Leh to srinagar road trip was not planned properly. Even though road was blocked due to avalanche in Srinagar leh highway 3 days prior, we where not informed early. This costed extra money from our hand for air and hotel stay. Also hotel refund was not negotiated by agent and hotel in Srinagar Privoior to departure and communicated to us by agent. This resulted in no refund and pay extra cost from our Pocket.

Listen up everyone 1. Don't ever hire traveller or buses always hire a cab when ever going to Kashmir because travellers and buses are not allowed to be taken near few tourist spot. So in that case you have to deboard and board some other cab and for which you have to pay a hefty amount. 2. Also avoid Ramzan season when visiting Kashmir as people there sleep in day time and most of the shop are closed and they close the shops early as well in the evening due to iftaari. Overall Experience: We went to Kashmir for 6Days and 5nights. We booked package from Airhuk Holidays and our travel agent's name is Insha. She made a good package for us ..as per our requirement and budget. And suggested the best things. Our trip was fun and my parents and sister were happy as well. We enjoyed a lot and would love to visit Kashmir someday again Hotel Dar rehman hotel in Srinagar rajbagh is where we stayed for 4 days and it was good in terms of services , food but location was bit off as it is in residential area and you can't have an easy access of main market from there otherwise everything is great about hotel. Cab & Driver Our Driver is one of the best part about trip. Our Driver's name is Imtiyaz. He literally guided us at everystep he was so polite and patient. He took good care of us and made sure that we had a comfortable ride. I recommend Airhuk Holidays to everyone. Celebrated my father's 60th birthday in Kashmir.

Tour was awesome, hotel in Srinagar and boat house was not upto the expectations. Had added Candle light dinner, cake and saffron milk in the package but only a small piece of cake was delivered on house boat. Information was provided to travel agent and house boat supervisor but finally didnt receive it

Emaar Tours Booking Mishap Dampens Travel Experience I recently used Emaar Tours to book a group trip. While the overall experience was positive, a significant issue with our hotel reservation in Srinagar significantly impacted the enjoyment of our trip. Communication Breakdown: As a safety precaution, I confirmed our hotel bookings directly with each hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel in Srinagar denied having the number of rooms we were promised by Emaar Tours. Multiple Assurances, Unfulfilled Promise: Despite contacting Emaar Tours and receiving multiple assurances that they were rectifying the communication gap with the hotel, the situation remained unresolved until our arrival in Srinagar. Thankfully, after significant back-and-forth, the hotel finally provided the additional room we needed. Apology and Unsatisfactory Resolution: Emaar Tours apologized for the inconvenience but insisted the extra room would be at no additional cost. However, as the room was already included in our package, this did not adequately address the issue. Customer Shouldn't Bear Communication Burden: It is unacceptable that customers must resolve communication breakdowns between a travel agent's sales and booking teams. This lapse significantly impacted our group's experience and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Unhelpful Escalation: Furthermore, escalating the issue to Travel Triangle, the platform used to book with Emaar Tours, yielded no assistance. My emails went unanswered, and no attempt was made to understand the situation. Overall: While other aspects of the trip were enjoyable, this experience highlights the importance of caution when considering Emaar Tours for future travel. Travelers should be aware of the potential for communication gaps and lack of support in resolving such issues.

We want to share this with you all that whenever you are planning a trip to Srinagar do book Guided Trips our booking Executive Ayman Mehraj was so helpful and kind she throughout kept asking us about our trip be it boarding the flights from Delhi to reaching Delhi she was in our contact through out they also accommodated us in the best hotels and arranged a special dinner at our boat house stay not to forget this trip wouldn’t be as amazing if we would have met Aamir Bhai who was our guide and driver through out the trip he showed us some really beautiful places he was so kind so patient he made us try every local thing of Srinagar especially the namkeen chai which was amazing he is such a gentleman he took us to the best places for shopping and showed us bat making and I remember we wanted to gift something to my father in law I was not able to find it he helped me find it overall I would say with Aamir bhai and Ma’am we felt like home and we would recommend you to book your trip with guided trips so that you can also feel home away from home

It was pleasant experience booking with travel triangle and eventually being handled by proxima holidays. From Proxima , Mehvish , did tried her best to ensure no hassles should occur during my 5 nights and 6 days trip. Regarding stay : Srinagar - Stay at Karam Gold was was awesome. They have good buffet option and food is also very tasty. Pehelgam - Stay at Pehelgam retreat was just ok. Rooms were very small. And one thing which i came to know after reaching there was that there is fix timing for both Geyser and AC heater , which was very annoying. Food was just ok Gulmarg - Stay at Royal park was good. The property is very nice with scenic view. Food was just ok. Rooms were good in size and aesthetics were good. Houseboat - My biggest blooper was stay at houseboat. There were too many negatives about houseboat. Although the houseboat in look was very good with good big size rooms. My stay was with Canada Group of Houseboat which was at Nigeen lake ( which was good , I didn't like Dal Lake much). With giant size rooms , there were almost zero facility in the houseboat. Most of the time AC heater wasn't working due to electricity issue so it was chilling specially during night. And caretaker didn't took any load to start the generator. There was no water bottle in the room ( very basic ) and if u ask for one you will be charged for it. There was a very good bathtub in the washroom , but no soap or shampoo. There wasn't even a dental kit available and upon asking one toothpaste also , we were denied. Food was home cooked and not good at all as options were also very limited. My driver through out the journey was very good and cab which was given to me was etios . Overall a good trip ( but very little discomfort )

We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.
