire Bali island and the most famous Ubud Market,Bali Swing attractions of Bali. We had the chance to enjoy both the touch of nature's pleasure in Ubud and Kuta. Booked Bali trip thru Aga Holidays Pros:- 1. On Field drivers and agents in Bali were very good 2. Hotels were nice 3. Overall trip experience was a good one. 4. Bali travel agent were super concerned polite and helpful in time of need. Cons 1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. After repeatedly asking for details of scuba didnt get any information on the experience 3. No response from the travel agent when in need while changing the hotel from ubud to kuta again. Had to do it on my own. 4. Wont book trip again from aga holiday ( travel triangle )

Thank you Kalpana Tour and Travels for a wonderful trip. It was smooth and well curated. It was our 4th Wedding Anniversary trip that we wanted to celebrate in Bali. We could cover all the activities and the locations in the itinerary. I wish the first stay was in a different property though, the rooms in Bakungsari in Kuta was not our type of stays. Dim lighting was a turn off. Felt that the staff was bit biased towards Indian tourists. But overall a decent and seamless trip. Will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again.

All was good except kuta hotel location And for Nusa phenida we got very less time. Ubud Resort ambiance and Bali Driver behaviour

The trip arrangements were very organized and nice. The hotel in Kuta could be better as there was no provision to keep suitcases and little congested. But over all the tour was very good. Thank you All the days were very memorable, but I loved the private villa arranged in Ubud and romantic dinner near the beach.
