The trip was excellent as Sri Lanka is one of the most beautiful places I have visited. It's cleanliness is note worthy. The scenic beauty of the beaches, it's strong historical importance of Buddhism and the extremely well mannered citizens makes the country one of the finest tourist spot and hence

a must visit for all tourists. The hotels and food at Magampura Eco Resort Village ( adjacent to Yala National Park), The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle, Kamili Beach Villa Hotel at Kaluatara were very good with special mention of The Lady Hill Hotel at Galle which was excellent. However, stay at Star White Hotel at Negombo was not good. Would recommend to avoid this place. The driver and vehicle of Vista Vacations were good and they have made the trip bookings quite well.

This is not the first time we have taken help of Travel Triangle. Last year, we had a wonderfully wonderful trip arranged through Travel Triangle. This year too, when we (Me,My wife and 2 sons) decided on visiting Sri Lanka, it was but natural to approach Travel Triangle considering our good expe

rience last year. They connected us with 2 Travel Agencies and after multiple rounds of discussions and negotiation and changes in itinerary, we booked our trip through Tropical Ceylon. Manoj was our Driver cum English speaking guide and I must say he did a fabulous job considering his limitations. The places we visited were Wonderful and the activities we partook were wow. Though some activities appeared a bit too pricey- Especially the Diving and Tube riding at Bentota. What I didn't like and I am really upset about is that though Tropical Ceylon booked us and charged us for 3* facility, none of the Hotels were 3*. Moreover, the hotels at Bentota was awful. It was infested with Mosquitoes and there no Mosquito repellants or Waste bins in the rooms. We had to call up Travel Triangle as the Hotel staff were not taking any interest. In Negombo also the accomodation was not of standard and the lighting of the room and Bathroom were awfully inadequate. Except for this 2 blips, the tour was excellent. And both Tropical Ceylon and tRavel Triangle should look into tbhgis matter in right earnest. I am not asking for a refund of the expenses charged to us as the Hotels were not 3 *. But what happened, I felt CHEATED.

In general, the trip was very good with the exception of the last 2 stops. In Bentota, the weather was not good to do sea sports and the sea was not swimmable, which led us to do other unplanned activities. I know that the weather factor is not within your capacity to control; however, I remember th

at I made my concern very clear to the travel agent through our whatsApp chats that the weather might not be good and if it would be better to reroute. It is worth noting that the whole area did not have much tourists and the hotels were almost deserted, which is an indicator that it was not the proper season to visit the Sri Lankan western coast. In the last stop, although the plan was to visit Negombo, we were accommodated in a village that is 30-min away from the city center, which was not convenient to visit the city properly.

The hotel Rivi Ras in Colombo was hard to find and there was no power when we reached. The hotel didn't have power back up. We waited for 2 hours in the night before we were adjusted in Ranveli Beach Resort. The hotel was dirty, bathrooms were smelly and mosquito infested. The last hotel Hamilton Vi

ew in Colombo was a homestay and was bad. The entrance was dark and not suitable for families with kids. They have a cat which is not vaccinated for Rabies. The hotel was also very hard to find and we had to hurriedly stay I'm a hotel arranged by the driver. The hotels in Mirissa and Ambalangoda were fine and as described. The stays at Colombo and Negombo was extremely ill organised. Beautiful beaches at Mirissa and Ambalangoda with it's golden White sand and Rocky beaches. Sigiriya rock and Dambulla Caves we're also mesmerising. Sri Lanka is extremely clean with no litter in sight. A very beautiful country with exotic locals and European feel.

ing the planning of the trip. She helped me with all the customizations and gave her valuable suggestions about the places to visit. Special thanks to our chauffeur Mr. Samsan Silva. He made our stay in Sri Lanka very pleasant by his punctuality and soft speaking. He is the most humble, gentle and helpful of the chauffeurs I have seen. We never felt like foreigners in Sri Lanka because of him. The only thing we were not happy about is the hotel of the 1st night in Negombo (Clarion Hub). The rooms and breakfast were way below average. We had better expectations for the 1st-night stay. Overall, we had a 'Very Good' experience in Sri Lanka. Thank you Tropical Ceylon for such a memorable trip. I would definitely recommend Tropical Ceylon and Mr. Samsan Silva to my freinds and relatives who wish to travel to Sri Lanka.
