One day should be kept completely free at each destination. In our trip half a day was planned, due to daily tours one doesn't get anytime to experience the city by walk and explore. Also last leg ie HCM in my tour wasn't planned as well as Hanoi wnd DaNang, as a result, there was no time to visit CuChi tunnels, war museum etc. it seemed the agent had got tired and didn't prioritise or was not well versed with HCM city leaving these war memorials optional. We have covered almost all the places as per the plan. Preeti was very helpful from the start of planning to trip till the end. She has provided all the required information what ever we have asked for. There was a surprise for my husband on father's day from my son side Preeti conducted it very well. Coming to the trip, had a really good time. 1st hotel at Gangtok was very good. Room was not so spacious but the staff, manager and every member were so co-operative and the food was very nice. The 2nd hotel at Pelling Sila Norphel was worst. Room was nice but the food and the staff deserve 0 rating. I know this was a budget hotel. But it can be little more better. Driver travelled along with us was also good and no issues.Thanks Preeti for all ur support during this period of journey. Nathula pass journey was the best...

Worst experience with Travel tringle and trip sailer, I booked hotels for my trip with 4 star category, after making payment trip sailer changed my hotels to lowerand worst class hotels by stating that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked other platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents. worst experience this time but still I expect that Travel tringle will help in refunding differential amout and will take strict action to this fraud company trip sailer. worst experience
