The car and driver were ok. The hotels at phatta was average but clean, but the food was too basic. the tent at kedarnath was very unsuitable for the climate there, the facility for toilet was very poor. Even at haridwar, which is a proper city the food was too basic and average. we had asked for hotel in the city near to the activities. after being assured of the same, we were provided with the hotel on highway too far from the main city.

Neeraj's 4 days trip to Uttarakhand

Testimonial for Corporate Host I recently had the opportunity to customize a travel package with Corporate Host, and I must commend the team, especially Pooja and Narendra, for their exceptional assistance throughout the process. **Day 1: Haridwar - Regenta Orkos Haridwar Hotel** The hotel lived up to its 4-star promise with lovely rooms and commendable services. We encountered a minor hiccup initially as we were allocated a twin bed room instead of one with a king-size bed. However, thanks to Mr. Narendra's timely intervention, the issue was swiftly resolved. **Day 2: Grand Luxotica Dehradun Hotel** Contrary to our expectations of a 4-star property, the hotel was a 3-star establishment managed by DLS hotel. The rooms were cramped, and the service was far from satisfactory. The staff's attire was unprofessional, and the rooms had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom toiletries and towels provided were substandard. **Day 3: La Eden Mussoorie** This property was a letdown, especially considering it was the most expensive room in our package. The room was incredibly small, barely fitting for 5 adults and 2 babies. The breakfast options were limited and of poor quality. Despite the presence of the owner, no effort was made to upgrade our rooms or accommodate us comfortably. **Day 4: Wondrous Camp Rishikesh** Our camping experience was disappointing. The tents had a foul smell, and there were no adventure activities or entertainment options. The coolers provided were insufficient for the intense heat. A significant oversight by Ms. Pooja resulted in our package excluding all-day meals, which led to an unexpected expense of INR 3,000 for lunch and dinner, as the camp was situated in a remote location. In conclusion, while the trip had its enjoyable moments, the experience with the properties was underwhelming. It's a testament to the fact that even with the best planning, the quality of accommodations can significantly impact the overall travel experience. We hope to travel again, and with these learnings, we anticipate a much better experience next time. No regrets, but a valuable lesson learnt.

We recently booked the Golden Triangle tour with an extension to Haridwar and Rishikesh through Travel Triangle using Tripo as our agent, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. The hotels were given as per our request, offering great comfort and excellent service, making our family trip all the more enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, giving us ample time to explore and immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of each destination. A special shoutout to our driver, Mr. Sunil, who was, friendly, and accommodating. He made sure we were comfortable and provided insightful information about each place we visited, making our tour both educational and entertaining. We also want to extend our gratitude to Ms. Juhi, our main point of contact. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail were truly commendable. She ensured all our queries were answered promptly and made the entire booking process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would gladly recommend Travel Triangle to anyone looking to explore the Golden Triangle and beyond. Thank you, Travel Triangle and our agent Trippo, for an unforgettable experience

Aditya's 7 days trip to Uttarakhand

CHD helped us plan our 7 day trip to Uttarakhand (Mussorie, Tehri, Nainital, Jim Corbett, Haridwar). Had a good discussion during planning, quoted price was reasonable so we went ahead. They messaged driver details before the trip. Our driver (Vinit) was very helpful and friendly and was with us for full 7 days. His driving was safe and car was comfortable Only thing for improvement is the plan for each location mentioned all possible locations to visit which was not possible in the given duration. You will need to discuss with driver and decide what are the possible options to visit in given time. We had a great and enjoyable trip overall and would like to thank CHD for their help.

Travel agent had booked a driver who refused to pickup in Delhi, waited for 1.5 hours for driver, even hotel booking at Mussoorie was not done, I had to call him late in night after which rooms were given. Nobody from your team answers call when needed. I would rather book myself instead of going through you. Ganga Aarti at Haridwar and rafting in Rishikesh
