It was best experience with TripTrail. I was little nervous since it was our first international trip. Yugal from TripTrail successfully arranged our Krabi-Phuket tour. He along with his team was constantly in touch with us over whatsapp. Overall great experience. Thanks for making our international trip memorable.

1. Trip planning: Frankly we went ahead with a planned group tour rather than booking on our own since we had a very patient and professional travel planner from Navigatio Ms Nikita. She was well aware of our group needs and helped to accomodate most of our requests and got our planned activities and hotels which were not easy, given that we were travelling from different cities and different times. 2. Hotels: All the hotels booked by Navigatio including the ones we selected were good. Rooms were neat and tidy and breakfast options were available even for vegetarians. There was some snag in the last hotel booking which caused us to have to change rooms and some stress but the team were quick to help and respond and didn't leave us hanging at any point. Mr .Tarun from the firm got in touch personally to make sure the issue was handled. 3. Activities: all activities that we opted for were very well organised and fun and we were given instructions well in advance. 4. Internal travel: we had a couple hiccoughs with cab drivers and rest stops due to language trouble. But the team actioned it on our feedback. the rest of the internal transfers were very smooth and comfortable. 5. On ground communication: very quick and responsive using their travel app. Overall I would suggest Navigatio as a tour planner because they care about their customers , have integrity and good knowledge of the destinations and will make sure you are taken care of if inevitable issues may come up on your trip. Travel Triangle did a fabulous job curating such an awesome itenary. I had literally no issues. Everything was going as planned. My cabs would come on time and I would be informed before hand about my cab. There was not a single moment in the trip where I would had an issue with anything. Everything was just perfect. I would recommend this to everyone. Its far better than other platform. My travel agent Parul, she did a splendid job curating this itenary, going back and forth on the itenary for over 2 months we finalized the itenary. She did an awesome will definately be using travel triangle again. for further trips.

(1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. Our Vietnam trip for 7 days and 6 nights was organised well. And it was great service provided by SVietnam trips. Note: Hotel accommodation checkin timing start from 14:00 and check out time will be 12:00 for all hotels in Vietnam. I would recommend this tour package for couple.

Our 9 Day trip was very professionally planned and very well managed. From the start travel triangle agent Ms. Kanchan and S Vietnam agent Ms. Jenna were full co operative by providing each and every information before booking the trip. Jenna use to reply each and every query promptly before and during the trip. Whenever we were reaching to any city the cab and assistance were on time and very responsive team in all cities have guided us. The tour was very well planned. The guides provided during the trip were very knowledgeable and helpful. Tour guide Xin in Da Nang was too good. The accommodation provided during the trip was top class and best. The cruise night was best. We were travelling with infants and tour was planned very well that we never felt any difficulties. We loved the coffee from Vietnam. We loved our trip too much that we are still missing those days. I will suggest everyone to book with S Vietnam and travel triangle. Even our agent provided us gift which was very sweet. Transporters, guides, hotel staff, cruise crew all were well behaved and rendered good services. The places covered were worth visiting. Although there was some confusion in payments, which was solved amicably, we all enjoyed our stay and tour in Vietnam. The standard hotels provided were reasonably good. Halong bay with cruise.

Whole trip organized by Ms Huyem Pham from IndoChina travel agency was awesome including site seeing, tour guides , Hotels, activities and staff & their services, People from vietnam are very helpful and polite for the visitors,,,,,,,it was the most vibrant trip for us......I would like to visit again along with package tour prepared by Ms Huyem Pham. Furthermore, TravelTriangle did also great job but there slow and ignorant behaviour after Trip was frustrating Hanoi beer street, keim lake, Halong bay cruise and surprise caves, Danang's Lady Buddha, caves ,Hoi An town's Lartern boating, Bana hills..

The trip was well planned and organised. Joanna co-ordinated trip well and we were well informed about the day plan. They even tried to accomodate veg food which was surprise for us.

Very well organised! Both Joana and Hardeep were very supportive and helpful. Just one feed back, the hotel in Laos, the bathroom sink counter had fungus stains, a 5 start hotel won't have such unhygienic rooms, i would advice not to recommend that too any of your other clients! The waterfall in Laos!
