Jigu's 7 days trip to Kashmir

Out of the three, only one hotel in Gulmarg was extremely good. Hotel in Pahalgam lacked many services, including proper heater, which was necessary during such temperatures. Hotel in Srinagar also lacked few services despite being a 4 starproperty and was located in a very secluded place, close to local market instead of tourist market, and we had to commute for about 5-6 Kms even for small things. Overall experience about the cab and driver was good, except for a few small things.

Food & Accommodation: Grand Mir International: Great food, but my bed had a broken ply. The issue was temporarily fixed, and I got a new room the next day. Check bed condition at check-in. White Water Resort Pahalgam: My request for a front-side view room was not honored, despite prior instructions. Many travelers faced similar issues. Extra beds were uncomfortable, and check-in/room selection took over an hour. Heevan Houseboat: Average food for vegetarians. Have a proper meal in Srinagar beforehand. Sightseeing & Tips: Pahalgam requires two days: Day 1: ABC Valley and nearby points. Day 2: Baisaran Valley. Stay near the taxi stand/main market in Pahalgam for convenience. Shankaracharya Temple closes at 4:30 PM; plan accordingly. At Sonmarg, negotiate for boots/jackets and pay via UPI or keep proof of payment. Health & Budget: Avoid overeating makki ki roti and sarson ka saag from Doodhpathri; it caused stomach issues. Carry ₹7,000–₹10,000 cash per person for sightseeing. These tips can help ensure a smoother experience in Kashmir.

Well planned Itinerary and proper guidence from Agent & Driver. Shahid cab driver properly assisted us through out the trip with Do's and Don't as weather is unpredictable in Kashmir. Shahid arranged us medicines in a time where we can't go out due to bad Weather. I strongly suggest to go with Road to Trips with Driver Shahid. excellent service. Coming to Hotels- Srinagar Hotel Su Casa heaters are not up to the mark, remaining hotels heaters are well maintained. Coming to food, Food at all the hotels are good.

I booked my Kashmir trip with Ozzo Travel, with the help of Romana, and had a great experience. We visited Gulmarg, Srinagar, Pahalgam, and Doodhpathri, and they helped us customize our itinerary while providing 3-star to 4-star hotel options that suited our budget. Ozzo Travel took care of everything, including cab arrangements, hotel bookings, Shikara ride, boat house booking and even securing our Gondola tickets. They also suggested better options for local sightseeing, making our trip more enjoyable.

Firstly, the itinerary provided was well-planned and covered some of the most stunning destinations in the region, including Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. The transportation arrangements were comfortable, and the vehicle was clean and well-maintained. Our car Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable by sharing interesting insights about the local culture and history. The accommodations were generally good, though a few could benefit from better maintenance. For instance for Pahalgam stay. However, the locations of the hotels were excellent, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes. The food provided during the trip was delicious, and it was a great introduction to Kashmiri cuisine. However, I would suggest offering more variety, especially for travelers with dietary restrictions. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I appreciate the effort your company put into organizing the trip. I look forward to traveling with you again and hope the points mentioned will help enhance future tours. Thank you for making this trip special!

Hotels provided by agent was genuine enough and was given good amount of choices to choose from. Though could have been better always specially the one in Srinagar where we spent 03 nights. Can provided was in perfect new shape only issue with cab was driver driving way too slow and was inexperienced not related to driving but related to points, places to roam at. Driver was not aware about proper points detailing and was lacking bit of experience in terms of giving accurate info and details to passengers travelling, these caused us to pay at places where we actually did not need to pay. Agency has vast experience of handling customers no doubts in that part but there is definite scope of improvement at parts of arranging better transportations. 1. Katra Vaisnodevi 2. Pahalgam stay at hotel (Best of all places we stayed) 3. Srinagar Shikara Ride 4. Srinagar Local Sight seeing (Lalchowk and shopping)

Suraj's 5 days trip to Kashmir

Hotels provided in Pahalgam and gulmarg were good but in srinagar, The hotel Dar rehman was below par. Rooms were small, not cleaned, in one room there was no hot water and in other room every outlet was having boiled water even in jet spray. Extra beddings were not comfortable at all. We asked them to replace the extra bedding but they did not replace it and said that's all they have got. Blankets were not clean and after repeated requests to travel agency they did not changed the room or hotel. Travel agency were also not responding on times. And in the end when we asked them to drop at pathankot in place of Jammu, they asked for rupees 10000 for just 100 km. So overall Kashmir is very beautiful place but our experience with Travel agency and hotels were mixed. Won't recommend the agency to others they even charged extra for our child even after mentioning in the itenary and denied accepting that the child was included at all.
