Our Rajasthan Trip was good and Mohit's suggestion and planning was good where he accomodated Chittorgarh and Kumbhalgarh in our 8 days and 7 nights travel which other travel agents were reluctant and price was also competitive. Hotels provided were good and Driver Dara Singh was also good and drove patiently and gave us time around.. All places in Rajasthan were memorable, Jaipur - Amer fort and Nahargarh fort, History of Chittorgarh, Meera temple, Udaipur palace and boating Fateh sagar lake, Kumbalgarh fort and shiv temple, Jodhpur Mehrangarh fort, Enjoyed jaisalmer desert camp the most with Jeep safari and camel ride the most, Visited Brahma temple in Pushkar and finally finishing with Hawa mahal, Jantar mantar ans shopping in Jaipur

We recently chose services for first time from back to holidays for our trip to Rajasthan, and while there were some positive aspects, unfortunately, our overall experience was not as smooth as we had hoped. Issues with Driver and Vehicle The driver and vehicle provided were from Uttar Pradesh, not Rajasthan. As a result, the driver had no local knowledge, which caused significant delays and confusion. For instance, upon our arrival at Udaipur airport, it took 30-40 minutes for the driver to locate us, despite being at the airport gate. We were with six children and had to direct him over the phone repeatedly. Throughout the trip, the lack of local knowledge meant we had to rely on Google Maps to reach destinations. This consumed extra time and added unnecessary stress. Inaccuracies in Itinerary The itinerary mentioned an elephant ride near the Birla Temple, which was not there it was near amber fort and due to this details we missed that. This was a major disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to it. Sightseeing in Udaipur was poorly planned. For example: Jagdish Temple, listed for Day 2, should have been included on Day 1 as it is adjacent to Jagmandir Palace. Due to this misalignment, we had to waste time traveling across the city on Day 2, which resulted in skipping Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aquarium. Hotel Experiences Devi Palace, Udaipur: This hotel was excellent. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, providing detailed guidance for local sightseeing. The breakfast and meals were also outstanding. The Lighthouse, Jaipur: Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet expectations. The staff was rude, unresponsive to feedback, and the breakfast quality was subpar. We decided against having any meals here. What ever ratings we have given to the hotels are only to devi palace we consider poor rating to the light house. We enjoyed, our stay at Devi Palace, the overall experience was spoiled by the lack of local expertise, misinformation in the itinerary, and disappointing accommodations in Jaipur. We hope you consider this feedback to improve your services for future travelers.

It was a great experience to be a part of Travel Triangle for my Rajasthan Trip. The hotels provided to me at Jaipur and Udaipur were both excellent and the staff were also humble and cooperative. Tempotravellor provided to us for our 9 member family trip was good. Driver was also nice person. Things to improve There was mis match with voucher that was given to me and the voucher hotel has received at Jaipur. They had information only about 6 persons accordingly they booked three double bed rooms where had to manage 9 people with extra bed in each room. Hotel Grand UDDHAV at Udaipur was excellent and they had made the arrangement as per 9 persons stay. Staff manager room boy were good. Travel Agent has provided guide only for first day which was complimentary to us as informed to me by the Driver. This information was not provided to me. We missed major spot ie Jantar Mantar due to poor coordination between Driver and Guide. Overall it was a great experience.

Hotels: While other hotels were decent, experience at The Lighthouse in Jaipur was bad. First they tried to push us to some other hotel and we had to be at reception for several minutes. Then quality of linen was bad. It was dirty and we had to request to change entire set. Sheets and covers weren't washed and stinking. Rating for Jaipur hotel is 2 out of 5. Hotels in Agra, Mathura, Udaipur and Jodhpur were good. No complaints. Cab: Cab was in decent condition and driver was polite. But driver was inexperienced in tourism. He didn't know the routes and was trying to drop us far before the monuments, while other vehicles were going much closer. We had to walk a lot with small kids. Travel Agent: Travel Agent was decent. They created a WhatsApp group and responded to our needs in timely manner. Jodhpur and Agra were good.

Hi, I have done many trips from travel triangle but this time I have faced many challenges (mentioned below) while traveling the Rajasthan tour. I have also highlight one more point here I didn't get enough support from Robin (agent) and Nagam (from traveltriangle) while traveling, they have ignored my messages and calls. 1. There is one temple (Osian Mata Mandir) near to Jodhpur which was added in my package, when I asked driver to go to that place he declined and asked 3000 Rs from us for going there, I have told this to Robin. He didn't take any action on this resulted I need visited there from public transport. 2. In Udaipur hostel breakfast was not added however that's was added in my package, After many followups with Robin and Nagma, thet have reimbursement the breakfast cost. 3. In first day of Rajasthan tour they have given us 5 seater car, however we have booked 7 seater Inova in our package. I hope you can understand this and reimbursed the extra cost which we expand. Our recent 5-day, 4-night Rajasthan trip, planned by Kingsland Holidays through Travel Triangle, was a wonderful experience for me and my wife. Special thanks to Mohit and Rashika, who meticulously planned our itinerary, generated multiple quotes on request, and customized the trip perfectly to suit our needs. Highlights of the Trip: The itinerary was thoughtfully crafted, covering the majority of attractions in Jaipur and Udaipur. The hotels booked in both cities were above average, providing us with a comfortable stay. Room for Improvement: Unfortunately, the only downside of our trip was the assigned driver, Mr. Ladu Singh. While he was punctual and polite, his lack of communication left us uncertain at times. As tourists unfamiliar with the area, we relied on the driver for guidance on plans, timelines, and local insights. However, we had to proactively ask about what to do after each activity or event, and he didn’t provide much information or interact with us. We expected the driver to be more engaging and informative, helping us understand what to expect for the day or the next activity. This is especially important when booking through a travel agency, as we count on such support for a seamless experience. Overall, Kingsland Holidays did an excellent job with planning and execution, but improving the driver experience would make the trip truly exceptional.

The hotel and its service at Udaipur was best. The hotel staff were very cooperative. The hotel at Mt Abu was not good at all. Kindly don’t recommend it to any one.

It was a good trip overall, though room in Jaisalmer city was average and we missed nahargarh fort and Jaimahal fort in Jaipur as we were not given proper information about it Udaipur jaisalmer was amazing and our driver kanha was helpful and good Jaisalmer sand dunes

Hotels in udaipur and jaisalmer are very good, but the hotel in jodhpur is very bad. Also the tent camp in jaisalmer is not good, the food at both places is horrible, basic Amenities are not upto the standard in the tent camp and the rester select hotel in jodhpur has worst food ,even milk is not good and is very diluted. Requested for change in the hotel but never happened. There is no proper maintenance in the hotel. Driver was very helpful and assisted well in our planning. Udaipur site visit and hotel stay
